Our first experience at KOA campgrounds it was awesome the staff was very friendly

Not all sites are Class A friendly. Too many trees in full hook up area to pull out site 63 as it had low trees on the left side. Unfortunately we had to back out even though it was a pull through site. Roadways very narrow. Some campers were sticking out in the roadway. Dog play area was nice.

What a great location! Everything we needed and so happy to have met the staff and the location is amazing! River running next to campground made for an excellent experience. Very clean and the staff was very friendly from the store staff to the maintenance and grounds staff. Would stay again and you should too!

We have stayed here several times in the past couple of years. It’s our last night on the road before getting home. The pull thru sites are level, easy to enter and exit. It is always windy in Ellensburg but expected. It’s just across freeway from Pilot and Loves fuel stops and several good restaurants. No road noise and a nice location by the river.

We were there over Memorial weekend. As expected it was packed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds could use better upkeep. The dump station set up is not the best location as getting past the long line at the dump station could be challenging. A bit noisy with traffic on the I-90 ramp. I felt it was a bit over priced.

The spots that we were in were not mowed tall grass just looked not very clean this year. Nothing in the store shelf’s were bare, bathroom not kept clean down by the dog park

My family has been coming to this campground for the past 7 years for a 5 day stay over Memorial day weekend and this is the first time the grounds were Very Unkept the restrooms were out of Toilet paper often So A Very Bad stay for our Family

The electronics don’t seem to work as well as they used to. The network was very slow despite much of the park being empty. And our Rv hookup failed after about 10 minutes of use. Staff was super friendly as always but I wonder about maintenance.

This stay at this KOA was really great, we all enjoyed it. From the Friday night festivities of Burgers and Margaritas to the Saturday night movie and free popcorn to Sunday pizza feast and once again the movie and free popcorn we could not have asked for more. Definately will be back.

It was good. The road noise from I-90 might bother some, but the campground was nice and the trees and foliage made it a nice oasis in the Ellensburg area.

Our whole family had a blast! Employees were great and so helpful, everyone was kind/respectful and the entertainment was such a surprise. First KOA experience and we will be back.

Place is ran down but is charging crazy prices for everything. Movie night I go up to guy making popcorn. He is eating popcorn and says it’s all gone and holds up empty bag. Then comes and sits right in front of me. This guys works there. Not a great experience. Explains why I could get a spot two days before Memorial Day.

This was the most expensive KOA we’ve stayed at. $90 for water & electric, no cable TV, & gravel roads. Dogs started barking at about 5:30 AM waking this hard of hearing veteran up. A few minutes later dump trucks using compression brakes added to the enjoyment. Staff were friendly. I really figured at this price point I expected more & better. Just being honest.

Have stayed at the Ellensburg KOA several times. Staff has always been polite, the area clean, and amenities ample. Will stay at this KOA again!

This place could be nice if it were maintained better. We paid more for a patio site with nice table and gas grill. The patio was full of weeds, the table was filthy and the gas grill was rusty, very dirty and falling apart. Water & electric connections were too far forward as well. While it was ok for an overnight, the price was way too high for the poor conditions of the site.

A really nice location, just wish the freeway noise was a bit less. A dropped the rating by one because tree limbs need to be trimmed. Having limbs drag across the roof of a 5th wheel is bad. No limb’s should be lower than 13’.

Staff very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Site was clean, tidy well equipped and accessible. Wi-Fi was a good solid signal with no issues or drop outs. Traffic noise early in the morning but that may have been the wind. Highly recommended.

Staff is very hospitable. The campsites need some work done between campers. Specifically the sites with patio and Bbq. Lots of weeds growing between the pavers and the chairs and tables need to be wiped down of all the bird droppings before next camper arrives.

The fire pits were a joke! Ours was a semi truck tire rim. I also saw semi truck brake drums used as fire rings. Semi truck parts are not suitable fire rings. They were too small to use and gave the wrong impression for a KOA. I have only stayed in a few KOA campgrounds but the others were much nicer overall.

The employees were very nice, the park was clean and my boys loved the basketball court, pool and just wandering looking for snakes. The 3 drawbacks for us were the site sizes, the location of the firepits and the cotton was crazy.

Overall the facility and employees are good. However, my campsite was a disaster. My campsite was directly under a huge tree that rained down cotton like material and sap which made a complete mess of my toyhauler and truck. It took hours to clean up when I got home. I arrived after the office closed or I would have demanded a different campsite. There was also 5-6 dog poop piles I had to rem

The people are great and it's a nice place to stay. We weren't warned about the cottonwood tree that we were parked under and our space was a white mess. Our trailer and vehicles were drowned in the falling cotton and a storm came through and glued the cotton to the trailer and vehicles. Spent hours trying to clean it all off once we arrived home. Inside and out! Maybe ask ahead about the trees.

Everything is good here, I gave the low score only because of the ridiculous price!! With tax, over $80 for only water & electricity! Unbelievable!! I also had to move my picnic table out of the parking space (luckily the man across the road helped me). I understand they were going to mow later, so maybe better communication that someone is coming in so the table can get moved back out of the way

Very easy to get in and out. The office, not easy to find, was by the pool and could use better signage. staff was very nice. My spot had a patio, bbq, table and chairs.

Too expensive for a dust filled, cotton wood blizzard. Pool filled with cottonwood snow. Gardeners blew dust and cottonwood everywhere with mowers. Very unpleasant stop. Sorry…

Our stay was satisfactory. The only problem we had was the cottonwood bloom and the maple tree blossoms everywhere!! Mother nature at her best. We spent most of our time away from the campground but it is very handy to all the events that we planned to attend. And thank you for the nice clean bathrooms.

A good place to stop in. The laundry did not have a coin machine and it was a bit expensive for a campsite. $71. But that's kind of what you get with a KOA, and this specific campground probably doesn't have much control over that. They had a very clear area to register for the night if you came in after hours, which we did.
