Fishing

On-site free fishing pond. Easy access to the Pemigewasset River, only a short walking distance from your site. Other options nearby that will assist you to catch the "Big One, are pristine lakes, babbling brooks, rushing rivers and secret streams. There are designated areas for Fly Fishing only, if you are among the very skilled and seasoned sports person. Hunting and Fishing licenses are available in our store.

Rock Climbing

Hard core for the most advanced as well as something for the less aggressive in the Franconia Notch.

Hiking

We offer a quiet, novice-hiking trail accessible from your site. It winds through the woods along side the riverbanks of the Pemigewasset River.

Franconia Notch and Crawford Notch are a short but spectacular journey from our KOA. This is the beginning of several novice, intermediate and advanced levels of hiking incorporated with breathtaking waterfalls. Visit the White Mountain Information Center for detailed maps and information just one exit North of us.

Golfing

Test your skills at our on site 9-hole mini-golf course. You need more of a challenge? Several full facility, advanced level 18 hole golf courses and mini-golf with a great adventure that even the locals visit.
