I arrived just as they were closing but the lady saw me, welcomed me inside and handled my reservation. Very nice, friendly and no rush at all. The gentleman that escorted me to my cabin was also friendly and thorough. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Thanks !

We had a great stay at the Puebly KOA. We were in town for the Colorado State Fair dog show, and needed a place to stay where we could have our dogs with us. The KOA turned out to be a great option for us. It was clean, well-kept, (bathrooms were very clean!), a welcome home-away-from-home (even for the dogs), and prices were very reasonable for pizza and ice cream! Thanks! We'll be back...

The staff (Pam especially ) was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great. The view amazing. The bathrooms were excellent. Wish I had more time to spend than just one night. Maybe next trip.

Only there for one night but it is a well maintained campground. Site was level and spacious, the pool was refreshing after a long day of traveling and pizza made there was an added treat! Would like to come back for a longer stay to see the area!

We enjoy staying at the Pueblo KOA! Everyone is so friendly and the grounds are always so clean and welcoming.

Best cabin I've ever stayed in the public bathrooms were very clean and well maintain. I would not have an issue telling other people to definitely stay at KOA journey on exit 108 in Pueblo Colorado highly recommend it thank you so much for a beautiful day.

Harassed and nit picked throughout the end of our stay.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We don't appreciate how you littered our kabin and grounds with cigarettes and smoked in our cabin and it took us days to get the smell gone. Have a good trip!

Hello & thanks for the opportunity to rate our stay. The Lady that checked us in was very, very nice she explained everything in detail about the park. All of the people that worked in the park where very nice, except one!!!. The guy that took us to are camp-site was very nasty, rude and down right Ignorant (sorry i didn't get his name, this was very unexpected) is this how you treat black peopl

Great clean campground only negative is the dog park is a long way from the campground behind the RV storage, but there are numerous doggie stations throughout the park.

We rented a kabin. It was clean and cozy. The air conditioning was a huge plus! I also appreciated that a fly swatter was there, as I prefer NOT camping with uninvited guests. Also included was a broom and dust pan, very handy to keep our kabin clean. The kids REALLY enjoyed the pool and playgrounds. The staff are so friendly! One thing I might suggest would be an outside mat?

Everyone couldn’t have been more helpful, 1 thing is possibly a dog wash area as so dusty there , also possibly 1 washer for bigger items , otherwise was wonderful

Their bathrooms are fantastic. However, be sure you are prepared to shower when you push the shower button as you get 7 minutes and then the water shuts off. If you need more time, you have to wait 5 minutes before you can push the button again. I was done and about to get out when the water shut off.

We stayed in site E-7 and E-1, both of our stays for only one night, but we had a wonderful time, and the campsites were extremely clean the private yards were very clean. We really appreciated the attention to detail. It was a very pleasant stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The restroom/showers were excellent. Pizza was great as well. Sites are sparce, but were very adequate and close to Pueblo and CSprings.

Our only wish is that 1)KOA reservation site add a category of transportation to be “vehicle-motorcycle/small trailer.” 2) Tent spots have the ability to accommodate vehicle/small (non-living quarter) trailers without hooking the trailer. Lots of us pull moto trailers but are tenters. Facilities and staff at Pueblo are very nice. Grounds are clean and well maintained.

The owners take great pride of their facility. We stay here once a year with out fail. Just a joy to be at a place where owners and employees care. Love this place.

Nice restroom and shower facilities. Great personnel and staff couldn't ask for better. Nice registration area that has a gift shop, can order Pizza and Hot wings made and delivered to your site. Fantastic Ice cream too!

Everyone there at Pueblo KOA Journey was so kind and fun to hang out with. The facilities were very clean and the sites were excellent accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be back on a regular bases. We loved the Pizza and Ice Cream on a daily.

The only reason it isn't a 5th star is that coming from the South it is a challenge to get in with a long tall 5er. Had to go up the road a few miles after getting off on 108 and couldn't clear safely. Otherwise everything was great. Super nice staff to greet us.

Best hidden gem of KOA's. Great staff, clean sites, amazing bathrooms/showers. Cleanest bathrooms and most updated of any KOA we have ever seen. Pool was clean & beautiful. Pizza and ice cream were fantastic, better than expected. Though this KOA is a little off the beaten path, it's well worth the drive. Some campsites include concrete pads with patio furniture. Most meticulous KOA we've seen!

THE friendliest and most helpful staff we’ve ever encountered. Lots of helpful and affordable amenities like onsite propane filling and a jack to borrow for changing out our flat tire.

The cabin was nice and clean. The showers/we were new but there were too few, half of them were closer. We often had to wait because people were showering.

If you don’t mind a desert type of KOA, this is the place. Friendly staff, clean campground and clean bathrooms. And hot pizza & wings delivered to your campsite after a long drive was AWESOME!

Love this KOA, we always stop here if we're anywhere close. Friendly people, clean, and convienent to many things. Great views of the stars, you can see Pike Peak, and it's easy to drive in the campground.

Was passing through Pueblo and stayed 1 night in a Kamper Cabin. What a cool concept. Comfortable bed, lots of space, and a front deck with an incredible view of Pikes Peak. The grounds and individual shower/toilet rooms were impeccably neat and clean. The couple at the front desk are awsome people!!! Overall, this is the nicest KOA that I have ever stayed at.

We are going into the third month of our stay and we absolutely love it. You can tell the owner truly cares about the campground. Everything is so clean and tidy around the campsites and facilities. The lots are spacious with excellent wifi. I work remote, sometimes on video calls with my team, so the wifi is a HUGE plus and is rare to find. The staff is excellent, friendly, kind and helpful. Our dog escaped during a blizzard and they were out helping looking for him for hours. They share local tips and even alert you when mail or packages arrive. There are so many thoughtful amenities like the pool, grill, patio, and dog park. So happy to make this our home for a few months. Highly recommend!!
