Great clean place. A lot of upgrades taking place. Only drawback is the trains that are close to park fast and noisy but still a great place to stay

We only stayed one night as we were passing through, but it was perfect for our needs and we always enjoy our stays at KOA’s. We would for sure stay there again if we are in that area.

Just one night, good pull thru access, water pressure at 40psi, sort of a dusty gravel place but I guess not unlike other desert campgrounds. Not the verdant setting of what we have in western NC, but ok for the night after driving 425 miles

This was my second stay here a year apart. Camp grounds were clean and sites were spacious. Large pet play area. Cabin and tent sites were very nice including the Route 66 teepee. Pool was good but refreshingly cold. Sunrise views were great.

Clean toilets / showers. Nice staff. Campground is between street and railway and it's a bit loud at night.

The hosts, Mike, Sam, Laura, and Tracy were very nice and helpful. Easy pull through lots. Clean facilities and campground. Fun town to walk around and check out the shops and restaurants on historic Rte 66. Highly recommend.

This is an older KOA, and it could use more shade trees; however, I realize a drought is ongoing. The staff was very accommodating, and was quick to assist us. We enjoyed the trains, especially the minimum horn signals.

Very nice Hosts, gave me all the information I needed, thank you hosts. KOA, you place nice photos to describe the property's which is far from the actual property, it's dirt and pebble rock and dusty, no grass, very little trees and this is the second location of the same type. Also no cable but WiFi is good if you have the device to watch movies! Thanks again.

The staff was wonderful & the price was decent given the what you get. However, the way the sites are positioned, the sun is setting on the door side of the RV which makes it difficult to enjoy sitting outside the camper in the afternoon. With the wind gusts it is hard to have the awning down. There was also a sewage smell. Good for one night passer-throughs not for extended stays.

Campground well run with wonderful restrooms/showers etc. no complaints except for its position by the busy railway line which makes it v noisy.

Good overnight stay for Seligman area activities. Dry and dusty, but many newer hook-ups.

If you don't mind trains.. you will love this place for its simplicity and location on Rte 66. The trains were awesome to watch.

Beautiful location, large level sites, super nice host, peaceful and you are really close to downtown and the fun things yo fo, see and eat! So glad we stayed here.

Our demands were very low. Level site, or hook ups, pull through. It meant all of those demands. But that was about it. I hope you like trains, because they go by the campground every 15 minutes.

This could be a great campground if they paid attention to cleaning up the campground and getting rid of the weeds. Not only that, but watered the trees, etc., to provide some much needed shade as well. Especially considering that the fire conditions are so high, getting rid of the dead grass and weeds on the property seems extremely important. I truly don't understand what the staff does all day

All was great except the showers. They were clean and plenty of hot water, but the flow rate was abysmal. And that was the good shower. Also not well laid out. Not a separate area for your dry clothes.

Un camping pour une nuit. Situé au milieu de nulle part, ce camping est relativement calme. Il y a beaucoup de train qui passent la nuit mais cela fait le travail. Le service cependant n'est pas à la hauteur de la réputation de Koa.

Loved this great campground. Clean restrooms and showers. Clean warm camp cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.
