Well maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice level sites with patio and outdoor furniture. It was a little noisy from surrounding highway traffic but that’s the sacrifice for being close to everything.

Our site103 was nice and level. All was well for 2 nights but we got new neighbors on site104 next to us. The party arrived with a 45 ft RV and full size pickup. 11:30 at night another pickup pulling a 25 ft Trailor hauling a golf cart parked between both sites on the grass and were very noisy. There were signs everywhere do not park on the grass but staf did not make them move to overflow parking

The campground was clean and maintained, the personnel were friendly, On the negative side -- quite expensive, very narrow campsites -left a feeling of being quite crowded.. We prefer the new-style bathrooms (small individual bathrooms) vs the stalls. The Wi-Fi was completely inadequate for the number of people there.

We stayed there the night before checking into Disney’s campground. The Orlando KOA was nicer than Disney! It was lovely.

BEWARE of the cabins: the pull out bed's mattress sagged & you could feel the bar through the mattress. Also, when the bed was pulled out, it blocked the door. The kitchen table was right in front of the fridge-again not functional. The bunk-bed mattresses were plastic & didn't come with fitted sheets. We found dirty socks under one of them. No lock on the bathroom door. It is a very small CG.

The location was much further from universal Studios than advertised. It was a 40 minute drive each way. The camp grounds themselves were very nice other than the showers did not get hot.

Bathrooms need work. Ran out of hot water the first time I showered. Shower head’s should be replaced. I just expected more for a holiday KOA. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The campground is beautiful and clean, and the staff courteous and accommodating. However we had a traumatizing situation with a long-term tenant. He was nice during the day, but went bezerk from 1am to 2:30 am. He was yelling, swearing, slamming things with no apparent reason. KOA are supposed to be an oasis and safe place. If you go to this KOA, don’t accept back-in site. He’s long-ter

Rented a cabin with a late arrival. Our papers were in papers the late arrival box, in an unsealed envelope, with our information and door code included. We arrived at 3am. Upon entering our cabin (125) we noticed the bathroom floor has water damage and was caving in. We were moved the next morning but the housekeeping staff was EXTREMELY rude about us having dogs (That were on our reservation)

This is one of the nicest campgrounds that we have ever stayed at. Very well maintained and managed. The staff is super helpful and obviously go the extra distance to make sure that their guest have a pleasant stay. We will definitely return if we have a reason to be in the Orlando area.

Internet was awful even with my wifi ranger. I just don’t understand when you stay in the middle of the city how the internet would not work. No hot water at shower. We were told you have to run it for 15 mins after we went to the office to ask. There was no sign with this info. Plus side, Close to Disney, park looks nice once inside, feels safe.

We stayed for only one night. They were very accommodating. We needed a pull thru and they worked out a new site for us. Very nice people and very clean.

Enjoyed the stay! One of the gentlemen on staff came by when we arrived after hours to assist with back-in. So appreciated! Very clean. Very convenient to shopping and Disney parks. Will definitely keep on the list for future!

Park was clean and quiet. Pull through slots have plenty of room for toad. Staff was friendly.

So affordable beautiful place inside and out. Dog friendly and the cabins have everything in them. We stayed 3 days if I could I would have stayed much longer. Beautiful warm pool and hot tub. Laundry area this place is beautiful neat and clean. Staff was very kind and the grounds are beautiful. Great price I'd go back for sure. Bunk beds for kids grill area and doggie pen. Loved this place.

We spent 2 nights in deluxe cabin 119. The park is so quaint and clean, much better than I expected for being inner city. Pool was great, cabin clean and very nice. Firepit and outdoor furniture was impressive. We really enjoyed our little get away.
