The lady that works in the office is rude obnoxious and will never stay at a KOA again because of it in Pocatello, Idaho, or any other care way. If it was my company, I would check into that lady’s attitude, and I have not only seen it towards myself, but towards other customers. I can’t remember her name, but there’s only one lady that works the office with the other gentleman Tom nice ever

ok, you where a monthly and never kept your site cleaned as our rules states take your dog up to the provided area. you where asked many time in the year to do so. And pay your rent on time neither was done so yes you where asked to leave. Our quality team even stated your site was a mess. RV

Great KOA, best handout paperwork of any RV park we've been too with all sorts of local info and park info. The k9 area was again the best abs cleanest and best kept up of any KOA as many are neglected and a second thought. This is a great park and we will return again when traveling. Great work team Pocatello KOA!

You always know what you're going to get at a KOA: Friendly staff, clean mostly level sites, warm showers and laundry. The kind folks are working with us to get our cell phone returned, thanks for going the extra to keep it safe until we got home.

Nice clean campground with good size sites but no pool. Well stocked store. Only gave 4 stars because the site was not level and the washers were small and didn’t hold much.

Nice campground. Very nice manager/owner/host? I needed to buy ice but didn't need very much since our coolers were pretty full. He gave me a partial bag - that definitely goes above and beyond.

Rose was rude and short with not only me but others in the lobby. My wife and I have never stayed in such a unfriendly environment in our decade of RV life. This place has horrible reviews and they all stem from Rose and her lack of empathy to KOA standards. We will tell we come across to avoid this place like the plague.

Easy to find and right off the interstate. We stayed one night and it fit our needs. The sites face your neighbor but are far enough apart to not really notice unless both parties are outside using their picnic table. Our site had nice green grass so worked for our dogs. The campground is very quiet and the seasonal and nightly guests were very friendly. Gas pump onsite, that was nice!

This is great for an overnight stay. Mixture of permanent and RV residents. Staff was ok, WiFi decent. ONE garbage bin for entire park, located near entrance of the park which isn’t convenient for guests. Very dated.

Charged for 50amp - requested 30amp. Wanted to change sites but the staff wouldn’t accommodate even though the sites were still vacant the next day. Sewer dump was not equipped for a holding tank flush - some kind of squeeze valve was used. The campground really needs some updating and leveling of sites so multiple blocks are not needed. Best advice - stay away.

Thanks for comment. You were not charged for a 50 amp. only a 30 amp. and I don't know what your issue with that was because the site you were in has 50 and 30 amp. service. There is a faucet on the building at the dump station. So before you tell people to stay away you should get facts straight.

Facility was nice enough except for the pack of roving kids that were running around the campground until 10pm. Wish the host would have addressed that issue. Otherwise, good stay

Thanks for the comment. There was a boys baseball tournament in town for the weekend and that "pack" of roving boys that were running around the campground were part of the teams that were staying here. Quite time is 10 so I didn't think there was a issue to be addressed. They were all good kids. T

It is okay for a 1 night stop over. Almost all gravel and dusty.

I was lucky to find a spot without a reservation. It was dry and dirty but level. No shade. Nice people. I was hoping the dog park had some water but it didn’t.

Very well situated on the edge of town, with easy access to amenities (grocery stores, cinemas, shopping, historical down town, etc). Very quiet campground, excellent laundry facilities, lots of large trees giving shade over the campsites but still some clear sky for our Starlink.

The olden man working in the office was super kind and helpful (I’m embarrassed to say I cant remember his name) the campground was clean and perfect for our 1 night stay.

Nice space, not far from the highway. Checking was easy and we had no issues. Was just a short 1-night stay but enjoyed our night.

• Staff are excellent. • Site was fairly level. • Very quiet and peaceful. • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • Never tried the WIFI, I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have gas and propane on site. • I would stay here again.

Great people staffing this KOA. Sites are spacious enough but lack privacy as each site is reversed so the living area is shared between RV's. Okay if you are travelling with friends but otherwise not so much. Good washrooms and laundry. I would consider the rate of about $70.00/ night to be high.
