Nice camp ground close to all amenities we liked it very much just a little expensive for senior travelers

We were disappointed in our campsite and lack of privacy. Essentially we were in an open field with strangers. Sites were small and our first 2 nights, quiet hours did not exist. The facilities were clean but our camp site was not as I borrowed a rake to clean it up. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The campground and activity centres are very clean and well kept. The washrooms are very well maintained at all times of the day. Will definitely return in the future to this location.

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our time there. Lots to do ! I like the consistency of the daily routines of staff ( garbage pick up, firewood drop off, monitoring of the grounds) and how many staff are an available to assist if needed. We did encounter a small family of skunks in the cabin area and disrupted us a few nights. Also some Nicky Nicky nine door groups of kids.

While we enjoyed camping ground following 2 issues created an unpleasant stay: A/ 2 skunks during most nights while during fires trying to eat our snacks. B/ Kids were not respectful and bullied our kids during our stay at playground

The park was very clean and the staff were lovely. There was a smell of sewer wafting into our cabin, unfortunately. One of the knobs on the stove top was not working. Apart from those two issues, our cabin was clean and comfortable. The outdoor set up was great.

Excellent campsite with paved roads which makes for no dust. The 3 pools are a great idea to prevent overcrowding. Friendly polite staff

Wonderful stay! The campground was very very clean including the bathroom and the showers! I loved the two separate dog parks! The amenities for children were amazing! The only thing I would complain about is the amount of mosquitoes around. It would be nice if the campground was sprayed to reduce the amount of these pesky insects. We strongly recommend this campground!

We enjoyed the well-kept grounds, clean washrooms and showers, and friendly front staff. The RV trailer sites were well-organized but small-ish. We liked that the WEGO bus stopped at the campground. The amenities are geared primarily toward kids. The WiFi signal was very good.

Although the RV sites are very close together, we enjoyed all the amenities and very clean bathrooms! There is much to do. The WEGO bus stop right there was very convenient for getting to and from the falls area. We hope to return soon!

This was our third time staying at the Niagara Holiday KOA and we have not been disappointed yet. This KOA is super clean, the amenities are plentiful for young and old, we will definitely be back.

We loved our stay! The deluxe cabin was very clean, just enough room for a family of 4. Nice outdoor area that managed to feel semi private even with cabins close by. LOTS of kids activities and loved that most were not an extra cost. Close to the falls and shopping/restaurants for anything you need. Friendly staff. Loved the pool options and the wading pool for our toddler. Will return!

Our major concern at your Koa are the fact that many sites have low hanging branches that can scratch the roof or sides of our expensive RVs. Also we had been given a site prior to our leaving last time and when we arrived this time they had moved us to another site with lots of branches. We should be notified of a site change. Everything else was perfect there.

We had a great time! Lots of things to do. Everything is very clean. Staff is friendly. Nice to be only 10 minutes from Clifton Hill but be away from the hustle and bustle and not feel like you're in the core of Niagara Falls. We will definitely be returning!

Very nice campground. Lots of things for kids to do. Too many skunks wandering around all night. Friend’s dog got sprayed. When checking in, staff should mention this to people so they are aware.

My only complaint is site 163 is way to small and felt like we were sitting on the side of a road with everyone passing by.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was our first KOA camp and was great for our 4 and 2 year old. We are used to campgrounds with more privacy but everyone was friendly and respectful of quiet hours. You’d need a very well-mannered dog that doesn’t mind seeing everything around them. The kids loved all of the activity options and there was plenty to keep us busy every day!

Good overall experience. Firewood delivery was unexpected, and pleasant. Some loud neighbours late in night, arriving and leaving before waking hours. Staff were cheerful and pleasant.

We had a great stay . The only complaint we have is that the staff as well the patrons drive way too fast in the campground.

The location was ideal to watch the eclipse. What was especially comforting was how nice all of the staff were--even when we were reminded to extinguish out campfire at midnight due to a city ordinance 😂 The place was very well kept, no garbage anywhere, the off leash dog park was poop free, bathrooms, hot tub and change rooms all immaculate but the pool was a bit greenish but then again pools are often very difficult to stay on top of, let alone in a campground but it was swimmable! Great experience and will most definitely stay here again!
