Upkeep lacking. Shower had matted hair on floor, needed tightening because sprayed all over when turned on. Front desk confused about sites and reservations, rarely answer phone must leave messages. Grounds needed mowing, our site had dead tree and sprinkler sprayingon electrical service so we couldn't hook upto water and electric. Oversized vehicles allowed into shorter spaces-felt crowded.

Sites are very hard to get into with a large 5th wheel. Had to back up a couple times just to get around the corner of the aisle to get to the other end where our site was. The rest of the place was nice.

Although the appearance from the front street was nice, the interior landscape of the park needs a great deal of attention. The grass/weeds at the RV sites were disappointing to see in comparison to other KOA's we have stayed at. The office staff when checking in were very friendly and helpful when asked for options on things to do in the area.

The only thing that would have made our stay better is to have change machines in the laundry room. We arrived after the office was closed and didn’t have enough quarters for laundry. We were able to get some quarters from our neighbors. But all in all very nice place to stay.

We stay here at least 4 times per year. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It seems like the sites might need some love. There are dead trees in some of the more expensive areas.

Well run KOA. We don’t have have a dog and we were very impressed with how closely the quiet time rules were followed. We are aware that dogs will bark - we also realize that the issue with barking dogs is the owner(not the animal�). Thankyou fora very comfortable stay - we look forward to returning toSpokane KOA.

The pool area was great! Our site was extremely tight. Our slide was into the neighbors site and vice versa. It was also very noisy with the trains and airplanes. That is beyond their control though. People working there were very nice and accommodating. The game room is non existent and there is not much at all in the store.

Pros - nice size sites, pool was clean, maintenance man Richard was excellent dealing with issues. Cons - grass needs mowing really bad. Never saw any staff out on grounds, train runs by throughout the night, washers were filthy to the point we would not use them. Ok for a night or two but this is one of the worst managed properties we have been to. This place has potential but needs some TLC.

No staff was there for over a day and a half. Texting an employee number instead of being able to call, DURING normal business hours. Caused confusion for myself and other guests trying to check in and stay.

Bathrooms and showers dirty and stinky, exhaust fans not working so when someone was showering it was very humid and smelt truly like a barn. The bathrooms in front attached to the office were fine. The trains ran next to the property all hours of the night blowing there horns (CRAZY) You should inform customers before they book, it was truly ridiculous, especially for the price.

Just an overnight. It was easy to get to/from the highway. The store was out of toilet paper in the late afternoon. A potential problem if you are traveling without a car. Other than that an ok stop.

The employees are great very helpful and very nice. The campground was clean and well kept. The down side is the train that rolls through at 4:00 am.

Great friendly staff. Had one site that was too short for rv and tow. They moved us to a larger site with no problem. Swimming pool just opened and was very refreshing. Fenced dog park is nice. Sites are a little narrow but level.

Not very impressed. Lots of weeds and unkept grounds. Shower didn’t drain. Office wasn’t opened when it was supposed to be. Quite disappointed— expected more from a KOA.

Upon arrival, we found out that the owners left! We set up and started laundry. No change machine but found enough quarters. The laundry room could use a good scrub down, filthy! Next the ladies washroom, also filthy. Couldn’t even think of showering in there! Following afternoon owners retuned. Talked to them about issues, got refund$. All evening, next morning, still not clean.

Stay in the tall grass and weeds. Also, table and chairs scattered. Of a bigger concern was the small opening at the entrance. I would not recommend for big rigs. AND, DID I MENTION THE TRAIN NOISE!

Campground has dirt roads and dirt camping spaces. Surrounding are nice. Office staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the site is overpriced, as are most camps in the Spokane area.

You should update your website for the deluxe cabins. Pictures show a stove and there wasn’t one! Also stated an umbrella for the outside table and again we were told you didn’t have! Office was closed all day on one of the days so we didn’t have access to the sport court accessories!

The park and facilities were clean and attendees were polite. Some broken or shut down (the swimming pool). It's very crowded, depending on your spot ($$). Good shade. I am glad my teenager didn't go because with the broken pool and the tiny gaming room, would have been a massive disappointment. Plus, No ice cream in store? The store over all was also a disappointment. Mostly souvenirs.

One of the busiest weekends Memorial Day and the office was closed on Sunday. Not sure what they did Monday but sounded like they’d be closed that day too! Several campers complained about this. Plus daily opening time not until 10:00 am every day. Most campgrounds are open at 8:00. 9:00 is the latest we’ve seen.

I’m not sure what to say. All I know is that I will not recommend this KOA to anyone. The yards are very unkept the help that was on site would not blow off the patio’s arrived to dirty fire pit broken umbrella weight piled up under the table. I understand that pot is legal there but when you staff is smoking it and a majority of the park was siting around talking about smoke it somewhere else

Awful!!! Disgusting! Shower drains clogged. Clogged toilets ALL weekend! No staff. Pool should have open but was not. However with the over all complete lack of cleanliness in the restrooms I would not have put my toe in the pool. Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!

The campground is clean and nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. Bathrooms are well kept. My only complaint is no one informed us or not does it say on KOA website that the pool is closed for a extended amount of time. It's currently closed for this whole season and no one told us that. If I had known this I probably would of made reservations elsewhere, cause all our kids wanted to do was swi

We ended up coming in earlier than our expected time, They got us set up and in. The Manager and Staff are Great. And easy access to everything. This will be our spot when we are in town. Thank you KOA.
