We had a great time at there. It was close to drive to KSC or to view the launches in town. Well kept park and everyone was very helpful and nice.

We booked a spot with another couple . I told the person I booked with that we wanted to be next to each other I was told no problem. I booked sites # 145 and 143. When we got there Iwas told I could not have Site# 145 even though no one was in it .I was told they just gave me that site to garuntee I just had a site when I got there. Were put in another spot.But we won"t be back.It was not good.

Staff very friendly. We showed up very late, they had our checkin paperwork in the box. A person showed up and took us to our site.

Staff was extremely friendly! Under new management and the cleanliness and overall status has improved dramatically. Sites were good size, clean, and amenities were in good condition. I expect to stay again when I return to this area.

Nice heated pool but could use cleaning on the bottom of pool, restrooms clean, great laundry but not 24/7, not gated, 30 min to Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. 5 min to Publix. Why isn’t Clubhouse available to guests? Paved poorly throughout. Lacks needed maintenance and TLC. I was charged $5 to retrieve USPS small package. I’ve never been charged to receive mail or packages.

Very tight loud music from the people who stay all year long, staff members are very nice. My suggestion ask them to put you somewhere where people aren’t living there

Campground is undergoing renovations. The work that has been completed has been done well, which is an indication that over time the facilities will be very nice. There was an inaccurate site assignment for us, but Ralph and Nick were helpful in resolving the issue. This was much appreciated.

Had a pull thru site for one night. Site was very level and full hook ups. Pool was heated and very relaxing. Facility had full laundry.

The resident camper thing is a little unnerving for the regular KOA member. The constant ”staring” from the local resident population is awkward and uncomfortable. A little noisy so close to the road. The trees make a mess of your rig. The staff was very friendly and improvements are obviously being made. Maybe someday, but not today.

I’m not one to bash,however this KOA was terrible. Poor electric, spotty cable, unkempt grounds, poorly maintained and clearly aged in addition to ant mounts everywhere. These problems are easily corrected but also clearly neglected. Mgr. also was not professional at all and front counter person had no professional skills for her position.

If you own a large 5th wheel or class a the roads are extremely tight. Those parking the rv's lack the basic knowledge to guide a rig that big. Prepare to be asked to move your towed vehicle so another rv can be wedged in. Water was disrupted multle times over our two week stay. Restored quickly. The park has been cleaned up over the last few years. Would recommend this park for smaller rigs only.

The website says it has a snack bar. There is none. There is no open rec halll. The bathroom by the pool the mens door is all busted through. It’s not what you expect from a KOA.

Sites for the most part are very well kept up. Doing upgrades in buildings. Showers and bathrooms were nice. All staff we dealt with were extremely nice and welcoming. Gave us good options to go for dinner. Would stay again!

Wifi did not work. TV cable did not work. Bathrooms were filthy. Grounds & landscape were wild and unkempt. Worst KOA I've ever seen.

Nothing bad to say �. Our pad was clean and all utilities worked. Kampground itself was clean. Bathhouse was kept clean and cleaned daily.

Friendly staff! Campground is dated and appears to have permanent residents mixed among the campers. Location is a plus! Power and water pressure is adequate. Roads could use some improvement.

We had a concrete pad pull thru as well as a back in grass spot. Love the location however it was a continual problem not to step in poop around our grassed back-in. I do not attribute that to the KOA, but to the individuals staying there. If it were not for that - I would have given you the higher rating. But every time we walked our poodle my husband stepped in dog poo all around the park.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.
