Nail-driving, log-rolling and crosscut- saw competitions are fun events during Sawmill Festival weekends. Little League World Series & Little League Museum
You are 20 minutes away from one of the most visited sites in Pennsylvania. Williamsport offers you a great time at the Little League Museum. You can take a tour, enjoy interactive displays, have a birthday party or just browse the gift shops. No matter what you enjoy doing, you're sure to enjoy all the Baseball Museum has to offer. Knoebels Amusement Resort
Free admission, free parking, free picnicking and free entertainment is just 45 minutes away. This is one of Pennsylvania's finest parks with award winning wooden rollercoaster's. Outdoor Adventures
Mountain Biking
If you like mountain biking, there are many trails within driving distance. Pack your bikes, lunches and family in your vehicle and hit the trails. They range from 10 miles to 42 miles of easy, intermediate and advance trails. Contact the Susquehanna Valley Visitors Bureau at 1-800-525-7320 for a detailed map and complete instructions.
If you're in it for the day sun up to sun down, starting it Lewisburg's Bucknell University, there is a 42 mile trial along Penns Creek. This ride takes you through beautiful country sides and allows you to stop at many different places. Pottery shops, restaurants, specialty shops and museums are just of the few stops you can make. If you do not mind driving a little further, the Pine Creek rails to Trails path is a fantastic 67 mile groomed trail that wind through beautiful forests and past mountain streams. Canoeing & Kayaking
The Susquehanna River is the longest river on the East Coast of the US. It is a very shallow waterway that is not suitable for larger water craft, which means it is perfect for canoe and kayak enthusiast. The river has Class I to Class III water in our area, as well as a wide variety of diverse ecology to enjoy. Launch permits are required if you bring your own equipment, but you can also rent from a local outfitter at www.paddlehappy.com. Artisan Tour
Enjoy a beautiful drive along scenic Route 45, also known as the Purple Heart Highway. The 100 mile trip covers five counties as it winds throughout the central PA countryside. Enjoy a unique shopping experience in historic downtown Lewisburg. This beautiful old main street is home to a wide variety of electric shops, jewelers and galleries. Motorcycle Roads
There are windy roads, there are twisty roads, there are long country roads, and so on… This helmet optional state lets have many choices of what your ride will be. July 20-22: Sawmill Festival #1:
This weekend will challenge your skills and test your strength. There is a very full schedule of events, including Nail Driving Contests, Log Rolling, Cross Cut Saw, Watermelon Seed Spitting, Tug of Water, Blindfold Boat Race, Greased Pole Climb, and even more..! There is an event for all ages and skill levels. Finish the weekend with the Awards Ceremony.

We just can't get enough of this great weekend. Join in for the first time or come back from last weekend and try your luck again.
August 3-5: Wild West Gold Rush Weekend:
Yee Haw Folks! This will be a good old time! Pan for Gold Mine Sluice, or try your skills at the bicycle rodeo. Have a friend or foe "arrested" and thrown in our real cowboy jail. This is a great fundraiser for KOA Care Camps. You stay in the "pokey" until someone bails you out! Bring your appetite to the Free Corn & Hot Dog Roast on Saturday night. We will be cooking up a big batch of fresh local corn and roasting hot dogs for all to enjoy or you can bring your own BBQ items to cook over the grills.
August 10-12: Family Olympics:
Get your family teams together and join in on the fun filled games of skill, luck, and creativity. Plan ahead for the highlight of the day ... the annual "Float Your Boat" competition. Build your best creation of cardboard, plastic wrap & duct tape only. Then get on board, to paddle across our pond.
Seasonal Campers are invited to attend the Seasonal Camper Meeting. Get all the information and start planning for the 2013 camping season.
August 17-19: Super Summer Carnival Fun:
Come enjoy a great time at our own country carnival. You can try to win a prize at the Ring Toss, Duck Pond, Dart Throw and more! Giant Bounce Course will keep the kids going all day.

August 24-26: Little League World Series Weekend:
It will be a home run weekend that is all about baseball. The Little League World Series Championship Games will be held over this weekend, but if you decide not to go to the games, we will keep you running the bases back at the park.
August 31-September 3: Labor Day Weekend:
It may be the end of summer, but the fun will just not stop now. We will keep the party going with Candy Bar Bingo, Fire Truck Rides, Mini Golf Tournament, Site Sales, Ceramics, Horseshoe Tournament, live music and so much more! Swimming pools close for the season.
September 7-9: Annual Chili Cook-Off:
Cook up a batch of your best Chili Recipe and bring it to our annual Chili Competition. Make enough for your fellow campers to try. They will be the judges! ($) Prizes awarded for the winners. We will be cooking up our own batch of chili & homemade cornbread for all to enjoy. Bring your bowls & spoons!
September 14-16: Apples Festival:
Fall is in full swing now and the apples are in season. Come enjoy our fresh apple cider, arts & crafts, and a big batch of warm apple crisp for dessert.
September 21-23: Fair Weekend:

Dress up as your best little ghost or goblin and come to our fun Halloween Costume Contest & Party. This is fun for all ages, not just the kids! You can even dress up your pet! Enter the Site Decorating Contest and Trick or Treat to all the campsites. Take advantage of some super bargains at our storewide "Moonlight Madness Sale." April 6-8: Hippity Hoppity Easter Party:
Start the camping season off with a whole lot of fun! Enjoy decorating Easter Eggs and Kid's Easter Egg Hunt. There will be a free pancake breakfast on Sunday morning...and a visit from the Easter Bunny!
April 13-15: Spring Camper Appreciation Weekend:
We want to thank you for being great campers. Seasonal campers are invited to the Spring Seasonal Camper Meeting on Saturday morning. Join us for a fun game of "Grab Bag Bingo," and bring your appetite to the Free Pasta Dinner. Get a coupon for a free night to come back over the summer.
April 20-22: Spring Cleaning Yard Sale Weekend:
Clean out the garage, your house and your RV & set up your "yard" sale right at your campsite. This event will be advertised locally and open to the public all day Saturday. Our large Indoor Recreation Hall will be used in the event of bad weather.
April 27-29: Dr. Seuss Jubilation Celebration Weekend:
"Will you join us on a boat? Will you join us with a goat?" "Will you join us in the rain? Will you join us on a train?" Come and celebrate Dr. Seuss Weekend with us! We will be taking the popular Dr. Seuss books and turning them into crafts, games and fun activities enjoyable for the entire family!
