The sites are big and well-kept. Employees are nice and very responsive. The restrooms and laundry rooms are clean. The pool is clean as well. I love the bar and the activities. Ashley the bartender prepared for my husband a banana daiquiri that was the boom! This was our third year coming and planning to come back next year.

We‘re from Germany and have visited about 30 different KOAs at the east and westcoast of the USA in the past years. THIS KOA is definitely one of the best! Extremely helpful staff, clean, beautiful and impressive. Thank you for an unforgettable time!

Very clean and beautifully landscaped. Each site had loads of privacy. Everything worked great. The pool was nice and felt private and secluded with the surrounding greenery. My only request would be for a playground.

Beautiful RV park and great location close to Key West and good restaurants. The pool lounge chairs need pads. Also, extra cars and boats need to be parked in overflow areas to leave main roads clear.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Mike at the marina and Nikki in the office went above and beyond during our stay. A pricey campground but you get what you pay for!

Had a great time!! Staff was very helpful and considerate. However, did not like the construction going on right in front of our sites. We understand the reason for the construction but still did not like it.

The campground was beautifully maintained and the facilities were kept immaculate. The staff was helpful and kind. The whole family had a wonderful time, highly recommend!

This is my second time staying there. I think I first stayed there in Dec 2021 and now in Aug 2023. I was glad to see that the campground was still clean, landscape has grown and looks healthy, and the staff was just as good on this trip as it was from before. Thank you for he great experience!

Over all it was okay. One of the days the landscapers did work on our site which was very weird. We had to go inside to get out of their way.

Beautiful park. Although there are a lot of camp sites all very close together, they feel a little secluded with all of the plants and trees. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms and showers.

Very hot (July in Florida, who could guess). Facility is superb, vegetation does a good job isolating from your neighbors. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Pool /hot tub are well maintained and the beach has several floats for kids to play on. About 25 min from Key West, will definitely stay again.

WE ARE COMING BACK!! Family friendly!! Our family loved the campground and everything it had to offer!! Our campsite was beautiful. Most importantly, the customer service was amazing thanks to the friendly staff. If I didn't live 1500 miles away I would be there tomorrow:)

It was an amazing experience. Very very clean and beautiful sites with lush landscape. The beach was a bit rocky and water shoes were definitely needed. The pool was a bit warm, but all in all, we had a wonderful time. We will be back.

Website disclosure and price is misleading. It says up to 6 people. I had 6 people in my party and still was charged and additional fee per person. Ridiculous.

Stay was ok. Staff is your biggest asset. Almost all are smiling, happy & helpful. Really pretty but rocks & plants are absolutely horrible for hooking up or breaking down or just to get in your compartments. Also tripping hazard. Pool was like a sauna. And of course high prices. That’s why I give a 50% rating. Could point out other good & bad things but not enough space. That’s my view.

Stay was good, have problems with marina slips. Our slips for next year were sold to someone else before we arrived this year. In the past, once checked in, you could lock in the same slip for next year. People that were here had priority for the next year, now we have no slips and considering staying elsewhere.

Great campground. Our spot was private and backed up to the mangroves. It is dog friendly. The staff is GREAT, friendly and accommodating they work very hard to keep the grounds clean and the campers happy.

Everything was perfectly set up for our stay. The spaces and garden are incredibly neat, the restrooms are always super clean, and the staff is super efficient and helpful. Special shout out to Robin who has great energy, is super kind, and made us feel at home.

The employees are so nice. The campground is so beautiful. There was one housekeeping couple that were awesome. Dennis and his wife. Looking forward to seeing them again next year. My only observation is that a night there is not enough lighting. Very dark. Didn’t feel safe walking.

Our sites were too small for our size rigs. Couldn’t open awning because of tree in the way, and no room to set up cooking equipment and chairs. The site didn’t match the cost. We had a pull thru site and had to back out in order to leave. Roads are too narrow. The campground beach area and pool are good and clean. Pool water was too hot though.

Had an awesome stay with my kids! The staff was very friendly, helpful and I noticed how well they kept the grounds clean. Our stay was memorable and we cannot wait to book our next stay!

My husband and I just got back from our stay at Sugarloaf. It was everything we have been told and more. From check in to check out, the staff was always there to help with a smile. The grounds are amazing. There is not a bad spot, every site is clean and well maintained. The pool is beautiful, live music and bar area is very nice and the store has everything you would need if something was forgotten. We met so many wonderful fellow campers and we've booked for next year.

Everyday in the Keys are PARADISE!!! This island resort has 2 beautiful new hotels with large suites to accommodate your family. Fully stocked Marina for all your fishing needs,also has boats, paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, pedal carts for rent. Sandy Beach with loungers and inflatable water floats to play on. The pool is so well landscaped you wouldn't believe your in the middle of a RV resort!!!! There's a enormously large hot tub, lounge areas around gas fire pits, hammocks hidden in the beautiful lounge area to just relax in the shade and forget about everything. The Pub,Store & Cafe are great amenities and all centrally located by the pool. This is Glamping in the Island Keys!!!!

I almost don't want to review this KOA because everyone will want to go. This is an AMAZING campground. The staff work tirelessly to keep the park clean and they are all super friendly and helpful. The amenities are outstanding from the activities, rental items( boats, kayaks, bikes) to the full liquor BAR and live music. The camp store has everything if you forgot to pack something and offer quick bites to eat. The location is perfect for a quick day trip to Key West. Can't wait to go back!
