Moab KOA Holiday General Information

Check In:
1pm or later for all RV sites and Tent Sites
3:30pm or later for all Cabins
Early arrivals before the specified Check-In times will incur a $10.00 charge and are strictly based upon availability of the site.

Check Out:
11am for all sites.
Late Check-Out is generally not available.  Please check with the Registration office prior to the day of checkout. 
If available, Late Check-Out will incur a $10.00/hour charge.

General Store/Registration
8am - 8pm
Open hours may vary due to business demand. Check at the General Store during your stay for current hours.

Pool
9am - 10pm

Laundry
Laundry facilities are available 24/7

Quiet Hours
10pm - 8am

Wood fires are only permitted in a contained fire pit.  All Cabin accommodations include a fire ring.  If you are visiting us in a Tent or RV site, you have the option of bringing along your own fire pit.

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be on this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Propane fill is available during General Store hours.
For current price, please check with the staff at the General Store.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made prior to the specified time frames below are subject to a $10 non-refundable cancelation fee.
Cancellations made during the specified time frames below will forfeit the deposit made at the time of booking.

Cabins: 14 Days notice is required
RV & Tent: 7 Days notice is required

Non-Holiday Reservations:
Cabins:  7 Days notice is required 
RV & Tent:  48 Hours notice is required

Pets are part of the family and welcome to come along camping!  
If you are staying in one of our Cabin accommodations, please be advised that there is a one-time pet fee per stay.

Deluxe Cabins: $25.00 per pet, per stay up to 2 pets max
Camping Cabins: $10.00 per pet, per stay up to 2 pets max

One vehicle is permitted per site. For RV sites, one vehicle is permitted in addition to the RV.
All additional vehicles, including off-road vehicles and trailers, will be charged a one-time fee of $10.00 per vehicle for the duration of your stay.

For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, strict limits are enforced on the number of people who may be at the campground per each reservation. 

• At check-in, you will be asked to verify the number of guests staying at your site.  
  
• A limit of 6 or 8 people per site (depending on site type) will be enforced.  That total number includes both the number of people on your reservation and any day visitors.  If you have the maximum number of people on your reservation, day visitors are not allowed.
  
• RV and Tent sites are limited to 6 people per site.
  
• Camping Cabins, Deluxe Cabins, and other Lodging are limited to 4 people with exception of the Deluxe and Lodge Cabins which sleep 6, these are limited to 6 people.
  
• If the number of overnight guests on your reservation allows for day visitors, those day visitors must check in at the front desk upon arrival. Your visitors are welcome for $7.50 per guest. Visiting guests are permitted until Quiet Hours and must adhere to campground rules. Should day visitors turn into overnight guests, they must register at the front desk. All visitors on the campground must check-in at the registration office and be added as a guest on the current reservation. 
  

Site trash pick up is now available from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.  Please make sure bags are tied shut and placed near the road.  One of our Great Staff members will stop by and pick it up.

We ask that all of our guests abide by our 5 MPH speed limit.

If you arrive after Registration Office hours, all of your information for Check-In will be posted in our Night Registration area located just to the left of the Registration Office door. Please stop by the office the next day at your earliest convenience to complete the registration process.

Site Requests & Groups:
Site numbers are assigned on the day of Check-In.  If you would like to request a specific site ahead of time, there will be a one-time Lock Site fee of $100.00 per site.  Subject to availability of the requested site.

All groups and side-by-side requests will be charged a one-time fee of $20.00 per site to keep reservations grouped together.  We will do our best to accommodate all requests for parties traveling together.

Camping Cabin Linens:
Linens are available for rent in our Camping Cabins.  
$15.00 per bed covers the length of your stay, and each pack includes: (2) flat sheets, (1) fleece blanket, and (1) pillow with pillowcase.

Tent Usage:
Tents are not permitted on any RV or Cabin site. Tents are only permitted on tent designated sites.

Moab KOA is privileged to have Wendy Jensen as General Manager. Wendy has been in the KOA family since 2005. She started as General Manager for the Stockton/Delta KOA and then managed Boston/Cape Code, Las Vegas, and Trinity Lake before moving into Acquisitions and Training where she assisted 11 other properties.

Wendy is a longtime fan of Canyonlands NP, an amateur photographer, dog agility enthusiast and beginner Jeep trail driver. Her attention to detail and keen eye for beauty will undoubtedly be an asset to the Moab KOA Holiday team. Be sure to stop by and say hello!
