We had a wonderful stay at the campground. You all were very accommodating so our family/friends were close to each other and loved our buddy site. So much to do there.

Shared, small sites. No activities for children, pool is freezing. The staff is cranky and not welcoming. Will not be returning!

we could not find you guys we called to get directions but whoever we spoke to did not give us good directions, google maps were even worse! so we stayed somewhere else.

All of the KOA campgrounds are nice , but in this case we were given a site that looked like it was a single but was in a group of sites that were made into doubles. You could reach out and touch your neighbor. We shared electric and water which was no big deal, however there was only one sewer hookup and our neighbor was using it. When we left in the morning, we used a vacated site’s sewer .

Great experience! Leading up to the stay the customer service from the staff was second to none. Pizza was great, and the delivery to site was appreciated. Cabins ROCK! Kids were busy with your Sat. activities, and had tons of fun. I would not reduce rating, but pricing at the shop seemed high. I get it that it is convenience, and technically a 5 minute drive to Desoto is option to save 30-40%.

Outstanding KOA campground. This site should be the role model for all KOA Campground from the cleanliness, staff to activities. We will definitely visit again & recommend to our friends/family.

Great find while I was traveling back home. Only stayed one night, but they had activities scheduled most of the day, including a fishing tournament on their private pond. Thinking about coming back later this year for a long weekend with the family.

We really enjoyed staying here. During the summer months it would be nice to have more activities during the week days instead of just the weekends. You are not far from Des Moines to enjoy the area though. We really enjoyed this part of the country and will be back.

Pool was fine. Bathrooms ok. Sites cramped together with almost no shade anywhere. Smoky fires morning and evening too close to one another. Nothing to write home about.

There aren't enough stars to highly rate your place. I MISS IT ALREADY! LOVED the cabin. LOVED the overall layout of the campground and the quietness. Your staff is AMAZING! So many happy, helpful people gathered in one place. Job longevity must exceed national averages because they work cohesively and keep the place looking great. I do have a couple of suggestions & concerns. Call me, please.

This was our first stay at a KOA. It was the best! Actually a destination not a overnight campground. We will use KOAs again for sure!

We had to change our arrival date THREE times because of vehicle breakdown and repairs that kept getting delayed The staff was so gracious and accommodating! We finally got there on our fourth date!

Only thing needed was the main American flag by the pool was worn and ripping, needs replaced. Very clean bathrooms, great pool!

We loved our stay. Lots of amenities for the kids. Just a couple of suggestions. 1) it would be really nice to have a wood box at each cabin to keep the wood dry overnight. 2) could the prices be lowered a bit on food and toiletries in the shop? Pretty high compared to others we go to. Oh and more frequent checking of exp dates on food/drinks.

It was a short overnight stay. Appreciated the single bathrooms with the "deluxe" showers. Teresa was great in directing us to downtown Adel. (bikers unite!) wish there were more trees or bushes in the campground but understand that's not always the case. neat lodging options fantastic store no highway noise

We have auto levelers and the site was so uneven they couldn’t even help without lots of blocks. No excuse.

We called the same day about a reservation Nd would be arriving around 10 pm. The staff was very accommodating and our site was easy to find once we arrived. Very clean and well kept park. Allowed us to extend check out for an hour. Would absolutely go back.

Nice KOA with some unique amenities like bounce pad, on site pizza kitchen, pool, fish pond. Camp staff regularly picks up your trash if you leave it out.

It was wonderful. The campground was clean, the pool refreshing, the ease of the water/dryers were great. I especially want to lift up Larry, the maintenance man, who helped us with a few issues with our trailer. His time with us changed the outcome of the rest of our trip!!!

The site was easily accessible, but we showed up for after hours check and they didn't have us on the list because we booked online. Glad they answered the phone after hours and were able to confirm the early afternoon online booking and get us a site.

We enjoyed our stay at the one room cabins, very clean. When booking the reservation, the lady on the phone was super helpful in getting us booked and making sure we knew where we would be going for our late check in. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! Thanks for a great stay!
