Friendly. Very convenient just off of the interstate. Bathrooms, laundry, and store always very clean.

Office staff was nice but the site was not level, rocky , dead grass and trees hanging over our RV were not maintained well. We have stayed in many KOA's and this one was the worst. We left in the morning as quickly as we could. We will not stay again. Oh and the price was way to high for what we received. The quality of this KOA was not what we feel KOA's represent.

We are sorry you were not happy here but if you check other campers comments you are one of the few that gave us a bad rating. If you were not happy with your site, you should have come up to the office and let us know and we would have given you a full refund so you could have gone elsewhere.

Tom is so helpful. Our site was long and fairly level. Camp is quiet. We enjoyed it and will stay again when in the area!

Overall great place to stay. Womens bathroom was busy and doors didn’t lock properly. I scared one lady to death!!!

Thank you for the comment. That is the first I have heard that the doors didn't lock properly, so I had the maintenance man check and he couldn't find anything wrong with them, so I don't know if somebody just didn't lock them correctly or what. Whatever the case sorry for the inconvenience. Tom

We stayed at this KOA while traveling through, the spots were nice, the bathrooms were okay, but the water was extremely oily even with double filtration. Big turn off for me. They were also doing a lot of construction, so overall it was very loud.

Second time staying at this facility. Very nice, clean and quiet location. Staff is always friendly and very busy keeping the place clean and functional.

Had the *best* time. It was our first time staying at the Pocatello KOA and we will be back and soon. A deep thank you to the staff, especially Tom. We loved our stay!

We had issues with our truck. At the same time the disaster in Yellowstone happened. Rose was an angel and got us a spot for as long as we needed. I can’t thank her enough. Maurice the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Tom was very helpful with my bill. John keeps the place tidy. They turned my frown upside down. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

We like to stay in the KOA rustic cabins. Unfortunately, the one we had in Pocatello was not very clean, with dirt between the bed and the wall, and under the bed. Staff was pleasant and the bathroom was clean.

Our truck died on the road. We called here and Rose was a saint and got us a spot as long as we needed. With all the fallout from Yellowstone closing we were grateful. Maurice the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll meet. Tom is very helpful as well. I can’t say enough good things about this KOA. When our truck gets fixed we will stay here again and we will make this a destination for us

The staff was really nice and the facility was very clean. I would have rated this KOA with the highest rating except for two issues: there was a faulty ground at the site that I was at which truth be told was not a big deal because I just plugged in to the site next to me which happened to be empty. For extended stay I would require full hook ups, including sewer at the site.

Could have a bigger dog yard. Didn’t like the no dogs on grass other than dog yard. Bathrooms and showers were nice and clean. Pretty good water pressure.

Pleasant site with level pads. Unfortunately no sewer outlet except for a single dump site thats difficult to get through.

Super nice service. We were only there over night but had a nice grassy spot in our van in the tent area. Showers were nice and hot. Pretty location.

One of the worst campgrounds I have been to. Had to block up the side of my trailer 6 inches. The pads were so uneven. Trip hazards all over the place with uneven ground. There were weeds and sticker bushes around the picnic table area. My dogs would get stickers in their feet. Cannot believe KOA recognizes this campground. I would rather park at a truckstop.

So sorry that you weren't happy with your spot, I wish you would have let us know and we would have addressed the issue because we have never had anybody complain about that site before or since you did so we really didnt know if there was a problem or not. Our guy checked it and said it was good.

One night stay very nice place. The only down side is the dump station its a little tight to get in. This is the second time we stayed there will do it again

This place is great! Wonderful bathrooms, nice amenities, fabulous little store that has a little of everything! The ONLY downside was the way the sites are set up, you share your picnic area with the neighboring campers, very awkward.

• Staff are excellent. • Site was fairly level. • Very quiet and peaceful. • No cable, but lots of air channels and reception is good. • Showers are clean and decent water pressure, no shortage of hot water. • Never tried the WIFI, I prefer to use my Rogers Hot Spot then I can watch my home cable TV. • They have gas and propane on site. • I would stay here again.

Great people staffing this KOA. Sites are spacious enough but lack privacy as each site is reversed so the living area is shared between RV's. Okay if you are travelling with friends but otherwise not so much. Good washrooms and laundry. I would consider the rate of about $70.00/ night to be high.
