Adequate for a road trip overnighted. Had difficulty getting out due to narrow roads and loose enforcement of parking. Staff was not helpful.

Not a very welcoming environment. Too many full timers with old trailers. Park needs a lot of upgrades. The gift shop was nice though

Easy friendly check in process. We had a pull thru site for our 40 foot Class A Motorhome with tow. Just fit so we didn’t have to unhook for the night. Full hookups ups worked great. Site was gravel but level. Campground was nice and clean. Can’t speak to the facilities there, because we didn’t use them. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok for one night. Gravel sites could have been more level. Lots of potholes holding rain. Had an indoor pool and clean restrooms/shower.

Was a nice stay, only problem we had to go to another spot to dumb due to the backup spot we were put in didn't have a dumb. Other than that it was a good stay.

Typical KOA, crew is very nice and ready to help when asked. Laundry room had cc payment which was nice. Took one star off because the sewer hookup was a bit higher than our valve outlet making flow very slow, and a pai to disconnect without a mess.

Paid for premium site and the cat urine was so bad we had to shut all the windows and left first break of Outdoor potted plants were nice Second KOA campsite we’ve stayed on our trip and will reconsider other sights Disappointed We’ll go on down the road

Very well-kept neat camp ground. Even the longer term campers had neat sites . Almost all of them kept their area free of clutter and hoarding. And clean rigs. Clean bright and large indoor pool was very pleasant. The roads are wide and easy to maneuver.

The Lubbock KOA is just gravel pull through sites with no shade and no picnic tables. We only stayed overnight so for that it was ok. If our stay had been longer it wouldn’t be. Really needs upgrading.

The lot size a a 42' with tow is barely enough room to fit. The toad will stick out a little. But I have to say the person that works there is such a delight and would go back because of her kindness IE: Customer service. A lot places don't know what that is anymore. Also the jacuzzi could use some up keep and the interior could use a fresh coat of paint. But for the most part a great little place

First given an occupied site - then moved to a smaller space. Trees were an issue on slides both sides. Campground needs a major cleanup.

The pads need to be leveled again and the rocks and dirt are a mess dry or wet. I understand camping is going to be dirty but concrete pads would prevent some. Then rain and mud. The dog area had no grass and was just mud. The sites for large RV are just big enough. I have a 44.6 foot 5th wheel and it has rear porch. Was unable to put porch down and leave it with fear of it being hit.

Rained off & on for two days turning the whole campground into a swamp. Indoor pool nice but could use some maintenance. Pool water murky, ladder broken, hot tub platform needs redoing. Convenient location. Staff helpful & friendly.

Bathrooms needs to be updated, also no paper towels etc.......didn't care for the welcome when we got in. We were workampers for several years and our expectations are pretty high.

Great staff. Nice and very friendly. Pull through site was easy to park in and the hook up were conveniently in the middle of the driveway. Having 2 sewer connections would be great for those with double outlets.

This was my first time at this park. I stayed one night of a cross-country trip. The front desk staff were friendly, I had a nice, level back-in space, good WIFI. I didn't use any of the facilities, but from what I could see, everything looked very clean and maintained. I had a comfortable stay and would return if ever in the area again.

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
