The staff in the office was great! So nice and super helpful. All of the facilities were well maintained and so clean! The gift shop was awesome and had such nice things. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This was my favorite KOA so far. Our patio site was so luxurious, it made me wish we could have stayed longer. The facilities were the best of any KOA I’ve been to. My only complaint was that the bathrooms needed better ventilation and more hand dryers (or paper towels).

Very nice and clean park. Level roads and sites. We had one of the huge sites with a nice paver patio. Office, rec room, laundry all very nice. Workers very friendly. Easy access to main hwy, also reasonable distance to White Sands. Wish more KOA parks had as nice of standards as this park.

Helpful and friendly staff. Well kept site. I liked the block privacy screens at each site. It is a good place to stop for the night.

Just stayed for an overnight stop while traveling. Great campground! Well kept, office staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer to visit more area attractions! Our RV site was was roomy & clean. Great camp store!

All was good. There were some dogs running around without leashes and hubby stated 2 showers were messed up. One had no shower head and another was not good. Very quiet place and everyone was helpful and kind.

The grounds were so well kept. Really liked how roomy the sites were. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They really wanted you to have a good experience in Alamogordo/White Sands.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. Campground was nice and clean. Bob was so helpful and nice. Really enjoyed talking to him. Gave us many things to do. Thank you so much.

All I can say is this park was amazing. The staff was fantastic. They were knowledgeable and kind and friendly. They made our stay so nice. Park was beautifully kept. Definite return

Third time here and we just love this place! Close to lots of stuff we like to see, pleasant surroundings, fresh coffee in the morning - what's not to love? This time we used the shower facilities and found them clean and tidy. We will definitely make this out go-to campground when visiting Alamogordo. Did I mention the fresh coffee!?!? Highly recommended.

We spent two nights and enjoyed every minute. Place was spotless and quiet. We would stay again.

We were there overnight. Very nice site, neat, clean and spacious, pleasant staff! My only issue is something no one can fix, the trains running close by at night and sounding their horns.

Only stayed 1 nite - just traveling thru. Had small problem with pedestal socket. Ken checked it out and Sandy offered another site. Great custumer service!!! Thanks to you, both.

Had a lovely stay here! Grateful for Sandy who greeted us with a smile, even though it was after hours and time for her to go home. We were clueless Ann out where to go and what to do. She was very helpful! Loved the large, clean sites and clean bathrooms.

I had the BEST site in the park! Definitely would stay again in that same spot. The sink for washing dishes was not clean enough and the chlorine level in the pool was a bit excessive, but those are my only complaints. The staff was ver friendly!!!

We had enjoyed our stay in a nice site and appreciated the clean showers and restrooms. My tow vehicle would not start when we were ready to hitch up and they were very helpful and understanding.

Well kept KOA. North of the White Sands NP. Got fresh popcorn upon arrival. Beautiful office.

Very spacious site E6. Privacy fences. Close to White Sands NP. Stayed here mid-Feb 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #E6 General: Nice store and grounds. Easy access. Well-maintained with updated facilities. Staff: Staff is great! Owners are caring and polite. Sites: Spacious gravel sites with some privacy from fences. Large rock gravel. Campground Road: Gravel road. Campground WiFi: Could not always connect to campground WiFi Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. Bathrooms/Showers: Women's showers were really nice—newly renovated! Private locked rooms. The men's showers were old and a bit smelly/dirty. Stall-style showers with a locking door to the stall. Laundry: Really nice newly renovated facility and the machines worked very well. Dried and washed well. Location: Gas, groceries, and restaurants all within 5-10 min. 20 min from White Sands NP. Near highway: No. You do turn off of the main road (route, not an interstate) and go back a few blocks so minimal road noise. Near train: Yes. Train is close but not immediately connected to the KOA. Cell using booster: AT&T (2 of 4 bars —4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes 4 bars—4G) worked well enough. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings. Small moments of lag when using AT&T. Could stream as well on both networks.
