Wonderful ! Very clean . Super friendly staff. We however listened to barking little dogs . It would be nice to have the dog owners in a different area away from others that do not own dogs.

All was good except on my site 56 the picnic table is rotten and my wife nearly got injured when the bench let go and acted as if it was a see saw. Another issue is that the central bathrooms were closed for cleaning at 8:30 for 20 minutes each morning. This is not a good time for that!

Overall our stay was good.. But our grass was very high in our campsite , along with the office area and many other sites. other campers we talked with were complaining also.

This is a beautiful KOA. It is well kept and the staff is very kind and helpful. It is in a great location. The sites are a little tight for the bigger rigs, but we managed getting our 41’ Solitude in and out of our site without any issues. We would definitely stay here again.

Campers are too close because of their size. Overnight was fine, but wouldn’t stay any longer. Staff was very nice and it was clean.

This campground is in the perfect location to enjoy the town of Pigeon Forge. You can walk into town easily or catch the trolley to take you to your destination. Plenty of shade trees and lots of things for kids to do. We ran into a reservation problem while at the campground and the staff stepped up and corrected the situation quickly. Campground staff is top notch and friendly!

We totally enjoyed our stay! The campground amenities including the lazy river pool and hot tub had something for everyone! Very centrally located too. We will be back!

Best week of my life. So much to do in town and in the park. the pool was clean and there is a big dog park near the playground for the dogs to run back and forth nice staff and very clean.

We would love to visit the area and stay here again. The campground is dog friendly, quiet, and centrally located to attractions. A huge plus is trolley access in walking distance and a dog wash at the campground.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The lazy river and the hot tub was fun. The bathroom was very clean and the showers had plenty of hot water. The kids had a blast riding in the train.

Excellent koa great location only problem was I email them that morning earlier and asked about propane fill up they never answered my email so after we drove 8 hrs we had to back track and get propane elsewhere,if they had answered my email we could have stopped on the way in because we passed the propane place. I understand they are very busy but I emailed first thing in the morning

Great staff and very clean campground. The location is top notch. You can walk to restaurants and shops. There is a park right behind the campground with easy access on a path Very dog friendly!!

Absolutely Outstanding!! Without a doubt, this is the best campground we have ever stayed at. Very nicely located to everything. Exceptionally clean and well kept. Easy access in and out. Level and paved sites. Very friendly and helpful staff. A must stay if you're visiting Pigeon Forge!

Our second stay at this great facility! Very well kept and appointed with easy access to the local tram system. With its pool, lazy river, and walkway by the river; this place is great!

Or stay here was amazing! The place is so well-kept and so beautiful and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Our site was close to the river and you just could not beat the huge trees everywhere which allowed for lots of shade! I would recommend this place to everyone. They convenience to the shows and Dollywood was so Aweso, we were able to catch a trolley to Dollywood and save the $30 parking.

Enjoyed our stay. We're walkers so enjoyed walking to nearby shops and 'Ol Mill, and watching "Rod Run" over 4/18-4/21 on the main thoroughfare of Pigeon Forge. Was a little disappointed to see the new area along the north fence line not taken care of. That area is brand new and should be looking pretty good for those premium spots but had not even been mowed. Always friendly employees!

All though we did not realize we would be charged 10$ an hour for every hour before 3 pm we wanted to check in. We had a great time. Staff was quick to respond, cabins were clean, nice swim area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. Bathrooms were clean. I do wish they would wait until a little later to clean them in the mornings. We went to leave and I couldn't use the bathroom as it was closed for cleaning. We will back to this campground.

We love coming to the KOA in Pigeon Forge. The staff is always so friendly, if there is a glitz we always get resolved. This is our go to place.

Staff were great!! Sites were a little too close together and did not like that several campers tries to let their dogs use the bathroom in our site instead of the staff making them go to a designated area.

We love it and will be back. But our Cabin was not my favorite. The bed felt broke, the blow dryer was broke off the wall, ants everywhere and someone had colored on the doors (not that it affected us) it was just not as nice as usual. We have been staying years and will be back in the fall. You just might want to check that cabin for repairs before the next guest. 221 I think

We had a very nice pull through, check in was easy and the woman who checked us in was very helpful and cheerful. We had an easy walk to Dolly’s Stampede. When walkway along river is done it will be even nicer and easier to walk to main road.

Location, location, location! It's close to EVERYTHING! Clean bathhouses, great campsites, best staff EVER! I've been coming to this KOA since I was 7 and I'm now 53. It's added on a LOT & the landscaping, improvements & courteous staff are still the same great KOA I remember. I refuse to camp anywhere else in Pigeon Forge!

Discovered this place 2 years ago. Nice cabins, clean, staff very nice and helpful. They are making cosmetic improvements outside that look really nice.
