While we did not spend the two nights that we had booked; it was a mechanical problem with our camper - AC wouldn’t work that caused us to leave early, the KOA campground and the people were just amazing. This was our “shake down” trip for our new camper, and our first camper trip. They helped us get et up and “up & running”……, just a tremendous help. CHINO & EARL both deserve a p

We enjoyed our stay at the New Bern KOA.. Stunning location on the river. Bath houses were super clean and well placed in the campground. Lots of activities and super kid and dog friendly (of which I don't have either- but it looked like kids and animals enjoyed themselves). We will definitely be back. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

We had a wonderful stay. One concern we want to share is about the children riding e-bikes at high speed around the campground. These bikes can reach speeds up to or exceeding 20mph. Many of these kids are riding barefoot and helmetless. The chance of accident and/or injury is a worry. Perhaps, when it comes to e-bikes, KOA needs a rule similar to the one regarding who operates golf carts.

The staff was super and they had so many fun activities planned for the kids. Everything was easily accessible and I felt very comfortable there! The only downside was how dirty the bathrooms got at times. More frequent cleanings may would help! Other than that it was great, our entire family had a great time. We will definitely be back

This is a very nice campground with plenty of amenities. Good food and lots to see in New Bern. Very friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The park was AMAZING. It was BEAUTIFUL. The sites were well spaced so you didn't feel as if you were on top of everyone. We will definitely be back!

Nice place. Beautiful site by the water (90). Only complaint is the cable TV. We kept losing signal at what seemed to be peak hours, when probably more people were trying to tune in. Right at prime time, etc. Had to switch back to our antenna and reprogram channels.

Very Friendly staff, great activities for children, CLEANEST BATHROOMS in some many KOAs we have stayed, this New Bern KOA is one of the cleanest ones we have stayed! Keep up your great job! Congratulations!! Thanks for building memories! :-)

We had the best labor weekend at the New Bern KOA! The staff is phenomal and always make sure our kids have a blast. We are so lucky to have found this place. We will be back!

We have stayed at 3 different KOA so far. I believe this is my favorite. The parking spaces were ample and not crammed together. There was shade and great walks for adults and kids. Facilities were accessible. Plenty for kids to do (though we didn’t need). Communication with office was good. And the area of New Bern is good to visit

The New Bern KOA staff were VERY FRIENDLY and when we opted to move to our next stop a day early to get out of the path of the Idalia they refunded that night's stay which I totally didn't expect! The view of the river is very nice and our site had a great patio but I will ask to not be on the end by the road next visit! We will definitely return again!

This KOA New Bern is a fantastic place. Staff is fantastic. The only complaint is the TV cable service is the worst I have ever seen. In this day and age of world problems we need to keep advised of goings on via news stations but a REAL problem here.

Staff is helpful, friendly, wonderful! The campground, dog park and restrooms are the cleanest of any campgrounds I have stayed at. Only one problem - not enough hot water in the shower.

Very friendly at check in. They took us to our site and helped make sure we got set up without any problems. Always have workers driving around in golf carts if any help is needed. I had a breaker trip at my site and they replaced it very quickly. I will be joining and visiting many more KOA's throughout the United States. Very professional and courteous.

Nice campground! Good spacing between campers. We easily fit our 45 ft fifth wheel there. It was clean and very pretty. The one thing we didn’t care for was that the pool was small, maxing out at 3.5 feet deep. That aside, it was a good stay.

Site was very tight, however, staff was extremely helpful in making sure that we could get in the sight by being creative. Would go back but would do premium pull through vs the site we stayed on.

The bathroom were cleaned. The property was well maintained. Still have a problem with dog owners not picking up after their dogs. My husband even picked up others mess so we could continue to enjoy the (2) dog parks. Staff was friendly and helpful. One of the best KOA’s we’ve stayed at.

We had a wonderful time. We met so many great folks and had so much fun. Just would be nice if they added a game room for the kids. We loved food truck Sat and candy Bingo

Very nice KOA. Located on the Neuse river only minutes from New Bern and Beaufort. Great water pressure and WIFI. Gravel sites with asphalt roads. Sewer connections are next to the power and water so make sure you have an extension for the stinky slinky just in case. My 15-footer came up about 2 feet short so I had to use the extension.

We had a great time at New Bern Holiday. The employees were super friendly and helpful. The grounds were immaculate. Check in was very fast and easy . This was our 2nd stay and we will be back.

Came I late on a Sunday evening just before the store closed. The clerk treated us well. Gave us a site without a reservation. Stayed for 8 nights. Only thing we felt could be better was the pool bigger and deeper.

Appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail. Bathrooms were air conditioned and ALWAYS stocked and clean. Pool was clean and maintenances daily. Great stay.

This is definitely one of the nicest Rv parks I have stayed in. There are people staying in and working in the park all day that are some of the most helpful folks I have seen. This is a great place. I'm so glad I found it. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay. Friendly staff with great facilities. We had to extend our stay and they were very accommodating. We will definitely be back in the future.
