Love the campground. Lots to do and everyone very friendly/helpful. Only wish there was more grass space for the dogs. A shuttle into Key West would be helpful as well

Staff was fantastic. Campground was extremely well kept. Everything was top-notch. Best RV resort my family and I have ever been to by far. The only thing that came up short was that all of the wifi connections had very weak signals so internet was slow and couldn't stream video. Still, it was an incredibly positive overall experience.

Excellent location. A little tight. A little expensive. The grounds are very well kept. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was our first stay, but I don't think it will be our last. The sites have adequate privacy due to the layout and landscaping. The amenities are excellent. We greatly enjoyed apending time at the beach at the end of the day.

Enjoyable times relaxing at beautiful pool. Great evenings out to walk or ride. Close enough to KW to enjoy outings there. Area seafood was easily accessed. No see ems created a prob for my wife but I was fine price of RV rental lots is gettinexcessive!!

Always a great place to slow down and enjoy what the keys have to offer. Great facilities, awesome staff. Only soft spot is the lateness of the music playing at the pool, if your going to play music after 9pm do so less loud so others in area don’t necessarily have to listen. Did I say we love this KOA? Yes we do..

very nice campground although the sites were very crowded and no grassy areas for our pets. pool area was great but guests had a bad practice of "saving seats" my wife was very upset to go on Saturday morning.. there were like 6 people there, and all the lounge chairs had towels on them. most resorts do not allow this. Entertainment and special events were very nice. bar staff friendly.

Absolutely wonderful!!! My wife and have never been to the keys before this trip. We decided to spend our 35th anniversary in the keys and could not have made a better choice. Can’t wait to go back!!!

I always love going to Sugarloaf Key KOA. The staff is amazing and the property is very well kept. The only complaint I have is that I couldn't stay longer, keep up the good work!

Absolutely beautiful campground on par with most RV resorts. Extremely helpful staff and beautiful large sites with great landscaping/vegetation between each one. Fun activities friendly for all ages and great amenities. Only thing that could be better is to add a playground.

The pool area is beautiful. The food is not great. The worst French fries and tacos I have ever had. Pancake Sundays were terrific. The sites are really small and parking is a challenge. The staff was five stars.

Beautiful, clean campground and amenities are well maintained and also very clean. Love the daily activities and music by the pool. Great pool bar! Only complaint - there are not NEARLY enough pool chairs!! People were stalking other people waiting for them to get up and leave. With all the RV's and two vacation rental buildings more pool chairs are desperately needed.

Loved our site #1024, lots of living space and easy to maneuver my 25 foot Travel Trailer into. Great bathroom facilities but we didn't use any other amenities except the dog park. Really wish that was bigger. Since there's really no good dog parks in the Key West area except for Higgs, would have been nice to have a place to throw a frisbee or ball for my Shepherd dogs to run/play/chase.

The landscaping is beautiful and the pool area is fantastic! I couldn't get the grandkids to leave. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay we love it there. The staff is amazing. The atmosphere is amazing but is our favorite place to stay but unfortunately we can no longer go back as they have priced us out. There is no way we can afford over $8000 a month for a camp site, I am very sad about this

Such a pretty, well laid out resort. We have a 44' 5th wheel with an extra vehicle. Had room for 5th wheel and 1 vehicle, parked truck nearby. Vegetation separating sites, all gravel, well kept. Staff extremely friendly. Great pub at the pool. Large clean hot tub. Drop off propane tanks, they'll fill and deliver back to your site! The best KOA we've been to.

Loved it. Would be nice to have 2 pools one for adults and one for children. The same with the hot tub. Not the I don't love kiddos but as an older adult it just would be nice.

as always excellent , only issue was the loud music coming form the pool. started at 3:30 am on Saturday and again at 8am on Sunday Morning. not good had LOVE lud music but not at these times.

The campground was beautiful! We felt in luxury staying here. The pool area was out of this world. Loved having a beach to swim right off of the campground. The shower houses & laundry were well kept & safe. Would stay here again & highly recommend to friends!

No-See-ems are an issue, but it’s not the campgrounds fault. Highly recommend a reduction I “Happy Hour” drink specials to encourage business at the pool side.

Beautiful RV Resort! Six night stay. Nicely landscaped to give privacy to each RV spot. Beach, marina, bar, everything first class. Staff very helpful and friendly. Already booked for two weeks next year. Only short drive down to Key West.

The staff at Sugarloaf Key KOA is fantastic. Everyone was so courteous, friendly and helpful. The facility is in excellent condition. The park was full ... but it didn't feel that way.

Wonderful amenities: music, games, food, drink, pool, and spa. Shoutout to Jim who provided direction to a fellow camper whose truck needed repair. Jim and the staff keep thus KOA in tip-top shape.

This is by far the best place in the Keys to stay. We visited several rv resorts while down there. Absolutely will stay there again! Showers were sooo clean. Lots of activities for guests.

My husband and I just got back from our stay at Sugarloaf. It was everything we have been told and more. From check in to check out, the staff was always there to help with a smile. The grounds are amazing. There is not a bad spot, every site is clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful, live music and bar area is very nice and the store has everything you would need if something was forgotten. We met so many wonderful fellow campers and we've booked for next year.

Everyday in the Keys are PARADISE!!! This island resort has 2 beautiful new hotels with large suites to accommodate your family. Fully stocked Marina for all your fishing needs,also has boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, pedal carts for rent. Sandy Beach with loungers and inflatable water floats to play on. The pool is so well landscaped you wouldn't believe your in the middle of a RV resort!!!! There's a enormously large hot tub, lounge areas around gas fire pits, hammocks hidden in the beautiful lounge area to just relax in the shade and forget about everything. The Pub,Store & Cafe are great amenities and all centrally located by the pool. This is Glamping in the Island Keys!!!!

I almost don't want to review this KOA because everyone will want to go. This is an AMAZING campground. The staff work tirelessly to keep the park clean and they are all super friendly and helpful. The amenities are outstanding from the activities, rental items( boats, kayaks, bikes) to the full liquor BAR and live music. The camp store has everything if you forgot to pack something and offer quick bites to eat. The location is perfect for a quick day trip to Key West. Can't wait to go back!
