Bad experience, a lot of money for a very small tent-space in the dirt. Much noise from freeway and other camping guests driving around in their “fun” cars. 30 years ago KOA used to be the best for tent-campers. Nowadays tents get the worst spots, KOA nowadays is a campground fot RV’s. Not for tents

It was our 1st time to Moab and we didnt find a site near the river as we had hoped when we arrived with our 3 kids. Called KOA and booked a site. It was a great surprise to find such clean facilities and your staff is awesome. Its just kinda spendy to plop a tent, loud at night and early in the morning with minimal shade. Ok for a place to stay, not a great relax at a tent site location.

Mostly good but a little sloppy around the edges compared to other KOA's. Their showers are only cleaned once per week, trash pickup was never provided to the tent sites for the whole week I stayed, and the number they give you to text if you need anything responds that the office is closed when it's not. So you have to walk to the office anyways.

We stayed for four nights in a campervan, and the KOA Moab had everything we needed in a great location. Our kids LOVED getting to go back to the pool at the end of a long day of hiking/exploring. Bathrooms and showers were clean. Super friendly staff and well-stocked store. We were at a tent site and had easy access to the bath house. We loved it!!

Since our visit last year I feel the quality has gone down. We tried 3 different bathhouses for a shower and 2/3 had cold water! It literally did not get warm ish until 15 min of it being on. 1/3 had hot water but was leaking resulting in poor water pressure. All of the bathrooms seemed like they weren’t cleaned and seemed gross. The rest of the stay was fine.

I was traveling alone and felt very safe. Campground was clean and staff was very friendly.

There wasn’t any hot water in the middle shower. However the staff was very helpful and pleasant.

We were tent campers. The sites were very nice. Bathroom cleaning was Ok but the hot water was inconsistent. Also campers clogged the dish washing station and it remained clogged for over 24 hours, we left before anyone dealt with it. Pool and hot tub were great. Plus bike washing and repair station was awesome.

First time staying at a KOA. Had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Great staff and friendly neighbors! Will definitely stay again.

Too many dogs where off leash, and owners not following the rules. The dog park had an issue with the fencing and we let them know but they did nothing about it at all.

Had a great stay at the tent spots, they are very compact and cozy with the neighbors but we met a lot of good people while we were there so it didn’t matter. My son had a great time at the pool. We would definitely book another stay here. The staff was very friendly and the bath house was always clean.

First time at a KOA and had a great experience. Everything was simple, great showers and restrooms, pool, etc. from 9pm-8am it’s perfectly silent (aside from traffic on the main road). Will definitely stay again.

The staff were VERY nice, professional, and friendly. I did not anticipate the road noise of the nearby road. Also, the campground is quite large, yet it felt like there were so many camp groups put close together in proximity, when we could have maybe been more spread out. There were many open spots in other areas of the grounds. Bathrooms could have been cleaner, especially shower floors.

Awesome Koa, lots to do in the surrounding area. Nice and clean facilities wonderful stall as well. Definitely coming back to stay here if we find ourselves in Moab again

Great campground. A little expensive but for the location it's not bad. The General Manager David was the best! They are lucky to have him. He was friendly, kind and extremely helpful. The campground is well situated with spots not packed on top of each other. We have been here before and will gladly return again!

Completely exceeded our expectations! We loved having the pool and hot tub to use at the end of the day. The staff seems to put a great effort into making it a great spot for family camping.

The grounds were clean and amenities were great. Staff were super friendly, and accommodating even after hours via text. I think someone needs to check into the heater in the office however; it smells of gas and the employees are inhaling that--they're going to get sick. Only complaints were the road noise (not to be helped), and no toilet paper in a couple bathrooms.

We tent camped and the highway noise from 191 was very loud even all through the night. Very poor sleeping conditions. Bathrooms and showers were small and not very updated. 2-3 stars for cleanliness. Staff was friendly enough and we left early and they gave us a refund. Our last night we had noisy neighbors until 12:30 am.

Tent site was uneven and lumpy. No fire ring. Otherwise great. Loved getting a beer and sitting by the firepit by the pool.

First of all the KOA in Moab is a nice campground. Nice showers and laundry. The only reason I would not stay there again is the noise. People that stay else where drive their off road side by sides on the adjacent roads till late at night and the noise is horrible. Also the highway is noisy too. If you want quiet it’s not here, at least the night we stayed there.

Staff friendly. When arrive jn car line a worker guided us around to checking to bypass RVs. Staff friendly. Facility kept very clean. Trash pick up was timely. Site was perfect. First stay at a KOA and very impressed.

Easy reservation and easy when I got there to stay. At one point I noticed that one of the bathrooms needed service so I called and within minutes there was someone working on it.

Clean amenities, friendly staff especially the store clerks, the pool was nice and warm (it's heated). Highly recommended!

First time staying at a KOA. Had an amazing experience. The staff was really attentive to our needs, prompt, and extremely friendly and courteous. Our site had power and water which both were uninterrupted. On site showers and laundry less than 50ft away. Pool and hot tub were also very nice to enjoy. If you have dogs there is a dog walking area and a play park for all your doggos. Each neighbor that came and went was always friendly and respectful of the quiet times. I definitely would recommend place 100%. Very safe , very secure and if you have bikes easy place to hit the bike trails and ride back to. They also have a bike mechanic station, rack,air and wash rack.

We had such an amazing time at the KOA. We did have an encounter before check in when we called and asked a simple question and were treated very poorly, others in our group had the same issue. I was a bit nervous but upon arrival I realized we were in good hands. Fawn and Jenna treated us amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is amazing! The laundry facility was a life saver! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had so much stuff, towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, and even k-cups for the coffee. The outside patio was nice with a fire pit and propane grill. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing corn hole.
