2 nights, just passing through, very nice staff and office/camp store, free coffee, propane, sewage dump, reasonably priced, great experience seeing the train traffic go by 24/7 (I mean it!!), no, not fancy but safe and all you need.

They were very kind and allowed us to change the dates of our stay with ease. We arrived late and left early so we didn’t get to really experience much of what they had to offer.

It was very good. WIFI worked great till behemoth motorhome big enough to sport its own zipcode parked next door and blocked the signal.

Facilities clean. Older playground equipment but still fun. Neat location just off Route 66. A lot of "day use" visitors using the laundry facilities. Good for a one night stay but not an extended vacation if you are travelling with kids.

The KOA is a “Journey” level which met our needs for a one night travel stay. Our space was a pull-through and easy to navigate pulling in. The park is a short distance to Seligman for us to visit. Always thankful for a decent and safe place to stay while on the road.

This is a great place to stay if you want to explore the Seligman and the Route 66 area. The staff was friendly, but the park needs a little better upkeep. There was a lot of train activity, but all in all we enjoyed our stay.

One of my favorites. It’s what you expect from a well-run KOA but in gorgeous valley setting well above the heat of the Mojave. I-40 and the Union Pacific main line are close by, but in an RV the noise is just rumbly with no horns blaring. The breakfast at “Westside Lilo’s” cafe just down the road is what keeps me coming back.

Very nice staff, friendly. Only spent the night so didn’t go anywhere but the dog park. That needed more update. There wet weeds and my dog got a sticker in her paw.

No mention of train traffic nearby was mentioned; however we like trains. The grounds could use some landscaping.

Pros:within 100 miles of Sedona and South Rim of Grand Canyon. Cons: WiFi was awful…could not get it at our site E8, trains went by campground every half hour or so and all night long. We were there for 4 nights but could have reduced it to 2 or 3. Overnight stay would be okay

Another KOA with train tracks right by the RV park. They are so close that when the train went by it shook our RV. This makes getting a decent nights sleep next to impossible.

This stay was only 1 night but as always very pleasant. We've stayed here also as our main vacation for several nights. Very clean and quiet. It's our go to campground!

Booking was easy, Mike handled everything we needed at check in, answered questions we had. Bathroom facilities were adequate and reasonably clean. We did not expect the ongoing train noise and total lack of shade.

Poor signage, unlevel gravel lots and with the train tracks literally 100 feet away, I can't even say it's a good spot to stop for a single night - unless you really don't need sleep. The people that run the place are nice enough, but I wouldn't stay here again on a bet.

sure would like to see improved internet connection our site was E4 and we had horrible internet we couldn’t watch any program in it’s entirety and about every 3-4 mins it stopped, buffering, and had to restart.

The park has large pull through sites. If you want to see the attractions in Seligman and also see the Grand Canyon Caverns this is an excellent place to stay. The park personnel are very friendly.

A nice KOA. The grounds are neat and the facilities clean, The sites are spacious and level. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The WiFi is good. It does lack cable TV. One note, it is located next to a main railroad line and there are numerous trains rolling by (ear plugs can be helpful). The nearby "town" is a fascinating reminder of the old Route 66. We would definitely stay there again.

Clean grounds, a small convenience store, close to town. There is a train track nearby with very frequent trains but the tracks seem to be in good shape so the trains were not super loud. No whistle blowing which was good. Didn’t really bother us or wake us at night. We have stayed there twice

Just stayed one night. Friendly check-in. Only problem I found was K9 park had very prickly weeds growing which got in dogs paws.

Just OK, It gave us a place to plug in but being right next to a very busy train track made sleeping uncomfortable. It was also not very well kept.

All was great except the showers. They were clean and plenty of hot water, but the flow rate was abysmal. And that was the good shower. Also not well laid out. Not a separate area for your dry clothes.

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

Loved this great campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Clean warm camp cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
