This campground is overpriced compared to many we have stayed at. We had a pull through spot on a mostly gravel (and dirt) pad; was very happy it wasn’t raining. Was easy in and out and pretty quiet we’re it’s pluses

We stayed for 10 days as we had vehicle problems. Everyone treated us great. Had branches that were too close to our rubber roof and the took care of them. Very friendly and welcoming.

I loved the fact that hot water was readily available in the shower although the drain was faulty. One bathroom stall had no tissue the entire time we were there, and the office hours are strange. I did, however, find the staff pleasant and ready to satisfy our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wellington KOA! Our deluxe cabin was spotless and roomy! The entire campground was very clean. The shower house is the nicest I’ve ever seen! My granddaughters loved the playground and pool. The only thing that was a bit disappointing to me was the lack of food options in the store. I’ve stayed at other KOAs that had pizza and ice cream which we enjoyed.

The grass was super long. And I don't like walking through long grass. One bathroom /shower room for everyone just different sides of the hall. When I walked in and there was a man setting on the floor waiting for his boys. I turned around and walked out. We paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1 night and left. Kids also driving around on a golf cart after 10 pm making a lot of noise.

Great overnight KOA south of Wichita. Basic KOA but very friendly staff and close to Walmart and Fuel. Gravel sites but excellent connections with full hook-ups.

Trash was overflowing for the 2 nights we stayed. Some trash was left by the campsites for the 2 days and never picked up. For a KOA Holiday we were very disappointed. The pool is above ground type. The outer deck was nice, but the deck directly around the pool was in poor condition. The top step of the pool ladder was broken. The playground lacked equipment. This is more like a Journey.

Trash collection is a problem . We were there two days and the trash was never picked up. The large trash cans were overflowing . I would guess the holiday would be the cause of the overflow of trash.

Office wasn’t open for our entire stay (on a holiday weekend) trash overflowing, dog park filthy and unsecured, bathrooms not cleaned at any time during our stay. Would give zero stars if that was possible. Don’t waste your $$

If you like a Self Service KOA, Wellington is the place for you! Memorial Day weekend and the Office/Store was closed the ENTIRE time we were there. No bike rentals for the kids. No shopping for the kids. No toilet paper/paper towels in bathroom. No trash pickup = overflowing trash. Voicemail box full, so zero help there. Emails not returned. But hey, credit card was sure charged for balance due!

The major problem was no manager on duty for our stay 4 pm until 11 am. I lost $3 in two non-functioing washing machines which seemed to be too full of change to accept more. Yes, it was a holiday weekend, but other KOA locations had some desk coverage for campers.

Wonderful little new KOA very clean and well managed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a old farmhouse and had several farm and old wagon decorations on site.

Lot 6 picnic table was so rickety it was unusable. As we walked around we noticed all picnic tables were very old and of same type as one on our site. Garbage cans overflowing, dog poop trash also.

Bathrooms were spotless which is huge but trash around the grounds needs attention. We were given a dite next to some workers who were up late when lots of other sites were available. Just some attention to detail

Easy in and out. Nice and quiet. Notice some have more slope than others, most bring more blocks next time. Power and water stable. Hosts ok. Dog park was fine. Would return in the future.

We have stayed at Wellington probably a dozen times in the last few years. We always know what to expect there… Organization, pleasantness, service the grounds are nice, and we always like a dog park.

Nice park for a quick stay. Most sites are gravel but have 3 large concrete patio sites. All the basic amenities here to. Close to major train routes so do here them throughout 24x7.

We stayed here for 1 night as a stop over heading North. We wanted to stay 2 nights but nasty storms with large hail and tornadoes were predicted the next night so we elected only 1 night. Site #22 that we had was nice. Level and gravel and easy to get into. On the roads to maneuver inside the park there are lowing hanging branches in several areas that scraped the top and side of our RV a little bit. Site was just long enough for our 40' Class A rig with a 14' trailer and prius. Location of the pedstal, sewer and water was good. No one at the office when we checked in around 4p, but check in was a breeze with the book and receipts and a map of the campground. Overall it was good and what I expect from KOA for the price paid. The people at the park that night were noisy until around 12a-1a, which was annoying and many of them had campfires going until around that time. That was the only downside to the park.
