Was not escorted to our site, which would be fine if the map you provided was accurate. Then the grade was so steep we had to use 4WD to enter our site. There was no mention of hazard, drop off without a barrier, on the site. Which ripped our steps off of the camper.

Always stop on our way south at Natural Bridge. We love the patio sites. Friendly and clean.

We come here every October for Halloween festivities. Never disappoints. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The bathrooms are kept clean and that’s a big plus as well. Already booked for next year!

The workers were all very nice and helpful. When we arrived our site was on the side of a hill. The site wasn't kid friendly but the staff worked with us and we moved to a more appropriate spot. The playground was disappointing, old and need of TLC. There is a nice flat area next to the playground if paved would be a nice space for kids to ride their bikes.

So close to 81! Very rustic and hilly with terraced sites that were difficult to maneuver. Office was friendly. No escort. Changed sites because pull thru sites were too short and unlevel. There were some very nice paved sites that were more than we wanted to spend for an overnite stay. Cabins seemed very nice/occupied. Quite a few seasonals here too. This just was not a good match for 30’ MH

Just wonderful. Love to bring a few grandkids for Halloween weekend. The staff is the best ever. The sites great. Already booked for next year. They already called us back to confirm a spot. Amazing customer service. Rest rooms clean.

My only complaint is that we were in 7, which was a great site, but it was on the main road in to the office and cars/trucks would speed up and down the road. We were nervous having young children playing because of the cars. Otherwise, a really nice campground (despite not being able to pick specific sites).

We had site 60. This is not a good site. Very even and small for camper and vehicle. If I stay again I will not accept this site or sites 58 and 59. Other than that the campground is very nice

The facility is good. Sites could use some left to right leveling. Bathrooms were good and clean. Weekend we were there, there were other guests that did not abide by the quiet times and the staff didn't seem to be able to or want to enforce the rules. The one thing we didn't like is you can't reserve specific sites and the sites are not assigned until check in. Our group was put together.

I’ll start by saying I really love this campground. The staff are super friendly, the facilities are clean, the events are fun… BUT, our stay was ruined by another group of “regulars”. Even after multiple complaints (not just from us), the KOA staff excused obnoxious and rude behavior by another large group saying “they come here every year.” For that reason, we will not be.

We had a long weekend stay at the Koa Natural Bridge/Lexington camp ground. The camp ground was very clean and peaceful. It was fun seeing all the Halloween decorations and watching the kiddos trick or treat. Having cable tv was nice but the WiFi system is basically unusable. The WiFi is not a make or break for us. Everything said, we will definitely be back.

Electrical box at site kept losing power. We had unhooked and set up but had to rehook and move to the site next door. It was annoying and a lot of work for nothing. A former camper at that site came up to us and told us that the electricity was not working correctly for him and that he had to move earlier. Wondering why there was no apology from management?

We only stayed overnight and the Trick or Treaters were great the only downside was the lot was a little bit uneven otherwise it's an awesome place

Super nice campground. Convenient to attractions we wanted t see. The kids (and adults ) loved the game room. This park has everything you could ask for. We would stay there again if in the area. Park was clean and staff was very personable and helpful with the area.

The pull through site was too small to leave my truck attached - the significant hill in the area I was assigned was uncomfortable to walk and repark my truck. The pet park was not centrally located for such a large park. The park was clean and well maintained and the restrooms and laundry facility looked very clean.

My favorite KOA campground close to home. The concrete paved sites are beautiful with the furniture and gas grill. The bathrooms are very clean and the camp store is awesome to shop. A lot of attractions nearby in Lexington and Natural Bridge. Looking forward to returning next season.

Hilly and most roads covered in gravel making it a little slippery when riding a heavy Harley.....also should not allow people to fly political flags slamming the President not what we want to see when we are on vacation alot of campgrounds ban this. Good location for visiting Lexington and Natural Bridge state park. Worker with dark hair and beard had a nasty attitude when asked a question.

Very nice campground directly off of Rt 81. Close to local attractions. The park has had regular upgrades, everything was clean and new looking. Sites were level and full hookup/sewer/cable/wifi were available. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again.
