Accommodating staff, friendly. Next time in area, it will be 1st place to.look to stay! The basic cabins were just right for our needs, thanks!! This is a very nice campground

Staff is great and all the amenities are what you would expect at KOA. There are train tracks that run close by, but I was used to them after a day or two.

No issues, loved the patio site, only negative is I came in at 3pm on Sunday and left Tuesday at 9am and never saw an employee and store was not open. On this stay I did not need anything, but visiting the store is always something we try to do.

Campsite was not very clean. Lots of old dog poop, which we cleaned. Staff was hard to get ahold. Not in office during hours posted on the door.

Water hydrant was leaking you let tenants just pile junk in front and side of trailer. I know it was the lower price you had but it was still to high for the slum area . Won't stay again.

Had a reservation, no site number. Upon arrival, the office was closed, no reservation info or site info for us. We chose a site and stayed one nite. After leaving the next day we received an email with the billing and a site called out for us to stay in. After hours arrival needs work.

Overnight stop so park was convenient but no host on site and we had to text & phone to book site. Over priced for off season. Tired park, Dump site closed even though temperatures above freezing. We'll stay at the casino or state park next time through.

The 50amp service did not work in site C-7. Manger came and offered to move us but decided to stay put and us only 30amp. He then offered a 25% refund (which we have not seen yet) for the inconvenience. Nice touch. We have stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy the staff. The only issue this time, other than the power, was that, I assume, winter long time stays were taking their ho

The only this I could say that could be worked on is the bathrooms weren't the most clean but I had an excellent stay other than that. I will be coming back in two weeks and cannot wait

Definitely wouldn’t stay here unless I had to. They charged me for 3 nights instead of 2, then charged me 3 nights for the child fee of $5 a night when my son is 2. They only charge over 12 years. I found that out later. The site we booked was occupied when we got there & they didn’t know why or who was there. Had us move to a different spot and then had us move again. Couldn’t get ahold of

Awesome Communication! We are new to RVing and received a text message from Mandy the day of visit with check in info. We were on an 8 hour drive and I let Mandy know we would be in after 9pm. Mandy moved us to a spot that was a little more accessible in the dark. Her words were "You Got This" and to let her know if I needed anything. That interaction is true customer service. Thank You Mandy!

Train noise at night is terrible. The spot we stayed in was next to what I would describe as permanent residents who parked so close to our trailer we had to ask them to move their truck when we were ready to leave. The strangest moment came when there was a strange lady in the showers cussing at my girlfriend and her daughter, likely not someone who was staying there.

Nice park. It was early spring, so they were still in winter mode. Therefore, there was no BBQ on our premium patio. You probably should let people know that because we planned that. We heard the traffic a bit, but it quieted down by 10 pm. The dog park facility was woefully inadequate. Small postage size, with no room to run.

Because of the SNOW, we spent 2 days instead of 1 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your facility!

Terrible. We were there a few days we had to leave. We saw dogs running loose with no leashes while owners watched. Twice during our stay we were walking our dogs on leash, our dogs were nearly attacked by other dogs that got away from their owners. Many of the sites had a lot of trash and excess storage around RVs. This was a poor example of what a KOA should look like, Bad example of what KOA is

The place was quiet. There were issues. When we pulled up the picnic table was in the driveway, right in the middle of the pad. Not a huge deal. We saw lots of dog poop around our site. I had to search through piles of leaves to find the sewer connection. The cover wasn't on the connection all winter and it was filled with leaves and other debris. The site needs to be maintained and prepared.

Have stayed at this KOA many times, it’s clean and if you don’t mind the trains it’s a good place to stay, the internet connection can be spotty.

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
