Information at late night checking inaccurate. Clerk came hurriedly to our sight as if we were going to leave without paying. Was not very friendly or informative about KOA facilities. Porta bathrooms were acceptable.

Very accommodating.. Great outside areas for family to gather..Dog park could use a shade tree...or sunsail..It's warm in Naples...We will be back

What a great weekend! We booked the weekend for a shakedown trip and the staff went above and beyond to help with any problems that popped up! Bathrooms were immaculate and cleaned multiple times a day!

Our stay was wonderful. Pool was clean. View was real good. Our site was very spacious and neat. The dog walk area was enclosed and our dogs loved to go run around it. The people in store was super nice. The maintenance guys were very helpful and picked our trash up every morning. We will definitely make this our getaway spot. We had an excellent stay. All the staff we spoke with or encountered were extremely helpful and courteous, and all around nice. They keep the facilities in excellent condition, the bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean. The goody bag they had for our 14 year old upon check in was filled with great age appropriate items. My child loved it! They really go out of their way! 2 Thumbs Up!

Office staff did fine and friendly, all. What puts a damper on the stay is the close proximity to your neighbors. I don't have a problem with neighbors but when your slides are within 3-4 feet of your neighbors' and your view is totally restricted to the side of a motorhome, and you're paying over $100/night.....well, something's not right.

Totally fantastic staff & a well maintained campground!!!! We had a VERY unusual experience. I found that our door latch had broken & we couldn’t open the door to get out. Two Mai tenance men came over & worked diligently to remove the failed lock mechanism & got us out!!!! THAT IS NOT YOUR USUAL RESPONSE!!! Thank you Eddie & Steve for your untiring efforts!!!! We will gladly return again!

Very level but VERY small sites! We nearly didn't have enough room for our slides. That said, we didn't spend much time at our site, we spent the vast majority of our time out and about. Good wifi, good cable. The pool, grounds, store and bathrooms were clean. staff was friendly.

Our RV broke down while we were parked at our site. It caused a delay of almost a week for us to leave the campground. The staff was extremely helpful and sympathetic to our problems, handling our keys and repair men. Upon leaving they also did not charge us for all the extra days that we had to stay. I do not have enough words to express our gratitude for all their help.

Great staff, pool and hot tub were great. Everything was clean and well maintained. Sites were great. Half the camp was permanent trailers. But they were clean and well mainly and residents were friendly. This was a great destination. Spent two days in Everglades park, and some time at the beach. Beaches were difficult to access but were nice once you found parking. great family and pet area

“warning, Cane Toads” one touch by your pet, DEATH There is no antidote, no vaccine, no cure. Campground is nice with roomy sites. We had to go out before we could walk our dog, to check for cane toads. There are no squirrels or small animals but they say they have gators. For us, it’s not worth our dogs life to stay at campground Only overnighters seen walking dogs on campsites

Facilities were ok and staff helpful and friendly. We got up-sold a pull through while enroute on the road. Not worth the $40 extra per nite - A-13. It was the farthest from the best facilities, had cable issues, and across from dog park. So - all in all - just OK!

We were very happy with this KOA. At first we weren’t sure about this campground because of the amount of long term folks there. We found that the long term was clean and neat and on one end. We were away from them and in a great spot. Very comfortable and great people.

What a gem of a place! We found ourselves in a pickle when our Hipcamp reservations was cancelled 3 days before our Spring Break arrival. At Naples - Marco KOA they found a spot for us! Great people! We hope to be able to return again next year.

Had a great 2 week stay at Naples/Marco Island KOA. Friendly and very helpful staff, clean beautiful facilities in a quiet setting. Highly recommend this KOA!

The entry into the park is really tight for a 38'dp, and tow car. The checkin was easy. The caping sight was tight and it had a low hanging tree limb that we had to work around. Lots of snow birds, so it was full and crowded. We got the infamous voicemail about parking our tow car so it touched a concrete slab. I am sure my small tow car was a danger to a concrete slab, but oh well.

Excellent location near Marco Is and Naples. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice warm pool
