I work at the Alamogordo KOA. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were lovely and clean. We spent one night and it was enjoyable. I will recommend Lubbock KOA.

The employees were friendly. Cost was good but the campground space was extremely small. Picnic table was small and broken. It rained while we were there, and it flooded our camp spot. Not sufficient drainage considering it didn't storm just rained.

Beautiful landscaping and flowers and liked the indoor pool. The staff were helpful.

Friendly, helpful and grateful. The back of their welcome brochure said it all.... "Thank you" in bold letters. We were greeted with a smile and helpful suggestions re: safe routes to and from the freeway were offered. Our space was very roomy and quite obvious from the number of vehicles in the campground that others appreciate the service they receive. Great place to stop on a long journey.

Nice, quiet campground! Loved all the beautiful flowers and roses. Bathrooms & showers were nice and clean. Just wish the pool was open later than 7pm. Great staff. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that the internet worked well (we work as we travel.) Would have enjoyed a later closing of the pool area as we do enjoy the hot tub when we get back after a day of sight seeing and dinner.

Nice park, everything as it should be. KOA has a nice level of consistency in quality. The KOA Lubbock was just perfect for our needs - and a good location to get out to Lubbock to see what we wanted to see. It doesn't feel like anything in Lubbock is too far away from the KOA. Lubbock is a very dog-friendly town, as well.

Very noisy. Next to railroad tracks with train whistling several times a night. Also, employees park along the entrance and in front of office making entrance crowded.

Camp site had debris/trash from previous person, location was ok for overnight stay but not for any length time, felt unsafe and staff was not friendly or helpful, I have stayed in much nicer KOA's this was not that , noisy from trains and highway nearby

We are next to the freeway and train tracks. Our trailer is very good at noise cancelling. We had a easy check in. Train(s) and freeway noise does not bother us, we slept all nights.

Amazingly quiet. Bathrooms and laundry room were very clean. Dog park was an added bonus for Mt dog!!

It was clean and well maintained. The indoors pool and hot tub was very nice. Items in the store were reasonably priced and the staff was courteous and helpful. Very friendly and welcoming place.

Great place to stay while visiting the kid in college. Clean restrooms/showers and a nice indoor pool and hot tub.

This KOA was probably our all time favorite. The staff were friendly and sweet. We arrived to a smooth checkin. Our neighbors were so much fun. We ended up staying up until midnight talking and getting to know each other. Even with the road next to us, it was was quiet while we slept. This is a definite return. Thanks for the hospitality. We were getting over being sick as well so no pics.

Overall this is a very nice park. The only criticism is that the gravel in the sites is not very level anymore. Not a big problem, but it did take some effort to get levelled up.

We overnighted and found the KOA to be easy to access off the highway. Sites were level which is nice. I would recommend this KOA to any RV'ers making the trip between Texas and New Mexico.

Nice people in office. Indoor pool I didn't use. Small tight dusty park Near train tracks and Highway. OK for a 1 night stop over but a little pricy for what you get.

Parked us next to US84, high noise. Less than 100’ from the road; a pole on the ground next to the ditch provided no security! Someone could just stop on the shoulder and walk right in. No working WiFi and poor TV; hard water; dusty, amen

Heather was my 1st contact and she was amazing! I explained I am a newbie and she made sure I had help getting set up. Later I went to the office and was assisted by Cindy and she was very helpful, as well. She sent her husband to help me break down so I could move to a monthly spot. The OWNER, Matt, then showed up to get me backed in to the spot. So impressed!

We felt so welcomed and at home here! The staff and other guests were so friendly. This campground is older, but very clean, it has a homey feel, cats and chickens roaming around. I loved the rooster! There is free coffee in the office, often goodies as well. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing! The bathroom and showers are clean. The laundry room takes your credit card! No scrounging for quarters! The campground was pretty quiet, even with some train and road noise. Would love to come back !

We rented the tent spot so we can sleep in our SUV and the spot was perfect. Hot tub and pool area comfortable and inviting. Owner and her help were so fun to talk to over coffee. Whole park safe, quiet, beautiful and easy in and out. Great job!

Great little no frills campground! Good value. We couldn't figure out online booking, so we just gave them a call. The employee was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again. We stayed in one of the two cabins. They are small and staff informed us of this in advance. We were provided a key at the office/small store which operated a deadbolt. Two windows inside, one of which was able to be opened. The floors were dirty unfortunately, so we did some cleaning ourselves. The bed was awful. We didn't sleep well because the "mattress", which would probably pass for a mattress pad, was about 4" thick and plastic with nothing under it. If we stay again, we'll just bring something else rather than bedding only. There was a TV in the cabin which was nice and the a/c, oil heater kept us comfortable. The campground is on the small side but well kept. Even with a full camp, they did a good job of keeping it clean. All gravel. I think there were two dumpsters. Staying in a cabin really helped to keep the traffic noise down. If youre bringing pets, please be aware the "dog park" is very small.. probably 150 square feet. We took advantage of local parks. There were 3 showers and four bathroom stalls in the ladies room. Water was hot. We checked out the pool and it was nice. Everything worked and the space was clean and inviting. Cute decor. Liked that the pool wasn't rectangular and got wider at the deep end. It's small but still nice with a 6 ft depth. There was also a nice medium sized playground with a fair amount of equipment for guests enjoyment.
