The staff is very helpful. They even opened up the laundry early so I could get it done before we left. The facility is well kept and clean.

Friendly, professional staff and the park is very well maintained. Having a certified mobile RV tech as part of their staff is most definitely a plus!!

This was our first visit to Miles City. The owners and staff were very welcoming, friendly and good to point out areas of interest. Our site was spacious and level. Ladies’ restroom beautifully updated, laundry room spotless. June is apparently cottonwood shed time as the mature cottonwoods were putting out the cotton. A nesting pair of bald eagles at the road’s end made it all worth it.

Staff were nice but they wanted to brag about how cheap the alcohol was that they sale at the camp store. This may be a very true statement but seemed a little unprofessional. Bathrooms clean, camp store stocked well, view of railroad tracks( if you are into that). Staff were nice.

Although an older KOA, everything is brand new and renovated. Enjoyed the use of the complimentary bbq. Nearby train horn was a little loud at times, but that didn't bother us. Staff was great.

The campground was in wonderful shape - obviously well cared for. The bathroom/showers were immaculate and recently redone. The new owner was very friendly, easy to talk to and everyone on staff was friendly as well. Will certainly stay there again sometime and highly recommend it.

We only stayed one night. The staff were very friendly and the washrooms were clean with great signs. They even had a gas bbq that you ould use

Customer service was great, the space was fine, the park is tidy and maintained. A bit of strange location in a little neighborhood with no barrier from the road. Just right for a quick overnight though.

The new management is awesome. Penny goes out of her way to help you. The park has been upgraded since the last owners. The hosts are very friendly, and even hand deliver dry firewood to your site. The sites are improved with gravel and leveled. The power delivered now is solid 120 volts. We were at the outer edge and got wifi ! A very nice stay and will be back!!

Great…had an unfortunate incident w/our camper & there was a repair service on site. Jason fixed our issues and kept us going. Super people on site. Will be back again, we do have family in town so will be staying often.

Best kept campground ever! It’s so nice there we are planning on a trip just to stay there again. Staff was extremely nice and campsites were clean spotless.

The showers were extremely clean. The bathrooms must have been completely remodeled. The girls at the registration desk were most helpful.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. Campground had a clean, warm pool, beautiful shade trees, patio with grills available for use and a well-stocked store. By far the nicest bathrooms I have ever seen in a campground...better than many hotels. Overall, the whole place was extremely clean and well kept with lots of nice touches. Miles City seemed kind of meh, but campground is A+

Nice, clean, well-maintained park. We were there for overnight. Great staff. Level lots. Excellent WiFi. Great shade trees. Be sure to follow their instructions to come in from I-94 and Main Street from the west. From the east there is a low underpass.on Main Street. (At my request I was told of Seabeck Pizza. Mom and Pop pizza way better than the chain stores'. IMHO)

New owners of the KOA are fantastic people/doing a great job of bringing campground upto par! Great customer service and staff.Stayed 4 nights and will be back stayed there in the past and see the improvements.Great location for rver's coming from the east/west/south/north.There is a fair amount to see and do in the area.Sites are nice and big/room for longer units!10/10 Nice washrooms/laundry/etc

This is an excellent, well maintained, extremely clean facility shaded by old growth cottonwood trees for plenty of shade. The amenities are excellent and the owners/staff go overboard to ensure your stay is a very pleasant one.

Immaculately kept! The host wiped down the picnic table when she took us to our site. Have never had that done before. Bathrooms had been remodeled and were beautiful. Did not use the pool but it looked great too.

Very friendly staff upon arrival and during the five day stay. The washrooms and facilities were beyond clean and others we talked to at the camp also commented that they have never been to a camp that had such clean and tidy premises. We do have one regret and that is that we had to leave but Miles City KOA can rest assured that we and friends will be back as soon as time permits. All great.

Location is next to a train and 2 busy roads. Lots of traffic at all hours. Kind hosts and lots of amenities. Very clean facility. The campground offered Wi-Fi, however don’t bother booking the “premium” spot because it’s too far from the main office and the Wi-Fi doesn’t work. Overall, I would probably not return to this KOA.

Miles City was great. So much history and people were very friendly. Campground staff super. The campground is in town and by the river so some traffic adjacent to campsites but traffic not an issue at night. We would stay again.

Friendly staff, beautiful quiet setting among mature cottonwood trees, wonderful spotless bathrooms with cute decor and a great small pool that was a bonus on a hot day. Small touches like wiping down our picnic table unasked and offering earplugs to block noise from freight trains in the distance were appreciated. Best KOA ever!

I'd give this 10 stars if I could. We are full time RVers and we had actually written off KOA's. This place was great. We came here for rock hounding. You could find agates right in the campground gravel and the Tongue River running beside the campground. The rock pile behind the campground was full of them and the gravel bar in town on the Yellowstone was incredible. This was the best rock hounding weve found nationwide. Penny had incredible customer service from beginning to end. Even though we have a fifth wheel, we used their showers because they were brand spanking new and sparkling clean. Perfect spot for a long hot shower. We could not have asked for more. Wish we would have stayed for a week. We'll be back!

Very clean and well maintained KOA. One of the best we've been to. Very quiet and a nice dog run that is maintained as well. Staff very nice and helpful. 👍

Very nice owner. So helpful. This very well kept and the cleanest campground we have been to. Great pool washrooms and strong WiFi. I would highly recommend this KOA.
