We lived our stay. The staff were great - very attentive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the broad range of structured activities available. Our 3 kids had an awesome free-range couple of days and are already asking to go back.

There were so many activities to do and they were all included. The grounds were taken care of so well and the workers were all so happy and helpful. The owners were there and they were so nice as well. It was an awesome experience and definitely worth the money.

The CG and staff were awesome for the short time we stayed. The next time we visit will be longer to get in more activities.

The grounds, restrooms and bathhouses were clean and well cared for. Each employee we encountered (desk / cafe / maintenance crew) were available and friendly.

Our stay was amazing at Shelby KOA! Our campsite was conveniently located to everything and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will certainly be back soon!

This is one of our favorite campgrounds! The staff are all super friendly and some of the best designed sites you’ll find these days. A little out of the way but that’s half the fun.

Great stay. Only one thing I didn’t like. The WiFi was very spotty. In our camper at site 81 it useless and somehow didn’t reach the camp office/store. Normally wouldn’t care much but I couldn’t get cell service at the campsite either. Trying to reach anyone, even my wife at the playground with our son, was hard. We’ll definitely be back though. Love the place.

We really enjoyed how the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful to my family and I. While we were going through a rough week as we had lost power at our home during a storm and a very hot week of weather of 90 plus heat. They were very accommodating for us during our struggle.

Very friendly staff. LOTS of weekend activities to keep kids, teenagers, and adults busy! There was an event every hour starting early morning until night. Nicely kept grounds with lots of flowers. Campers respectful of noise...especially for a holiday weekend. We will definitely pick this place again for a holiday to that we don't have all the noise of other campgrounds during holiday time.

EVERYTHING was excellent! Friendly staff and very quick to help with whatever we needed. The only complaint that I can find to bring to your attention concerns your mini golf course. While it is beautifully landscaped and somewhat challenging, the upkeep or keeping the course tidy was sadly lacking.

Great campground. Clean, trimmed, quiet and lots of activities. Great store and Kafe. Workers are very attentive. Gary helped us with an electrical issue at our site that really wasn’t their issue but once reported, they were quickly on it and fixed it. Already booked for next year. If you visit Shelby downtown, go to The Vault and get ice cream at Paul’s.

Wonderful campground, very well maintained and cared for. Very clean, was surprised to see the amount of staff on hand. Most places are understaffed but there seemed to be plenty of staff here. The general store was amazing, had a great selection. Will be back for sure and already booked for next year. A+++

This is the 2nd year our family has stayed for super soaker Saturday. We enjoy the campground and the staff! One observation…slip and slide kickball had teenagers and even adults playing. A young girl, maybe 5, was hit in the face by the kickball thrown by a teenage boy. Maybe it should be a 12 and under game ONLY. And another game for 12 and over?? We look forward to next year!

Very friendly staff. Lots of entertainment for the family. The camp sites are neat and clean with plenty of room. We stay every year and will be back again.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Staff was amazing and attentive. WiFi was a little spotty on occasions. Only suggestion would be having the bikes unlocked during the “open times”. Wasn’t much of a hassle to walk over and ask but having them unlocked during the day would have been nice. Definitely a contender when we choose to go permanent in the next couple years.

As first time campers, we were beyond pleased with the outstanding staff and camp ground. Friendly, helpful and would recommend this to anyone and everyone . Will definitely be back.

Thanks for a great stay. Our fire ring was too low in the dirt to get a good fire going. Other than that it was another memorable stay.

My family and I absolutely love this campground! We have been coming for almost 2 yrs now and it gets better each time. We hate leaving and we always start planning our next trip back. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
