We stopped for the night. It is a large park, but was almost empty. I’m sure folks will be arriving soon. Easy check in, clean and fairly quiet.

The manager never opens office, there was cactus cut back and left all over paths. The gates to the pool were locked open so the didn’t latch. Very unsafe for children. The bathrooms were not clean.

Stayed 4 nights for a break on the way to Tucson. Big level sites. All utilities worked fine. Wifi not so much but I had good AT&T. Not much in the area, just a small market, a cafe, and a small bar. Management friendly, nice landscaping, good laundry facilities. I'd definitely stay again if I was in the area.

Great overnight location and park. Tent sites ok, bit open, every site is, but good location in park. Clean, comfortable. Great overnight stop on way to Joshua Tree.

place looks like Michael Myers bought a drive in movie and put up a KOA sign. Stayed for 4 days only saw an employee once when I went out 2 hrs after the power,wi-fi and water went out. Tried every number on the check in office none of them worked.If you are looking to be ALONE in the desert this is the place for you.

a little ways off of I10, not a lot of campers, due to covid did not meet manager as office was closed. overall nice and very quiet

We canceled our reservation 3 weeks ago and haven't heard from anyone. No one has answered the phone or called us back either. I know there was virus issues, but there should have been someone taking care of cancellation. I emailed seversl times and we called a lot of times. NO RESPONSE FROM ANYONE!

we d booked 2 nights arrived to find the pool was locked game room locked up called the 2 phone numbers on the office door no one ever returned our calls. we just stayed 1 night and left . terrible way to run a business.

Reservation by phone? NO. Made it online. Could not put in for discount. Due to Covid the office is NOT open on the weekends and NOT ONE of your PHONE NUMBERS worked! Managers number discontinued! The other numbers nothing,never found Mike listed for help. Our paperwork was not in box. WE picked a spot even though it stated it was full. Disappointed in YOUR KOA! Bad customer service. More to say.

You quadruple billed me and nobody answers the phone to reimburse me..after Cathy called me to say it was a training error even. I’m having to report it to my bank as fraud. You need your old friendly, competent staff back. Regards,

Made our reservation on the KOA APP. We arrived, office was closed, no paperwork, no message…. Sent email to KOA-no answer. Only one other RV. No people. No Wifi access. Spooky! Hook-ups worked. Bathroom open, clean. Later, on the campground’s website, we found out that the place was closed due to COVID until 9/20. Yesterday, long after our stay, we received the receipt + welcome email. Weird!

Unfortunately, we had some trouble that delayed the start of our trip, so we weren’t able to stay at the park. It looked very nice when we passed it on our way to our final destination.

We got in late, maybe 11pm, as we had done at many other KOA's during our 3 week trip, and this was the only KOA that did not leave us a late registration package at the office. I had to just go pick a spot that was open. Luckily the place was empty. In the morning another gentleman who was staying there came up to me and described his bad experience as well and recommended I leave a review.

The campground was empty and he put us in the only spot that has animal holes all around. Pool was a very dirty green/brown. So was hot tub. Would not go back here. EVER.

Had a nice stopover visit. Did our laundry and swam in the pool. Checked out Don Cactus Bar & Grill, wonderful place. Be sure to flush the water lines if you visit in the hot summer. The park is basically not used during hot summer but full after temperatures cool down. Would stay again as a stopover.

Swimming pool had a rat floating. Recreational room was full of bugs. The only positive was that the bathrooms were super clean.

We were grateful they allow people to stay even if they were unable to reach someone and register for the night. Big storm came thru and knocked out power and we ended up having to use our generator and our pumps to use water from our tanks. Thankfully we were fully stocked. Nice neighbor said same storms hit night before as well. Looked neat and clean but had no after hours # to call someone.

Large areas to set up in. Not very busy at all. Very nice facilities and staff. Close enough to Lake Havasu and Parker Canyon Dam.

The biggest issue was the amount of bees in the pool area. There appears to be a hive someplace near the pool. Also there isn't much shade. Of course if we were in seasin there may be peiple parked next to you which would provide shade.

Great place to take a swim and rest your head whilelasimg through from Palm Springs to Prescott. It's off season now so we had the pool to ourselves! Clean park.

Awesome Campground! Very clean and Pool and hot tub were Perfectly Refreshing & Relaxing! The front desk was accommodating and very helpful. We will definitely stay again when in the area!

We were in your Park for just over 2 months. What a great place to be. Just happened to be near our claims but also everyone was helpful, friendly and took very good care of the park.

This is a ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ KOA RV Park. The park is very well run & maintained. The grounds are very clean.The park has a large hot tub & a heated pool. Like the grounds, the hot tub & pool are very well maintained. Site rent is reasonable with electric billed separately. Rent & electric are $600ish/mo. Our site fit our 40' RV, a 12x12 screen room, fenced area for the dog, and our car. When you combine this park with the rural, peaceful setting it's like hitting a home run. One cool thing is a mountain to the east we call Monster Mountain. From late afternoon thru sunset the monster comes out. Edit 3/4/24 after staying there four months. The wifi is unreliable. I'm staying with 5 stars due to how well the park
