General Campground Information

Group Stays

We welcome large groups! Reunion's, birthday parties, showers, and more!. We have a large pavilion behind our office and a fun rec./game room for all ages! You can book a Cabin or RV site, or just book the Group Room for the Day! Call our office for more information.

Pet Policy

Pets must be well behaved and kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in any buildings or in the pool, playground, or pond. Pets may not be left unattended at your campsite or in cabins. Pets are allowed in all of our cabins for a one-time fee ($10/stay for a rustic cabin and $25/stay for a deluxe cabin). And remember, if they poop, you gotta scoop! We have bags and doggy dumpsters spread throughout the park and just outside both of our KampK9s. Sorry, no doggy fences at your sites.

Wifi

We have excellent secure Wifi FREE OF CHARGE

Onsite Propane

We have propane onsite to fill your Motorhome or 20lb-100lb tanks. 20lb propane exchange is also available.

Store Hours

Our store is open from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm (central) 7 Days a week. We have propane gas, RV items, souvenirs, toiletries, and groceries. We are available by phone outside of regular hours also for any emergencies on site. Come check us out!

Laundry

Our laundry is open 24 hours so you don't have to time it around the office hours. We have an ironing board and iron available along with a quarter machine. We also have a variety of magazines, a book exchange, and a smart television available to pass the time. You could also stop into the office to browse our store and chat with us!

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in for RV sites is any time after 1:00 pm and for cabins after 4:00 pm. Check-out times are 11:00 am for all sites. If you wish to stay late or come in early, we may be able to offer that at a convenience fee if it's available. Just give us a call!

Speed Limit for all Motor Vehicles

Speed limit is 5mph. If you are exceeding the limit, we will call you.

Pool Policy

Our pool is open 9:00am to dusk from May through September. No lifeguard is on duty. Swim at your own risk. No diving is allowed and children under 14 years of age MUST always be supervised. Swim attire must be worn and a shower is available just outside the pool area. Please help us keep the pool sparkling clean by rinsing off prior to entering the pool. Pool toys are available in the store.
Do not drink alcohol and swim. In an emergency, notify the staff and contact help immediately. 

Visitors

All visitors MUST register and pay a day-use fee. For a small fee for the entire day, you may use all of the public amenities in our campground. If there are visitors on site, that we don't know about, they will either be asked to leave immediately or a charge will be added to the site they were associated with. Visitors should vacate the park by 10 pm. Most amenities close by dark.

Photo Release

PHOTO RELEASE I hereby grant Campground permission to use my image and likeness (photographs and/or videos) in which me, any family member, or guest appear for any of its public displays such as but not limited to websites, social media, and advertisement prints, without payment or any other consideration. I hereby irrevocably authorize the Campground to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos/video for purposes of publicizing the Campground or for any other lawful purpose of Campground. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein I appear. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo/video. I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Campground from all claims, demands, and causes of action which me, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf, on behalf of an estate, or may have by reason of this authorization. It is the responsibility of the registered Licensee to inform their guests of this photo use policy. If you do not want to be photographed it is your responsibility to remove yourself from the activity while pictures are being taken.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am. Of course we ask that you are respectful to other campers (like you;>) at all hours by keeping noise contained to your site.

As owners of the Sallisaw/Ft. Smith W KOA, we love providing you a great camping experience!
