The grounds were clean and amenities were great. Staff were super friendly, and accommodating even after hours via text. I think someone needs to check into the heater in the office however; it smells of gas and the employees are inhaling that--they're going to get sick. Only complaints were the road noise (not to be helped), and no toilet paper in a couple bathrooms.

We tent camped and the highway noise from 191 was very loud even all through the night. Very poor sleeping conditions. Bathrooms and showers were small and not very updated. 2-3 stars for cleanliness. Staff was friendly enough and we left early and they gave us a refund. Our last night we had noisy neighbors until 12:30 am.

Not my favorite KOA (others include much more free amenities for a much cheaper price). I like KOA but will skip this one next time.

Tent site was uneven and lumpy. No fire ring. Otherwise great. Loved getting a beer and sitting by the firepit by the pool.

First of all the KOA in Moab is a nice campground. Nice showers and laundry. The only reason I would not stay there again is the noise. People that stay else where drive their off road side by sides on the adjacent roads till late at night and the noise is horrible. Also the highway is noisy too. If you want quiet it’s not here, at least the night we stayed there.

Staff friendly. When arrive jn car line a worker guided us around to checking to bypass RVs. Staff friendly. Facility kept very clean. Trash pick up was timely. Site was perfect. First stay at a KOA and very impressed.

Easy reservation and easy when I got there to stay. At one point I noticed that one of the bathrooms needed service so I called and within minutes there was someone working on it.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The showers could be cleaned a little better. Overall the koa installations are very nice. My only concern was that the staff driving around on the golf carts was very fast, not 5 miles per hour.

It was a perfect spot for us even with the windy weather. The location looks clean and the camping spot was nice with the sand. Reservation was easy to do and fast. Activities that they offers looks attractive for kids. Only ... Sounds from the highway are loud but if you are tired that doesn't matter.

This is not the place to stay if you are looking to relax. The tent sites are right on top of each other. Unless you are on the very end, you will have three neighbors. The bathhouse did not have enough toilets and both mornings there was a long line. They were not especially clean either. This is not worth the cost unless you take advantage of every single activity and amenity and enjoy noise.

Tent sites have no privacy and are too close together. Need pathway between tent sites to get to bathroom without walking all the way around the wood fence tent sites Otherwise, we loved it there!!

Overall the camp seems well run. We were tent camping, and the sites are quite close together. Issues to address: The outside bathroom lights stay on all night. They should shut off at 10:00. It is like sleeping in daylight. The area for cleaning dishes has no light. Add one and turn it off at 10:00. The bathrooms need cleaning 2x /day. The get filthy and run out of supplies.

Great place to stay. Awesome staff. Very nice sites. 👌 all the amenities you could need. The pool was nice. Showers are super clean. We stayed at a pull through rv site and it was amazing.

We have a trailer so we never use the cabins. Nice people work there. Pretty grounds and scenery. Been there many times.
