After boon-docking for a couple of weeks, we looked forward to a hot shower. Tried taking two showers at different times and was unable to get hot water. This was disappointing, but everything else was great.

Our cabin was right next to highway which made sleeping hard and impacted the overall experience. Text messages were not responded to for various questions. The one time someone came to check on the heat, he came in and out within 1 minute and didn't explain that the heat took a very long time to kick on, just showed us where the thermostats were.

Traveling thru Utah to see the parks. We’ve been motorhoming since 1977, and always like KOA’s for their cleanliness and convenience . Moab was great.

It was exactly what we needed for days of exploration with the kids. Weather was chilly but the hot tub was hot and the pool was warm for the kids! Great stay

We had a nice time staying in a Deluxe Cabin. I have stayed in many KOAs and this one had a nice pool and hot tub as well as a nice area with propane fire pits and games. The cabins are pretty basic. I would say much more basic than other KOA cabins we have been in, but it worked well. My only compliment is the back bedroom was COLD because the split heater really only heated the front.

What great personal service is such a large property. The entire place was packed and we were still catered to like we were the only ones there. The heated pool was outstanding (kids loved it). The gas fires and out door game area were really nice to relax in. It was great to be surrounded by so much happiness in the property. The main bathrooms left a bit to be desired.

From the warm welcome at check in to the fond farewell at check out, everyone we came across was so helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool and the cabin was perfect for those of us (ie: mom) who didn’t want to “rough it” for camping. There were so many great amenities that made it a comfortable stay during our vacation.

The park is wonderfull and very well organized , but is the most expensive KOA we have ever stayed in, $179 @night.I know that supply and demand but the is way over our normal travel budget. We stayed there about 9/10 earlier and the price was around $80 a night so spring break gauging I guess.I would stay there agin but not during spring break or what ever was going on, nic park

Too many dogs where off leash, and owners not following the rules. The dog park had an issue with the fencing and we let them know but they did nothing about it at all.

Super glamp cabin with bathroom was perfect for our cold rainy night stay. Clean and everything it said it was in the description. Grill wasn't great in the wind. It may have just not worked. That's a problem

Cabin amenities were not as expected from website. Smoke detector had been removed. No breakfast amenities. Hot tub was funky green color so we chose not to use. Shower areas were not super clean. Staff was not overly charming. Otherwise as expected

Our stay was great. The cabin was very clean and kept warm when it cooled down at night. The bathrooms need more attention, though.

Had a great stay at the tent spots, they are very compact and cozy with the neighbors but we met a lot of good people while we were there so it didn’t matter. My son had a great time at the pool. We would definitely book another stay here. The staff was very friendly and the bath house was always clean.

It was a group of 5 families that stayed at this KOA for spring break. We loved the clean bathrooms/showers and staff. They always had a smile on their face and greeted you around the park. Only downside was the sink next to our site was down and the hot tub was starting to turn green. We understand it was opening week so no big deal! Highly recommend for groups and families of littles!

Overall our stay was good. Staff was friendly but a little scattered. Positive attitudes and friendly though. Being that it was still a little winters the park had lots of “to do” items to get ready for the season. Water line breaks, spa not working and stock in store still coming in. We would stay here again.

Very nice park, could use a little maintenance in and around all the campsites. Very hard to maneuver your trailer due to how tight they made things. But overall, nicer than most

We stayed for 3 nights at the KOA in Moab so we could spend time at Canyonlands, Arches and other area attractions. The cabin was nice and clean. Disappointed that we did not have a freezer portion in our fridge and that there was not a coffee maker. There was a kuerig machine, but only 2 actual k-cups of regular coffee, otherwise you need to purchase any additional.

Way to tight. being close was an issue. The road noise was extreme, and we do realize not much can be done. But rest of facility was good. Hospitality was not friendly upon check in but employees driving around helping folks was over the top. Beautiful views

We really enjoy this KOA-Nice changes: escort to the spot, trash pickup, text option. We have come back because my kids LOVE to swim after a fun day and we sit by the fire pits. All were lit but ours, when I asked about it I was treated rather rude and much to his irritation lit ours left it on high and walked off. Staff were very nice but not this guy and lots of construction noise 8am-8pm

POSITIVES: Awesome views, authentic western wagon train feel, POOL AND HOT TUB area beautifully designed, PRIVATE bathrooms (lower level). NEGATIVE: they should consider not allowing any type of ATVs to drive through the campground. They are so loud, even on low broil, that the driver has to wear protective headphones. KOA should consider mandating that they park in the upper parking lot by the road. Additionally, KINDLY, please ask animal people to stop allowing their animals to christen every post located near camper's septic tanks on the way to their poop kingdom! Very rude and not appreciated! Saw this over and over!

We didn't use the cabins, but we did use the RV hookups. Check in was quick and easy. A staff member showed us to our spot and told us about events coming up. Fast wifi and clean facilities. Highly recommend!

This is a great campground, very clean and well maintained. Good dog walking area. The staff at the desk were very helpful and were able to relocate our reserved RV sites, so that we could be closer to another family member. The pool and hot tub were great and the game area was fun.
