I called the day before asking if the pool & hot tub were working. We specifically chose this KOA for the hot tub as I have a back injury. IT WAS FREEZING COLD. The park was clean but full of nothing but HUGE RVs. I saw nothing that resembles a family campground. We saw just two people, no kids & no fun. We regret paying $70 and could have just boondocked for the same stale experience.

This place is awesome! Everyone was really nice and the park was very clean and comfortable. The showers were hot. The bathrooms were spotless! We loved it here and can't wait to come back!

Internet could be better We tried all logins but gave up and went and got a hotspot from AT & T so we could use it. Long time stay need working internet. Same problem last year during november and december so it is not a new problem. Beside that We love KOA at Pasco

Nice place, but was very disappointed in the store aspect and the fact that the hot tub was as cold as the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and outgoing. The grounds were impeccably kept.

We’ve stayed here in the the past, it’s been a few years so we haven’t seen the new side. The new side is awesome! We were very disappointed in the Wi-Fi. Hopefully that improves.We’ll be back!

Upon arrival, we discovered the campground upgraded our site free of charge to make sure our camper would fit. It was a nice surprise! Our kids enjoyed the playgrounds and playing ping pong in the clubhouse. Having garbage pick up each morning was also nice!

KOA is always good -- anywhere across the country however the Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA is among the very best. Everything there is squared away from check-in to the camp sites. In particular, Jeremiah was very helpful in getting us oriented and offering any assistance.

This is one of the best run campgrounds that we have ever been to. The grounds are kept beautifully, bathrooms are very clean, staff is helpful and kind. We will definitely be back.

Very nice woman at front desk, very helpful. Nick and his partner were very nice to escort me to my site and helped me plug in. Bathrooms very clean. Campground is huge and stuffed, not a camping nature experience. The workers and lady in tr next to center womens bathroom made it a friendly safe time.

Stopped overnight as a halfway point on long trip. Checked in after hours and our reservation & check in info was clear and easily accessible. We were escorted to our site by a maintenance employee, which was a nice personalized touch. We stayed on the new side which was clean, kept well, and site level. Bathrooms nicely decorated & clean. Would stay again!

Very nice accommodations, clean showers, clean laundry, very pleasant folks in the office. We really enjoyed our first stay here, and rearranged our return trip to stay there again!

No one in office or maintenance told us we need to rent a propane tank for the patio grill and fireplace. We have a class A. Also lawn sprinklers going off and hitting side of motorhome at 2:30am is ridiculous.

We enjoyed our time there. The service was great and the utilities all worked well. Nice place to stay while in the Tri Cities.

The new section is where we stayed and it was the best we have experienced at a KOA. Large maintained sites with great patios, furniture and shower facilities. It would be nice to be able to use the propane from my Rv for the fire pit and bbq rather then bring or rent a 5 gallon tank.

Most everything was fine. Space was adequate for the motorhome and toad. The hookups worked fine. Nick was super nice and helpful when escorting us to our site and helping to get us parked. The registration gal was a bit snarky with my guests who came to visit and see our motorhome. Parking their car seemed to be a problem with no solution. There was space in front of our RV, but not allowed

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO
