From I-90: Take Exit 274 for US 287, go north 38 miles. At mile marker 70, turn right.
From Helena: Go south on US 287. At mile marker 70, turn left.

Oh my gosh!! There is so much to see and do here at Canyon Ferry Lake KOA and the central Montana area! Just around Canyon Ferry Lake KOA there is fishing for Walleye, Trout, Ling, and Perch. Fish by boat in the summer or ice fish in the winter. Hiking is close by also. On a hike you can see moose, elk, deer, eagles, foxes and many other animals. Four wheeling is down the road and the trail offers spectacular panoramic views of the valley! A short drive to Helena, the state capitol, has a historic trolley ride around downtown.
