We really appreciate that this site opened earlier in the year than usual to accommodate the solar eclipse. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean.

It was very nice. The tent sites were a bit damp and I asked to be moved and there was no problem.

Staff are not friendly or approachable. Especially the older male who drives around in the gold cart (heavy set). Nice place. Close to many things.

First time for my 2 1/2 year old son to camp in a tent. His grandparents were staying in one of the motel rooms by the swimming pool. It was my first time at this koa with my parents in 23 years as they would take me as a child. We all had the best time. The park is beautiful and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful as usual. My son loves the wagon ride and all the crafts.

I had a great time as usual The only thing I think is that you should upgrade it a bit. I’ve been going since my kids were young and not much has been changed. For example in this day and age you need plugs everywhere in order to charge your electronics. For example I couldn’t find one plug to charge my phone while I swam. Or if one of the kids want to watch a movie while we swam.

Went with my 5y/o grandson. He loved the camping experience. We intend to make it a yearly event. Something that is our thing to do, just before heading back to school.

The rules say that 10:00 pm to 8:00 am is Quiet Hours, but I couldn't sleep well because of the loud chatter and singing that kept going on until 1 am.

Stay was good however very loud music and very noisy till midnight though quite hours starts at 10 pm. Very good place for kids. Bathrooms were clean.

Overall we had a fantastic stay ! The amenities and activity for the kids was fantastic, that’s being said the noise level after 10pm was not fantastic. We had to speak to two campers in our area that it’s 10pm quiet time. I think having the tent areas actually patrolled between 10pm and midnight would really help families with little ones get a good night sleep

We had amazing stay. Everything was clean, the pools were warm, staff was helpful and friendly and there were many activities for our son to do. We will definitely be coming back to camp again.

Beautiful campground, love all the activities to do. The pools and hot tubs were amazing! Staff just so friendly and happy!!

We had a great time. My 3&4 year old had a ton of options to keep them busy. Only downside is the size of the lots. They could be a bit bigger. The facilities were always maintained and well kept. It was nice seeing the staff driving around and keeping an eye on things.

We were disappointed in our campsite and lack of privacy. Essentially we were in an open field with strangers. Sites were small and our first 2 nights, quiet hours did not exist. The facilities were clean but our camp site was not as I borrowed a rake to clean it up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our time there. Lots to do ! I like the consistency of the daily routines of staff ( garbage pick up, firewood drop off, monitoring of the grounds) and how many staff are an available to assist if needed. We did encounter a small family of skunks in the cabin area and disrupted us a few nights. Also some Nicky Nicky nine door groups of kids.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first KOA camp and was great for our 4 and 2 year old. We are used to campgrounds with more privacy but everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. You’d need a very well-mannered dog that doesn’t mind seeing everything around them. The kids loved all of the activity options and there was plenty to keep us busy every day!

Good overall experience. Firewood delivery was unexpected, and pleasant. Some loud neighbours late in night, arriving and leaving before waking hours. Staff were cheerful and pleasant.

We had a great stay there. There was so much to do. My granddaughter really loved the pool and the bounce area. My son rented one of the carts with a side car and my granddaughter didn't want to get off of it. Definitely planning on returning next year for our family camp weekend thank you so much.

Staff and activities are amazing my kids absolutely love camping here BUT our most recent stay was not so enjoyable because of the renter's we had behind and beside us constantly walking though our site right close to our tent practically stepping over us to get to the washroom. Guess next time we will get an unserviced site to avoid the ignorance of other campers

This was my second time staying at KOA Niagara Falls. It's the perfect location. We'll maintained, clean, friendly and very relaxing. I look forward to returning in the future.

Bathrooms were clean. Lots of activities for kids. The only thing I noticed there isn’t privacy between the site. You can see what everyone is doing.

All staffs are unprofessional. Rude with guest. Not much clean. Too much crowded. We couldn't enjoy, because of crowded and management issues.

We would stay there again but not on a weekend. Great amenities, location and clean. It was set up great for RVs but not tent campers like us. During the week it wasn't crowded in the tent section and it was one of our best trips ever. Weekend was horrible and worst night of camping ever. The tent sites are just a field placed too close together- as tent campers we usually avoid KOAs.

Stay was great. Our request was considered. However it would be nice if neighbouring campers would respect the privacy of others ie: walking thru someones camp area should not be a habit.

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
