Very old and run down restrooms/showers. No sewer hook ups at sites. Lack of adequate gravel. Pull through sites are on grass and muddy when raining. No laundry. Appears that most of this KOA are seasonal campers.

Wonderful experience! Very friendly and helpful. We had a problem connecting utilities and the owners were very responsive and assisted us. Highly recommend! 5 Stars!!

Did not handle the previous day's rainstorm very well the staff was friendly and very helpful that doesn't make up for the accommodations they do not have a sewer system and the dump station you've got a circle to park to get to it

Campground had been flooded by 8” of rain the day before we arrived, but there were several dry sites after we arrived and cleanup was well under way. Thru it all the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the water receded throughout the nite so all the roads were open when we left.

We stayed for 5 nights over Labor Day Weekend. The owners/staff were friendly & very helpful. The grounds were well manicured, restrooms were always clean, store well stocked. Enjoyed the activities that were held on Sat & Sun, including a popular local band, ice cream social & flashlight candy hunt. Our site was a little tight, but loved the stream behind the camper 15 feet from us!!!

We definitely enjoy camping here the kids always have fun. The owners are very nice people and the camping spots are great. We got a camping spot by the river. It is peaceful and nice. definitely recommend checking it out if you’re interested in camping

Camping in this place was an unforgettable experience. My children really enjoyed nature and the bonfires at night. we stayed in site P08, very spacious and the grass is beautiful. The lady that I assume is the owner treated us very kindly and she was happy that we had arrived from Queens New York. I like the activities they planned for the children. they enjoyed it a lot �

Perfect, peaceful, and safe place for a very tired traveler. The hosts/owners were kind, helpful, and imaginative in finding a place for my husband to park his pickup and car hauler. The KOA is clean and in a beautiful location. Everyone was smiling and enjoying the Labor Day celebrations, with live country music and BBQ food. Laundry room cost was low, clean, and most appreciated. Great place!!

Nice small campground in the middle of nowhere but close to I86. We stayed 1 night as a stopover on the way to our destination and 1 night on our way back. The pull through sites alternate in direction so your patio side faces the patio of your neighbor and your other side is very close to the other side of your other neighbor. There are creekside sites that looked nice and also a nice pool.

Only stayed one night. Very clean camp and bathroom/shower facilities. This is an older KOA with the recognizable A-Frame style office. Seemed like lots of seasonal campers, but our space was easy in and out. The staff was very friendly.

It served a purpose for us, that's all. We most likely will not camp there again for the following reasons: We hate camping where we are lined up so tight next to other campers, like we are in a parking lot. There was no enforcement of quiet hours. Several guests were being extremely loud, voices & music very late at night/very early in the morning, as well as their dogs constantly barking.

Very laid back and friendly atmosphere. Hosts were extremely helpful with recommendations on restaurants, local activities and directions. Campground was well kept. Would definitely consider staying again.

What a wonderful campground. The owners are fabulous. The sites are well maintained and we were presently surprised with the oleout creek right in their back yard. This place is a diamond in the rough. ���ϋ�

Didn’t like how the site was set up with our door facing the people door next to us. Ours and our neighbors fire pits were only about 30 feet from each other. We were so close we couldn’t even have a private conversation.

I wonder what are the minimums to be a KOA. The roads from the highway to the campground are a challenge. It is white knuckle driving with a big rig. Also, this is my first KOA without full hookups. It would be an ok overnight stop for a class B or popup. If I'm in the area, I'll stay at an Harvest Hosts instead.

We were there before the end of April and when we got to our sites there wasn't any water. We went to the office. They came out and fixed the problem. But once I started running the water it was disgusting. Brown and I ran my faucet and a few others near my site for quite a while and the water was a root beer color. it was dark out and I went and got some water from the office area inside so that we had water for the night for flushing and drinking. I was surprised. That they charge the regular rate when the majority of what you would expect was not available. The people were very nice.

this was the only reasonably priced accommodation when looking for a place to stay for my son's tournament in Cooperstown. This is about 30 minutes drive from where his team was staying. Didn't mind the drive at all because it was a peaceful drive. not busy at all. at times that it got foggy but still a beautiful drive with the hills along the hwy. We rented a cabin (#1) for me and my husband. even though it's by the entrance the noise didn't bother us at all. Cabin has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. we used the bunk as our space for our clothes. there was a small fridge - sufficient for our 2 days supply of food or for left over A heater is also available - we had to use it 3/7 days as it gets cold at dawn. I love sitting on the bench outside and listen to crickets at night. The washroom is about 2 minutes walk from our cabin, which was always clean every time I had to use it.. Washroom I think has 3 stalls for toilet and 4 for shower. Water pressure is adequate and hot water temp is perfect. If you're looking for privacy - this is not for you. I won't mind coming back here again with my kids.

Another very nice koa, the owners and everyone there were great, I would recommend staying here anytime to just have a relaxing time
