Our 28 Deluxe Cabin was immaculate with everything needed to stay and enjoy! Staff was fantastic, friendly & courteous. The grounds were beautiful, hard to believe this gem is tucked into an urban area. If I had to be picky, I would wish for the water to get a little hotter and the cooktop to go a bit above medium heat, but I would imagine those are set for safety reasons as well as economic.

We had a great week cycling the parkway. The KOA was clean, friendly and convenient. We loved staying there and would do it again.

My only issue is the fencing on the dog runs. My chihuahua loves to go without her lease as much as a larger dog does but the fencing around the run near the games area is not good for her. The chain link one at the back of the park is better but there were still gaps. ( the gates and where the chain link meets the back wooden fence)

We booked in the off season a with expectations of a more quiet and peaceful environment, The site we chose was advertised as quiet and close to the front of the park. It was at the front fence with a Sikh temple fronting us, a few loud seasonal campers to the left ,and on a gravel road. IT is a BEAUTIFUL campground, but why not give us a nicer site when the park was at low capacity? DISSAPPOINTED

Most of it was perfect! The beds are extremely broken and need replacement. They are VERY sunken in. We didn't sleep very well. Other than that we really loved it!

We love KOA Niagara Falls location. This stay was a little disappointing however, activities were closed, no bike rentals or even cornhole. I understand it's passed peak season, that being said the prices should reflect this. Maybe more of the cabins would be filled if that were the case.

Two hrs after checking in and setting up, my dog had a fight with a skunk under our motorhome. My dog got a cut above his right eye, got sprayed And our motorhome was un sleepable. The next day, vet bills, cleaning our RV costs, we lost a day and half. We told the staff what happened, all they told to buy a skunk spray. The next night we found the skunk by the pool, the staff told us that th

Wow what a great site, two night here and the Wego bus right outside made it super easy to get down to the falls area. The welcome from Claudia made our first night in the RV a real pleasure. Plus we had a major issue with a broken key and I cannot thank Lisa enough for her support in connecting us with a local locksmith who came out and fixed the issue really quickly - Amazing Team ���

The cover of the sewer was broken in half when we arrived #61. I felt badly for the adjoining site as their picnic table was near it as the sites are tight together. I do not understand why the maintenance staff can miss this on their daily inspection. And it is an easy fix. It is a basic expectation that the mitigation for any odours is a high priority.

The heater in our cabin was broken but other than that our stay was 10/10. Kids and adults alike all had an absolute blast. Shared facilities were pleasant and very clean. Lots of things to do. Items in the camp store including fire wood were fairly priced. Great trip , definitely a new family tradition for us

10pm radio cut off and 12am fire cut off were our only rules issues. Better signage to help campers find their sites is needed.

The Deluxe Cabins were great and the facilities in the park are impressive. However, security prevented any sort of fun. While I understand there are rules, the communication was not friendly and may prevent us from visiting again.

One of the nicest KOA's ve visited during our 3 week trip across the North East US and Canada. One thing needs improvement; The capacity of your wifi system hardly enabled us to use the internet or to send foto's home.

We reported shower in Dlx Cabin 4 leaked onto floor @ sink. Nite before ckout, found water under the bunk. Reminding in case next renter shoves suitcase under there. Maybe not curtain, maybe leak behind wall? Otherwise, great accomodations. Hey, how bout vinyl curtains @ patio w/ patio heaters for card play in cool weather?? Would love that!

I do not understand why you allowed people arrive at 11;00 pm and making nuise till 1:30 am. Those people unpacked their car to a cabine loudly and they were talking to each other very loudly. That was very disappointing our last night at your campground.

Lovely campground, so well maintained. We arrived after the office was closed on the 12th of September but a nice young man took us to our site and wished us a good stay. Only issue we had was the last night when “Rams of Ontario” came in. They were loud & allowed their children to run all over our site & scream. Really enjoyed our stay (eclipse 2024). Very thankful that the campground was able to open early for this event. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I would recommend. Thanks!

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
