RV spot was very roomy for all our camping stuff and toys. My only concern was the dust but hey you can’t have fun if you’re not getting dirty!

Stuck us next to an unstable sand hill in a lot filled with very large rock that would pop your tires. Then on reservation said full hook ups which there was none and then charged us 50 dollars to dump are tanks at the end of the trip. Horrible experience and will never be coming back

Bathroom need to be cleaned more often and showers need updated and cleaned bad water pressure flooding floor drains . Beyond these thing the camp was very clean the customer service was bad and under staffed

Great location, great amenities. If you have kids, this place is a good spot. Unique camping options, caboose, covered wagon, cabins. Easy in and out.

The dunes are beautiful the campground is ok, too dusty . you need to pave or oil the road in and out ,there is not much to do there if you don't have a off road vehicle, no pool

Our stay was great. The campground is clean, the help is friendly and accommodating. As always, Lindsay is amazing! She is always so kind, helpful and goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you for the great service!

Upon arrival the KOA had given away our campsites to someone else we had reserved 1 year ago to the date. We reserved pull through sites and we’re given back inn’s. Which for our setup was not going to work! They campsite assistant manager was unwilling to accommodate us properly and gave us excuse after excuse. I have been going to the Koa since 2005 and will not be back !

Huge group (8+ Campsites) of extremely loud, swearing campers revving engines until 2am….. if they weren’t there it would’ve been fine. Amenities nice. Enforcement of camp rules needed. Will not come again

Everything was great always clean great kids play area. One complaint the zipline is advertised on the internet and the property but has been open two summers in a row.

Camp was well kept, we got everything we needed from staff. Jump pad and mini dunes were a big hit with the kids. Wish the road to the dunes was less gravel as it rattled our bikes and bodies a lot. Otherwise a perfect stay!

very small showers and the wi-fi works for emails and so web surfing but you have to create an account for the wi-fi. everyone was very nice clean and close to dunes

Ck-in fail. Errors, mis-applied discounts/points, no receipts. Blamed on system issues. Called when we got home (office not open when we vacated) to get receipts and found errors. Told too late to correct after checkout. Spent half a day trying to fix. Sites average (gravel), facilities (bathroom, shower, wreck room, store, laundry) above average, (no pool), proximity to recreation excellent.

Stayed 2 nights in a one room cabin iwich was very clean when we arrived. Staff was amazing and helpful when we needed it. I definitely will stay here again and again

I think it would have been better if sweetener and a stirring stick was added with the coffee supplies. It would be great if the office was open a little earlier on the weekends so people who needed to check out earlier could do so. Nice gift shop and staff Some slight harshness by some staff and other campers when they made a request of us...we were new to KOA and this site

Cute cabins, but the beds have no mattress padding. If you stay you should consider bringing extra padding on the beds.

VERY clean. Nicest/cleanest bathrooms I have ever used. I wasn’t scared to set my clean clothes in the shower like other typical facilities. Way to impress!

Always a great experience. Only complaint is the WiFi worked sometimes and sometimes would just kick me off. Otherwise, everyone is friendly, all the campers are respectful, the staff is amazing and it's a fun time for the entire familym

This will be our last visit to this KOA. Rules weren't enforced and each step of this stay wasn't enjoyable. We weren't given shower tokens at check-in (or well informed about amenities we wouldn't get as advertised), the quiet hours weren't enforced, were told to dump our tanks elsewhere (when they've allowed us to do so at a vacant spot previously) and overall safety wasn't a priority.

We visit OD KOA a couple times a year because there is nowhere like it that I know of. It’s a nice clean campground with nice bathrooms, a store, a big game hall, jump pad, train ride, etc. The staff are always friendly! We always feel like our stuff is safe in the campground which is a bonus. They are always making improvements to the campground every year and they take pride in this property.

Our experience was great! Access to the dunes is not too far, they have a bouncy pad for kids, they have a dog park, they have an ice cream social on the weekends, they have tetherball, they have a kids play area, they even have a kid area for riding quads. Friendly staff, Park is clean and very well maintained. Lots of fun and we will be back for sure!

Our first time to this KOA, great place, clean, awesome recreation hall with axe throwing, ping pong, fuss ball table, stuff for everyone. We stayed at the Great Lodge, and family stayed next door at Lena lodge. Great lodge had double car garage for the RZR, CanAm, quads, motorcycles. Steve's ATV was full of currant merch, great service. I do have to mention KOA check in and check out was smooth, KOA staff Wonderful! I'm really surprised with the negative reviews?! Maybe new management? We will be back, dune access Is excellent! Thanks, The Allen Family!
