The camp itself is very nice. The owners are unbelievable. I now believe I have it figured out. They tell people to leave due to unbelievable reasons, sometimes because of a simple question , seriously.Sharon one of the owners made it very clear to me that the cabin and tent campers are not liked because according to her they always cause problems. They tell you to leave they keep your money ..

We will NEVER be back to Erie KOA again. Me and my family were screamed at including my 8year old son. I have never been more disrespected more in my life. This also happened to multiple families that were there during our stay. The owner Sharon is very rude unprofessional and she should not be working in customer service.

Horrible!!! Sharon is a freak of nature who by the way is the owner. She yells at adults like you would not believe. Read the reviews before you book the KOA. KICKED US OUT because we were quietly sitting by our fire at 11:02. It is like a prison not a campground. I stress READ ALL THE REVIEWS they are all true about the owner’s behavior.

Our porch light didn't work on our cabin. The wifi did not work. Our last night, we were threatened to be kicked out for talking with our neighbor around our campfire at 1130pm. We were not talking loudly, AT ALL! Place has turned into a prison camp. I've been coming to Erie KOA since I was 8 (I'm 35) and have never been scolded like that ever. The cabin was falling apart and looked like it had previously had some infestation that ate away the wood. Then the owners are rude, unprofessional and ruined the stay after kicking us out for talking quietly on our porch, with no refund o. The night lost. We would've been spending a lot of money making that our normal camp ground but the owners have made sure we will never stay at any koa again.

It was fantastic stay. Very clean and maintained. Even though they were short staffed they met all of our needs. Despite some of the recent reviews, owners were very friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back for future stays.

We had a great time. The kids loved the pedal carts. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at several KOA’s and never have we been treated the way Sharon and her husband Jaime. They absolutely are dreadful and we will be telling everyone and never EVER staying there again! Please take a moment to read the reviews on Yelp and trip advisor ! You will never want to step foot at the camp ground !

Sharon and Jamie Kockler are some of the most aggressive terrible humans I've ever met. She came out yelling and disturbing quiet far beyond any sound made from any surrounding campsite. I think she's an unstable person looking for confrontation. At Erie KOA it's not quiet hours, it's confined hours. We were forced into our cabin when we were sitting quietly by our fire.

The stay was wonderful the only thing was bad about it was walking along the pond the top of the pond has dog waste all over the place and we did let someone know but it was never cleaned up

Considering the fact that you aren't allowed to bring outside firewood into the campground and they charged AN ARM AND A LEG for their firewood is a scam! I didn't know you weren't allowed to bring firewood and the lady at the front desk basically attacked my character. Never staying here again. Plus the campground was under construction and we weren't aware. Mud everywhere.

Fire pit was on the road. Cabins very close together. No privacy. No room to cook outside. Owners very rude. Charged twice for extra people. Once when booking online then again at check in. Seems illegal. Campers beware.

We had a wonderful time at this KOA! Owners were extremely kind and when I mentioned the campers next to us were playing inappropriate music, they took care of it and also offered us a free upgrade to another cabin. Completely above and beyond customer service! It's a clean, well-maintained campground with plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained. Great location about 20 mins to beach.

Lots of construction makes for tons of dust. Firewood rules are beyond state restrictions. Quiet hours too aggressively enforced. Frog pond empty. While we had a good stay overall, definitely concerned on the direction of this location.

The campground and was nice but the management needs improvement. Do not bring outside firewood in. And don’t dare talk after quite time. I was kicked out on our first night of a 3 night cabin rental. After being yelled at for talking after quite hrs and having my camp searched for outside firewood I was told I had to leave first thing in the morning. No discussion, no refund, nothing. $200 loss

It was very nice as always, we have stayed here 7 to 8 times. The PLUS this time was the cabin faced the pond not the road.

The owner Sharon made us feel welcomed. She also provides excellent customer service. We are looking forward to our next stay. All the facilities and amenities were clean. Would recommend to friends and family.

We had another great week end ! Even though the weather was cooler than we would have liked, bonfires in the evening and the smell of fall was enjoyable. The cabin was toasty warm after the bonfires ! Thank You again and look forward to seeing you next year !

Campground was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. We rented a cabin next and an RV site that were next to each other so to accommodate our large party. The Cabin was very clean and in good standing. We will definitely be back to Erie KOA

The campground itself is great, but the new owners aren't very pleasant or accommodating. I know they are short staffed so I understand things are tough and they’re doing their best, but the most important thing is being kind to people even when asking them to stop doing what they are doing. Also, we stayed in one of the expensive cabins and the hot water in the shower lasted max of 30 seconds

we really enjoyed our stay in cabin 87 everything was very clean and well thought out with furnishings inside. Do hope handicapped accessibility provisions will be added in the future for new cabins including easy access larger shower and raised toilets and ramp entrance to cabin. Congratulations to the new owners as this has been a trying time through out covid and shortage of staff.

Beautiful park like setting. Cabin 83 would be perfect if there was shelving ing bathroom and nightstands at headboard for us folks who wear glasses and enjoy reading before falling asleep. Also a screen door for air flow on those days air conditioning is not needed.

We have been staying regularly for the past decade. Always HAD activities for the children and ran a happy, fun, clean place to camp. We are respectful campers and used to have a blast. All has changed now that new owners took over. Awful stay. Bullied, stalked and harassed by them. No children activities. Forced in cabin at 11pm. Not clean. Weekend was ruined. Will NEVER return.

This was my first return to this campground after the new owners had taken over. The cabin I rented had a problem with the A/C unit and within minutes the owner was there to address the issue. The cabin was neat and clean. The grounds well maintained. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. I will definitely return for future vacations!

Never did like that the check in time is so late and that the store closed early and it would be nice if there would be more outlets in the cabin, not for appliances but things like phone chargers. Other than that it was great!

We arrived after the store had closed, 6:00, so found our reservation on the board and headed to our site. As this is early in the season only one of the bathrooms were open but it was nearby. Clean and restful. Few activites but we were there for only one night.

My husband and I just love this place! The new owners are so nice. Their staff are very helpful and friendly. Thank you Jaime and Sharron for awesome camping!! Oh, and the camp store is a must see!! Nice job!
