Everything was great. They finally got the hot fixed to have some jets working The showers and restrooms were clean and plentiful throughout the park. We saw 2 places to do laundry. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. It's our favorite KOA.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds and facilities were well kept and clean. The only complaint was the road noise if you are in a tent.

Noise, Noise, Noise. Being on a major highway in a major U.S. tourist destination means a lot of traffic. And, our tent site, #50, was right next to a bunch of RV sites, so we had to listen to equipment noises all night - heaters or AC units turning on, etc. One site had a truck motor running for nearly an hour making noise and spewing carbon monoxide fumes into the surrounding sites.

KOA was amazing! They helped us move our date when we booked the wrong date no problem, made sure our tent sites were next to each other! They also helped kill a few ants piles and were extremely fast about it! The bathrooms and showers were the cleanest I’ve ever been too! They allowed us an extra hour after check out so we could swim! I would highly recommend! We will be coming back!

Campground and staff were great! The pool was my kids favorite part. Showers were okay- most of the water would not get warm at the main showers, but we found some that did! Overall we would def stay again!

I had a great tent spot that was shaded by a few curtains and trees. The grounds were clean and near washrooms and showers. I will definitely come back to this location. Facilities were regularly monitored and maintained.

I paid for a tent site with electric for 4 nights. Reported the electric did not work the first night and was told it was a known problem and they would fix it tomorrow. Reported it again on my 3rd night because it still did not work and no one ever cared enough to fix the problem or try to make things right. They already had my money and they didn’t not care.

Campground was clean nice bathrooms and pool. Biggest problem is the Highway its right on jt and all night long trucks were on their airbrakes and driving super fast. Second problem was the Jeeps staying in the campground who find it necessary to start their loud jeeps up at 5am and warm them up for 15 minutes before leaving even though its 55 degrees out.

First time at KOA, nice campsite for Vans and great staff. Hot tub was a nice surprise too. Only downside had been other campers driving around in extremely loud ATVs at night hours.

GREAT staff here. Everyone was so helpful. Only negatives were the wind was insane at this place and you could hear the highway all night long. Other than that the laundry and shower facilities were very clean. The pool/hot tub area was also well maintained.

We love the pool. It's been a little cooler but the pool is heated. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Nice stay in the tent section. We had a tent trailer. Other campers were quiet and respectful, considering how close the tent sites were. Pool was nice. Overall a very good campground with attentive staff. One proposal would be to separate men’s and women’s showers at the bathhouse. I would recommend staying here.

Bad experience, a lot of money for a very small tent-space in the dirt. Much noise from freeway and other camping guests driving around in their “fun” cars. 30 years ago KOA used to be the best for tent-campers. Nowadays tents get the worst spots, KOA nowadays is a campground fot RV’s. Not for tents

It was our 1st time to Moab and we didnt find a site near the river as we had hoped when we arrived with our 3 kids. Called KOA and booked a site. It was a great surprise to find such clean facilities and your staff is awesome. Its just kinda spendy to plop a tent, loud at night and early in the morning with minimal shade. Ok for a place to stay, not a great relax at a tent site location.

Mostly good but a little sloppy around the edges compared to other KOA's. Their showers are only cleaned once per week, trash pickup was never provided to the tent sites for the whole week I stayed, and the number they give you to text if you need anything responds that the office is closed when it's not. So you have to walk to the office anyways.

We stayed for four nights in a campervan, and the KOA Moab had everything we needed in a great location. Our kids LOVED getting to go back to the pool at the end of a long day of hiking/exploring. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Super friendly staff and well-stocked store. We were at a tent site and had easy access to the bath house. We loved it!!

Since our visit last year I feel the quality has gone down. We tried 3 different bathhouses for a shower and 2/3 had cold water! It literally did not get warm ish until 15 min of it being on. 1/3 had hot water but was leaking resulting in poor water pressure. All of the bathrooms seemed like they weren’t cleaned and seemed gross. The rest of the stay was fine.

There wasn’t any hot water in the middle shower. However the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We were tent campers. The sites were very nice. Bathroom cleaning was Ok but the hot water was inconsistent. Also campers clogged the dish washing station and it remained clogged for over 24 hours, we left before anyone dealt with it. Pool and hot tub were great. Plus bike washing and repair station was awesome.

Too many dogs where off leash, and owners not following the rules. The dog park had an issue with the fencing and we let them know but they did nothing about it at all.

Had a great stay at the tent spots, they are very compact and cozy with the neighbors but we met a lot of good people while we were there so it didn’t matter. My son had a great time at the pool. We would definitely book another stay here. The staff was very friendly and the bath house was always clean.

First time at a KOA and had a great experience. Everything was simple, great showers and restrooms, pool, etc. from 9pm-8am it’s perfectly silent (aside from traffic on the main road). Will definitely stay again.

The staff were VERY nice, professional, and friendly. I did not anticipate the road noise of the nearby road. Also, the campground is quite large, yet it felt like there were so many camp groups put close together in proximity, when we could have maybe been more spread out. There were many open spots in other areas of the grounds. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, especially shower floors.

Awesome Koa, lots to do in the surrounding area. Nice and clean facilities wonderful stall as well. Definitely coming back to stay here if we find ourselves in Moab again

Great campground. A little expensive but for the location it's not bad. The General Manager David was the best! They are lucky to have him. He was friendly, kind and extremely helpful. The campground is well situated with spots not packed on top of each other. We have been here before and will gladly return again!

Completely exceeded our expectations! We loved having the pool and hot tub to use at the end of the day. The staff seems to put a great effort into making it a great spot for family camping.

We have a trailer so we never use the cabins. Nice people work there. Pretty grounds and scenery. Been there many times.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin for car show weekend. Excellent cabin, amenities, services and staff. Definitely will be back. Second stay here. Definitely recommend. Booked for next year !!!
