Our stay at Perry KOA was excellent! We had the C-7 Patio site with the private dog park and our Golden Retriever gives the park 10+ Bones!! He was truly a happy camper! The site was immaculate with a gas grill, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit & table & chairs. The bath house was the best we have ever seen! Have already recommended to our dog show friends! Thanks Debbie and Brian. A GREAT STAY!!

This place was the very first campground we ever been. It’s was a great experience. The park is very clean and well maintained. Full of shade from the centenary oak trees all over. We enjoyed walking down the alleys and the pool. There is a store packed with everything you may need for your stay. The owners Debbie and Bryan was helpful. Thank you! We will definitely coming back again!

This was the first time I have gone RV camping and enjoyed the experience very much. I am pretty sure it is because of the well-kept KOA. I encourage any first-timers, to look for a KOA. I highly recommend the Perry KOA. Jackie from Miami, Florida

From the very friendly and professional phone call, to the exceptionally well maintained grounds and friendly owners and staff this was probably the ni est KOA we've stayed at over te 20+ years of camping and probably the 10th or 12th KOA over the years from South Florida to Tucson, Arizona.

We have stayed here multiple times and each time is better than the last. the owners have done so much to improve this campground over the past few years that it doesnt even seem like the place we first visited. the sites are very spacious and you dont feel as though youre packed in like sardines! Evey bit of t he property is spotless and clean. My family will continue to visit this campground.

We love staying at the Perry KOA is breaks our trip apart heading to the Panhandle and takes us off busy roads. The KOA is beautiful and well kept. Friendly staff . Peaceful and quiet

Nice staff. Nice amenities. Facilities are clean but some of the full time people do not keep their site tidy. Could use more dog bag/poop receptacles around campground.

Overnight stay. Beautiful campground - majestic oaks! Everything was spotless. The girl running the registration and camp store was so nice. The pool was very relaxing. We wish we had time to stay longer. Next time for sure!

Being a single woman in a car, they charged me an RV price, instead of a tent site. They said it was because of insurance. BS. That’s the first time ever that has happened in all my years of camping. I would love to stay in a tent but for my safety, I cannot.

Loved the fenced in cabin. I thought this KOA had it all, clean and very well appointed. The employees were great. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Rained all night had almost 2 feet of water around the cabin had to wade to the car . One of the workers said I was driving to fast when I was riding the brake but he didn't mind flying around in the golf cart to get my room key. Even going in the grass to avoid the speed bumps. But nice pool got tub and pool table. Nothing to do in perry move to the next koa next time.

As frequent KOA camper, I highly advise against this KOA. No entertainment for kids or safety measures in place. We left after Tornado warning, escaping the Tornado by 20 minutes around 3.30AM. Owners did not share safety procedures, to help us take shelter in severe weather. They refused compensating us for 5 nights, when we only stayed for 5 hrs. Despicable trespassing of cabin in our absence.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks for your review. Sorry we had a tornado warning during your stay, no tornado came, you had our cabin key from late Thursday night to Sunday afternoon, more than 5 hours but who's counting! It's tough to notify people when we don't know they arrived in the middle of the night.

This was BY FAR the best stay we have ever had. The bathroom facilities were phenomenal. The pool was absolute perfection. AND the site was perfectly level, which has never happened for us. We will find a reason to come back.

Off the interstate. Great little overnight stop.. Great little Park. Quite a bit of the snowbirds but they was leaving after spring break...

Great stay with ample amenities. Staff is super friendly, and we love the spots with the gated room for our pups to play freely. They also have a good-sized dog play area if you are traveling with a pet and don't snag one of these spots. Nice little store, clean restrooms, and a pool/spa that is open 24/7. Great place to take a trip to, or stop at during a long trip for a break.
