Very disappointed in the grounds, we always stay here when coming to Spokane. The campground seemed very unkept, grass dried up!

Little run down needs updating. Campsites dump pipes had no caps or lids. smell was terrible. Short office hours closes at six.

People at office were helpful. The campground seemed dated and had a lot of older permanent rvs on site. Campground was adequate.

Good and uneventful. Pretty smokey due to the Medical Lake fire, but that's not your fault. Fantastic bike ride on the Centennial trail. Pool was not the cleanest.

This is our 2nd summer to visit this KOA & wow, I didn’t know a campground could go this downhill so quickly. Last minute notification of limited resources, poorly maintained/cleaned bathrooms, stayed next to long-term (cluttered) residents, never saw a KOA cart patrolling the area and both weekends we stayed, we paid extra for pull through, but had to back out due to drives being filled with ca

Beautiful, quiet campground. Loved the chainsaw wood carvings all over the campground. Very kid friendly, plus family ineractive activities. Yes, we would return to this campground.

Love this campground. Clean and well organized. Too bad we couldn't use the pool as much but we understand limited staff. We stayed in the cabin and it's our 2nd time staying here (last time was 2019). The beds are pretty noisy when moving at all while trying to sleep. Thanks for a clean cabin though!!

Bathrooms were horrible - filthy - we stayed at 10 different koas in a row - all were great this was awful as the bathrooms were disastrous

We found the Spokane KOA to be a perfect resting point while visiting the Spokane/Couer D Alene area. Enjoyed the campsite ���

No staff, virtually no maintenance, showers dirty and no pro active help or advice given local rather extreme wildfires. For non locals a stressfull time at a less than expected campground. Never again.

I have never seen the park in such bad shape. Weeds everywhere no lawn... It used to be a great place to stay. I think it could be once again but there has to be some changes made. We come from central Washington twice a year to Spokane and spend a week. We have coming for the last 5 years. I will come back next year if there are changes made..... We booked at Spokane KOA specifically because they had a pool that would be nice to unwind in after a long day of travel, only to be texted the day of our arrival that the pool closes early at 6pm due to staff shortages. Even though we rushed to get there in time to use it, the staff closed it at 5:45pm, so we couldn't even use it until 6 as indicated. There are far better campgrounds than here!

It was extremely hot and the pool was closed… no mention of that in the numerous text updates leading up to our arrival. Very disappointing. Also, the shower was in need a serious cleaning. When I ran over to the KOA store at 5:50 to see if they had ice, they had already closed (even though there were numerous signs with the hours posted of 10am-6pm. This is not up to the typical KOA standards.

There is only one reason I gave this campground only 4 stars. The regular shower in the men's room was broken, the water pressure was almost non-existent and the shower itself was falling apart, the handle even came off in my husband's hand when trying to change the temperature of the water. He didn't want too but used the handicapped shower the next day and it was great. Very friendly staff.

It would have been nice to have the pool open later than 6pm. It was 42 degrees one day and when we came back to the campground we couldn't go into the pool.

The campground was quiet/well maintained and the pool was nice. The spots were fairly close together. The bathroom doors need to be adjusted and the toilet paper dispensers fell open often when trying to pull the paper out. The showers were decent.

Grounds unkept-didn’t see any grounds keepers out the entire time we were there. We had to wash off the brick deck when we arrived as it was dirty and stained with spilled beverages. We reserved a premium site. There was a table and chairs there-chairs didnt match. Overall unhappy with the grounds and upkeep. We may over night there at some point but this will not be a destination.

Busy KOA, but very well run. Facilities were excellent and cabin was clean and comfortable. No concerns at all.

The guys bathroom was disguting, the pool was dirty, thr tent site had trash on it and 3 trains went by overnight complete with whistles……

Just an overnight stay on our way to Montana. Site was OK but I had a difficult time removing the concrete plug from the sewer connection. Had to lever it out with a large screwdriver! Handle on the shower valve in the men's shower is worryingly loose. Earlier opening time for the office would be helpful, 10:00 a.m seems a little late.

Cabin dirty. Not well maintained. Fridge wasn’t working properly when we arrived. Couldn’t shower in cabin. No water pressure, water came out of faucet as a trickle. Shower houses were very dirty. No toilet paper in shower house stalls one morning. Staff lodge opened late not at stated 10 am. Because staff was only on 10-6 camp services (pool especially were not usable in the evening).

Site was easy to access with 35ft trailer. Great area for dogs at agility park. Quiet and clean.

We were bummed that the pool was only open until 7:00pm, as we arrived a little before 5:00 and didn't have much time for swimming. Staff were accommodating for our group, ensuring we had enough room for all vehicles/equipment at our site (as we were guaranteed at the time of reservation). Bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, but were not visibly dirty.

We were notified that the office would close at 6:00pm on the day of our arrival. We arrived around 5:30, set up our camp, then returned to the office to purchase ice at 5:54 to find the attendant had already locked up and left for the day. My sister-in-law rented a cabin that had no working AC-- she texted the emergency number to be told they couldn't do anything to help.

The guy at the check in counter was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. You can have Propane bottles filled here, which is great! A couple of issues with this stay was there was road construction right outside the campground, and the train that blows its whistle several times as it goes by. The pool and bathrooms could have had more attention to cleaning however. 4/5 stars.

I have nothing but good things to say about your KOA we had an awesome stay the place was nice it was clean the people that were in the office and the gift shop were Beyond friendly I would highly recommend anyone to stay there and I will stay there again thank you for making part of our vacation so nice

The Spokane Staff was nice but they closed everything down early. The pool closing at 6 is just way too early for families traveling. They even kicked us out at 5:50pm both days. For the amount we pay for this campground, we should get better amenities. The camp site was dirty with old trash, the standing BBQ was full of debri. Way too expensive for what we get in return.

Arrived at our site that was dirty with cigarette butts, trash and of course dog poop! Dogs are a real problem for KOA campgrounds. Even though you have all kinds of published rules - few people follow them. Dogs barking early in the morning, dogs barking at dogs being walked and dogs left in trailers barking..... Then you have the people who let their dogs pee & poop where ever they please.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
