We had a group of 7 families & stayed near the mid-campground bath house. The KOA isn't the best I've been to, but it certainly isn't the worst. We did LOVE our stay & would stay again.. The facilities were clean & the staff was very friendly. All the parents agreed, however, that they need a 6ft fence at the front of the campground as all the kids activities are up there (on a busy/fast road).

very nice park. I just wish the check out was 12 pm or 1 pm. Check in is 1 pm and people were coming in much earlier then that.

We really enjoyed the nice campsites and the table and chairs that we had on our cement patio. Also enjoyed the staff and getting to know some of them better at different times of day.

The only issue we had was internet access, other than that the KOA was a good place to stay.

The staff is very courteous. The campground is clean. The utilities on each campsite are in abnormal locations.

Great campground. Free shuttle to the island was perfect!! Nice sites and nice to see most folks didn’t have a bunch of lights on which keeps the place dark as it should be when camping. Nice staff lent me a hose as mine wasn’t long enough. A very nice place!!

our site was nice, however the tree was right outside the door so the awning was not able to come out. And the water was a little far away from the campers hook up. It was clean and quiet. We would probably stay there again.

Clea park area but the bathrooms need more attention! Toilets in both facilities were clogged up and over flowing.

Needed an easy stop to break up a long drive. Nice level pull thru and needed amenities as described. Easy access to St. Ignace attractions. Didn’t use laundry facilities, but looked in and was a nice set up.

We had a great time at Koa st.ignace and look forward to coming back next year. We felt like family there. Place was clean, quit,staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The rate per day was spot on as well.

On the campsite we camped in the electric was at the far end of the site and the water was at the opposite end. We had to use an extension for the electric as well as 2 hoses to get to the water. It just didn’t seem like whoever designed the site planned it properly. Also there were not enough showers. The whole bathroom facility needed an update.

Site #109 was not level. Cable didn't work. Electric and water were on opposite sides. Needed two 25ft hoses to connect to the water.

Very nice management. Sites were very close. WIFI very weak. Cell Phone signals (T-mobile & AT&T) almost non-existent. Mackinac Island Shuttle ran very often and that was great.

Lovely campground. Appreciated the shuttle that takes you to the docks to go to Mackinac island. Would appreciate more showers. Very busy on weekends.

Great spot, especially for day trips to Mackinac Island. Shuttle bus come right to the front and then drop you off at your campsite. The only down side, not the fault of the campground or awesome staff, was people walking through the middle of your site. That is just rude and unaware (I hope) campers. Definitely stay again if we are up this way.

This KOA has many amenities, and is in a great location. However, if you want quiet this is not the place. This is a very family oriented location, with lots of kid activities. When we stayed it was very full, VERY loud, and there were children everywhere (running through our site included). The water connection was bent over, and in the neighbors site. Nice, but not our favorite.

For us, this has been the worst KOA! We had no cell phone service on T-Mobile, and although we did have an Apple phones, we could not get any Wi-Fi signal at all. Our phones were on SOS the whole time. we are traveling with a nine month old infant, so you want to be able to call for help if you need it. staff was unfriendly. Definitely not up to KOA Standers.

The rustic cabin was perfect! The staff was friendly and helpful and everything was well maintained, can't wait to hit up more KOA ‘s in the future. The cabin came with a small heater as well and it ended up being very helpful, the staff also brought firewood to our cabin upon request!
