The only concern I have is one of the workers. I think her name was chelsey. She was not nice. Not friendly at all. Seem like she had a chip on her shoulders.

Very good Public Transport link to the falls and Main POIs. No Car needed. Well Maintained Site and Lots of facilities for kids

Had a nice stay except for all the marijuana being smoked all around us with no visible enforcement of any kind even though it is marked in the rules. Not happy about the drug use not being enforced.

Stay was good however very loud music and very noisy till midnight though quite hours starts at 10 pm. Very good place for kids. Bathrooms were clean.

Overall we had a fantastic stay ! The amenities and activity for the kids was fantastic, that’s being said the noise level after 10pm was not fantastic. We had to speak to two campers in our area that it’s 10pm quiet time. I think having the tent areas actually patrolled between 10pm and midnight would really help families with little ones get a good night sleep

Fun time, great access to the Falls area with the Wego buses. Very friendly and helpful staff. Labor Day weekend they had a great band that we enjoyed very much. Our site was very clean, we had a large pet pen site which had a lovely patio and firepit with a great seating area. On the downside, poor wifi and most of the sites are close together. We enjoyed their two pools, cafe and store.

This is our third year in a row staying at the Niagara Falls location. This time we were in the area for a ball tournament. Facility is very nice, lots of activities and close to everything you need.

This KOA was awesome, staff was excellent! The availability of local bus/transit to attractions was great. Only issue was wifi never worked properly on any of our devices, we could connect but there was no internet access, so had to disconnect to just use our own cell plan data. Truthfully, this has been an issue at every KOA we've stayed at. I would highly recommend this KOA for your stay.

We had amazing stay. Everything was clean, the pools were warm, staff was helpful and friendly and there were many activities for our son to do. We will definitely be coming back to camp again.

Excellent overnight stop at this resort-style KOA. Our site was just okay for a deluxe, but the laundry, bath, and shower facilities were very good and especially appreciated as a reprieve from more rustic camping. The WeGo shuttle made our trip into town easy. Staff was great, store excellent.

This was my family and i's 9th straight year of coming there, and 11th time in the last 13 years, we love it, only issue we had was we ordered wood and they forgot to bring it to us, but then later it was rectified. Thank you for providing our family a safe and happy vacation

I really had a wonderful time at KOA , the deluxe cabin was excellent , I would come back and get the deluxe cabins again . Also the staff were so friendly , lots of places to walk . And lots of activities for the children , yes I would recommend it to friends and Family . I hope to come back again .

2 nights. Great park. I feel no music at 10pm is a little harsh 11or12 when fires need to out would be better. No buying wood after 8pm is not good. We bought bags upon arrival. However, on the second evening we didn't have enough for the whole evening. Returning from a wine tour, not able to drive to go buy more as the Ranger informed us that was our only option. LOTS of SKUNKS. BEWARE!!!

All the activities close at 8. The deluxe patio was unusable during the day due to all the bees.

Good stay. Office staff could do more to answer tourist questions. Seen two skunks in the park. Air conditioner at bathrooms is new but needs to be serviced, very noisy.

Cabins (deluxe) are very clean and a good size. Some cabins (no. 4) are slightly smaller which makes a big difference in the second bedroom. Some also only have one AC unit. Front desk staff can be a bit short and aren't as friendly/accommodating as other campgrounds. Amenities for kids are great and the program staff friendly.

We go every year and love it there. Disappointed this year because grass had not been cut when we arrived and was very long when we left. We had five bikes and they had been tampered with. We know not really KOA’s fault. Chocolate bar bingo was fun but bars were not divided up equally, leaving last person getting 50 bars. This is still one of our favourite koa’s and look forward to going back.

Camping cabin was good. Facilities and activities also seemed good. Skunks were entertaining. A group of campers seemed to claim the Kamp Kitchen as their own because their site was there. May it difficult for others. Same group also played music past 10pm without staff stopping them. Overall stay was good.

We were only there for a overnight stay. We were very impressed with all of the amenities and programs available for campers. The location was very convenient for visiting the falls.

Always a great time at KOA. My infant enjoyed the activities. Staff are welcoming and friendly. We only had an issue with our BBQ grill. It took more than an hour for the grill to heat up, I believe the grill needs some cleaning as it looked like it was clogged when my husband inspected it. Otherwise we had a great time at KOA

Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
