Wifi is horrible and there is no BBQ dinner delivered to your site, like they advertise. The place is immaculate and people are friendly and the price is fair. It seems false advertising re wifi and bbq, however. An easy fix would be for them to edit their ads and website to more accurately reflect the current situation.

Located 15 miles from Carlsbad, this KOA was away from the hustle and noise of the city. Grounds were well maintained and the bath house was clean. The little cafe was closed when we were there but hoping to reopen in the near future. The folks there were really nice.

we stayed 1 night. stated park was full and had to put in the back row, in the sticker patch, dogs were uncomfortable and when we left there was alot of spaces available we could of had.

Carlsbad KOA is located about 18 miles north of Carlsbad. We stayed there in a 40 ft motorhome towing a Chevrolet Silverado 1500 pickup and had plenty of room in our pull-thru space. The sites are spacious, neatly kept, and all utilities worked well. The staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient to visiting Carlsbad Caverns NP, Guadalupe NP, Lake Brantley SP, Sitting Bull Falls, Roswell, etc.

The kampground was fantastic. The bathrooms were spacious. �. An hour from Roswell and thirty minutes from Carlsbad Caverns. A must see is Sitting Bull Falls and Bottomless Lakes State Park. Staff was very friendly!!!!

The team at Carlsbad HOA Holiday is fantastic. We have traveled to hang out there twice within a month from another state and would do it again if time allowed.

We really enjoyed this campground. It has plenty of space in between the campsites. They have lots of outdoor games setup and the grounds are just really nice and quiet. The laundry room and bathrooms/showers are really nice and clean.

They have terrible wifi - practically non-exist. The only way I could get on the internet was to go into the lounge area by the office. Bathrooms needed attention. The paper towel dispenser was disgusting. I’m finding KOA’s in the SW aren’t very nice. You pay more and get less.

Due to lack of help the food/restaurant was not open during our stay a bummer. The person checking us in was very friendly.

There was games for kids and families to play which were open 24 hours. Indoor game room and patio games. Bathrooms and shower were clean. We stayed in a cabin.

The men’s amenities had pour water for washing hands. You had to push a button for getting ester , only the cold watr was not cold, en ther was no hot water. The amenities are far away from s cabin. I had to make a little hike in the night. The reception was not open until 10.00 am. So i couldn’t buy a bottle of water. The internet is verry pour! No internet in the cabin, only in main build

This is one of the most beautiful KOAs we have stayed. The views from each site are incredible and each site is large and clean. It also has a great K9 park and barbecue areas. The KOA staff are really nice and accommodating. This KOA is definitely on my list to come back too!

Carlsbad KOA has an amazing setup, even with a few unwelcome guests, and is run way better than expectations! The gift shop is also well appointed, and the facilities are clean as a whistle.

We just needed a base camp for our visit to Carlsbad Caverns. It was during spring break. The RV spaces were drive-thru and spacious. The restrooms were clean. No complaints. It's pretty basic for a KOA, but was fine for what we needed.

Wonderful, friendly staff. Has everything you need. Location was excellent for getting to all the area has to offer. We would stay there again. Food delivered to campsite on the weekends and there was propane, too :).

Lack of staff caused cleanliness issues in bathrooms/showers & trash areas. Otherwise we enjoyed the location near Brantley Lake State Park Sitting Bull Falls & Living Desert State Park & Zoo plus equidistant from Carlsbad Caverns & Roswell.

This was my second KOA stay and I was fairly disappointed. The camping area is not the greatest, no privacy at all, bench/table is in poor shape. In comparison to other KOA - Carlsbad KOA is more expensive with less amenities, no filtered water available, coffee and tea for purchase only, dirty showers. I would not stay again.

A nice place. Well kept except for the dumpster situation. It was over full but maybe it just happened to be due for a pick up and clean up of the area. I loved the wide open spaces around this campsite. The rec room and children's area were very nice. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and very helpful with information about the area.

Great RV spots. Very spacious! Well kept, very clean. About 45 mins from Carlsbad Caverns. They do make pizzas on site, but the nearest restaurant or store is about 30mins. Still really great KOA

Showers were wonderful, staff was friendly. Liked the activity room and games. Price was reasonable. If anything was not right, I would say that shower curtains need cleaned routinely, they had mildew on the bottom
