Even with hurricane clean up and rebuild still going on, the staff was excellent and provided awesome customer service! Pool/pool area was beautiful! Very nice location considering what they’ve been through… sites are a little tight but very nicely kept… and close (driving distance) to so many shops, restaurants and beaches we will definitely be back!

Even though the park is being renovated from the storms it endured the staff kept the grounds that were open very neat along with the pool and showers. They are making good progress on re building a great place to stay. Great staff!

Still working in hurricane repairs but nice sites and the staff were busy but helpful. Pool is great. Shuffleboard court is finished. Outside baths are good and well maintained.

Many thanks to the young lady at the office last Sunday around noon. One of the motorhomes we were travelling with had a blow out on Tamiami Trail (41). She made some calls and got us help with a Miami wrecker/tire company. She went over and above what she had to do.

Spectacular!!!!! Awesome staff, Liz, Eddie & Laura! The work they have done since the hurricane in September is absolutely amazing! We absolutely loved stay will definitely be back soon!!

Although not all amenities were available due to hurricane Ian, what was available such as pool and bathhouse, we used were top notch. The cleanIng staff do an exemplary job. The Koa staff we dealt with were also excellent. Park is nice and quite. The tiny mosquitoes were really bad, park could have benefited from a good spraying. Other than that the pool was nice when temperature was lowered

Boring, no activities. The place is in renovations and the only thing to do was the pool that needs more umbrellas or shade area.

Easy check in. Friendly staff brought us to our Pull Threw FHU site. They made sure everything was Going to work for us. They are working on rebuilding a lot of the KOA after the damage done by the storm. We Would definitely stay here again.

The place is very nice! Yes, it's under construction, but that's to be expected. It's in a great location with cool stuff on site. I especially love the firepit area, and hope to return when there isn't a burn ban!

Loved it!!! Everyone was so kind! Our neighbor even helped me hook up my camper for the first time! Pool was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!

I think in time and as you continue rebuilding from the damaged caused by hurricane Ian you will have a nice RV park. We enjoyed our stay there but spacing is a little tight but will return again next year

I actually called and wanted to congratulate the park and the management of the park from all the adversity they’ve been through. It was a great great experience. I never had a single issue and it really didn’t even mess up the park as the workers worked around everything and they saw accommodating. last couple days we were there. We actually got our picnic table, but it was kind of too hot to

Excellent facility notwithstanding some reconstruction due to ongoing storm surge repairs. Excellent staff. Excellent WiFi system. Would recommend to anyone.

Laura and her daughter really helped us out with setting us up with a last minute reservation. Campground took a bad hit from hurricane Ian and is still being repaired. But we had a nice spot with full hookups and the pool was open. Nice place!!!

Wonderful customer service! Elizabeth and Eddie are doing a great job in spite of all the damage they have to work with from the hurricane. It was a blessing to stay in their campground.

We have stayed in this KOA in the past and like it very much. You can kayak right from the campground. There must have been a lot of damage as there is a lot of work being done. My only comment is there were no tables at the site. Maybe when the work is completed tables will be added to the sites .

It was obvious that the campground took a substantial hit from hurricane Ian but the owners are doing a great job getting the grounds back in shape. When we arrived they were kind enough to move us to a "premium" site that had been re-built with a nice paver patio and resin furniture. You can tell by the work that's going on that they will soon be up and running again with all sites available.

Working under difficult circumstances, the staff managed to save our and many others Florida trip this winter. I want thank Elizabeth, Lura and Eddie for the hard work and kindness. We plan to be there next year for our sixth year, staying at Naples/Marco Island KOA.

The cabin was so cute. Perfect size for a couple or if you have a small child. Screened porch was handy. Don't forget the bug spray.
