Campground Reviews

Early season traveling. The camp wasn’t technically open but they were taking reservations. They were in the middle of spring cleaning, but the bathroom was clean , the shower were hot and the hosts were very nice! I would definitely recommend this campground for an overnight stay.

Reason for lower rating is they do not offer full hook-ups. Also, would be good if auto text or email would be sent after making reservation stating not to follow GPS, but follow signs to get to camp site. If you follow GPS you will need to make almost impossible 180 turn to enter road to get to the camp site. I received similar warning from another KOA, related to low height bridge.

Made to feel welcome. Best KOA I have ever stayed at!

Very nice campground. We enjoyed having the creek behind our rig and being able to sit on the riverbank.

Nous sommes arrivés tard et sans réservation et nous avons été très bien reçu par la propriétaire du camping. L'endroit est calme et paisible, les espaces sont parfaits pour un gros VR. Merci !

The owners were fantastic, everything was great, only way it could’ve been better is if there were sewer hook ups at the sites. But the dump station was easy to use and in a convenient location. Apparently they have a honey wagon that’ll come to the site, but I was only there one night.

As a seasonal camper, we had a nice spot. Mike and Kathy are very nice and very accommodating. They keep the campground up well.

Staff were outstanding. The campground itself need money put into its upkeep. It seems that the facility was in better shape sometime ago but the restrooms are in dire need of repairs/maintenance. The site we were on was nothing to write home about either. The best thing going for this particular location is that it stays open a little longer than most so if you’re traveling through you can endu

Staff was very accommodating to us. Friendly park. Enjoyed the music.

I’ve stayed at many KOAs, always a nice experience, until this one. Several long term residents in campers. Resembles a low rent trailer park more than a KOA. Bath house is old and needs upgraded.

We love this KOA!! Mike and Kathy treat everyone like family. Lots of events during the summer. I can’t say enough about the kindness and generosity towards everyone.

Nice campground, helpful people, comfortable stay. The dog park was great, lots of green grass for my baby. If you’re in this area this KOA is a definite yes.

Granted, we had a lot of rain recently but the campground was a muddy mess. Our camping site was on turf which was very soft and muddy. You could tell that there was gravel there at one time but not much remained.

Not sure if the staff was gay open minded…..were looked after in a peticular way….did not feel that confortable….but the site was A 1

Stayed in 38' Jayco Delux RV on return from trip with cargo trailer -- it was really nice and a great way to go if 'ya can't bring your own travel trailer. The KOA Unadilla team couldn't have been better. It's a must stay KOA when visiting NY's Southern Tier.

Helpful and courteous staff Quiet and safe. Exactly what I needed. If it wasn’t for NY mud, it would have been perfect.

Owners or hosts were very helpful and grounds were cozy and clean. Location is the only reason I’d hesitate returning, it’s quite a drive to area attractions. It’s perfect if remote is what you are looking for.

Not my favorite koa. Space was muddy. Park was Very full but with mostly unoccupied units. Not the usual neat and well kept facilities we usually find at KOA. Ok for a one night stopover.

Very nice people; quiet; signs from interstate were great help as Google doesn't provide best directions; muddy, unlevel site; seasonal area is so far from restrooms it really requires driving there or having your own restroom; seasonal area has lovely open field but also unsightly view of rundown farm; tolerable for one night but only because there was no other option; overpriced for what it is

We were there before the end of April and when we got to our sites there wasn't any water. We went to the office. They came out and fixed the problem. But once I started running the water it was disgusting. Brown and I ran my faucet and a few others near my site for quite a while and the water was a root beer color. it was dark out and I went and got some water from the office area inside so that we had water for the night for flushing and drinking. I was surprised. That they charge the regular rate when the majority of what you would expect was not available. The people were very nice.

this was the only reasonably priced accommodation when looking for a place to stay for my son's tournament in Cooperstown. This is about 30 minutes drive from where his team was staying. Didn't mind the drive at all because it was a peaceful drive. not busy at all. at times that it got foggy but still a beautiful drive with the hills along the hwy. We rented a cabin (#1) for me and my husband. even though it's by the entrance the noise didn't bother us at all. Cabin has 1 queen bed and a bunk bed. we used the bunk as our space for our clothes. there was a small fridge - sufficient for our 2 days supply of food or for left over A heater is also available - we had to use it 3/7 days as it gets cold at dawn. I love sitting on the bench outside and listen to crickets at night. The washroom is about 2 minutes walk from our cabin, which was always clean every time I had to use it.. Washroom I think has 3 stalls for toilet and 4 for shower. Water pressure is adequate and hot water temp is perfect. If you're looking for privacy - this is not for you. I won't mind coming back here again with my kids.
