I was a little disappointed that the office was not open when I left in the morning (after9 a.m.). There were no office hours posted on any signage. Also I wanted to get propane and had to wait for quite awhile for someone to help me.

We made an on-line reserv. after the onsite office was closed. Upon arrival, we called the after-hours number posted outside the office door. We left a message saying we had arrived but didn't know which site to take. No one EVER called me back! We finally just took an unoccupied site. Office only called the next morning after our departure to verify we had stayed. POORLY run campground.

2night stay in pull through full site 1. Just off I70. Black top driveway in rough shape. Sites nearly level on hillside. Plenty long, gravel pad. Did not use amenities. Did note a lot of the wood structures and borders are rotting. 45 minutes to PNC park for Pirates game.

I have been coming to this campground for over 35 years! What it is today is beyond horrible. New management is always drunk and having affairs with married men. She doesn’t know what she is doing and has never run a campground. She’s to worried about hanging out and drinking than learning how to run a campground.

The Madison KOA is very conveniently located to Pittsburgh and the local bike trails. It's not far from the GAP trail either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, it is not within walking distance to anything. You have to drive everywhere. The campground itself has chunky gravel roads so even the campground isn't conducive to taking an evening walk.

Good sight. The road leading into the park is a little rough but manageable - just go slow. Everything worked as it should.

Nice facilities, good bathrooms, road is a little steep, sewage dump was hard to find because it was covered with a concrete cap instead of the more recognizable flip lid. Great staff!

Convenient location and friendly staff! This place was perfect for our overnight stay. An added plus is that both the wi-fi and cell service were great.

Not up to KOA standards. Site pads are not level - had to air level could not use jacks too much slope, picnic tables sitting at angles, roads haven’t been smoothed out lately.

We actually had a reservation at a different park, not a KOA. When we arrived we could not fit in any of their site. We called you and you had the right site for us. So thankful.

it was only over night but it was nice and quiet. we had a pull thru site that had room for my 38 ft trailer and my tow vehicle ...and the rate was pretty good

Quick overnight heading north. Staff very friendly. Bath house just remodeled. It could have been a bit warmer in there. Lots of water pressure and hot water.

We stayed at 4 KOAs this trip and this one was the only one that did not send a text about where to find our site if we arrive after hours or a text if I wanted to use the card on file for my balance. Also left a message for a call back on the number on the manager door to give me a call about something and never received a call.

The campground was nicely laid out. The spaces were decent. No issues with the power or water. The check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again.

Great playground, the kids loved it! Nice big level campsite as well. The firepits were on a hill which limited the number of people who could sit around the fire. One bad thing was the neighbor’s dog was being walked by my site and it came over and attacked my dog, leaving a large wound on her head and several tooth puncture wounds. I was tending to my dog’s injuries and we didn’t get their

The campground was fine. But what I was told online when I made the reservation to what it actually was, was a big difference. Which I think it probably crappy on their part. If you can’t give the exact amount at time of reservation. Then you shouldn’t be doing online reservations.

We stayed at this KOA campgrounds for 3 nights in order to tour Pittsburgh. The campsite was well planned out. It sits on a hill. It has a swimming pool, playground, lake and a jumpy thing. The journey into Pittsburg was very straight forward. The campground was well kept, except the road coming in which had a few pot holes. Everything was clean and taken care of.

Great RV camping experience. Was able to experience this Campground in early - mid-march when most campgrounds are closed. The campsites are well-maintained. Clean and large laundry area. Camp store stocked with the basics. Friendly and accommodating staff. Only negative was the pothole strewn driveway - needs some major upgrade.

Great find, some comments refer the site as being inclined but the inclines are not bad at all and very picturesque. Vey clean canpground!
