We have stayed at a few K O A's and this was the worst one of all. I understand policies but when there is room for more than one vehicle per spot it should be no problem. It is like the signs saying NO DIVING all over the place, but on the rule #8 states you can dive if clear. They spoke to us about sitting on rope in pool which we weren't. It was not well maintained> WILLL NOT BE BACK

We allow 1 vehicle at each campsite for the comfort and safety of all our guests. The rules also state, Do not dive unless Diving area is clear, as you noted there is not a diving area. Safety is a top priority for all of our guests. Rules are created with safety in mind.

Stayed for 3 days RV site 14, next to the garbage dumpster, no lids on dumpster, flies everywhere, bad smell. Site 14 smelled like when you drive behind a garbage truck. I have pictures to prove it.

We're sorry to hear your experience did not meet your expectations. We do get very busy on weekends and, as humans, we create alot of garbage. Did you address this issue with staff? We had other sites available. According to your arrival time, we could have made adjustments. Have a safe trip.

Campsites were beautiful easy to get to, easy to move around in. They need to pay walkways to the restroom remove steps and put in the ramp for handicap.

We had a good weekend. It would be nice if there were more pull thru sites where you could buddy. We had site 32, and while the site was nice, it wasn’t very wide. So upon arriving, I found poison ivy/oak vines extending into the camper lot. The wild growth wasn’t trimmed or well kept. I had to use an axe to trim back poison ivy/oak as my family is highly allergic.

We pride ourselves on being more of a Woodsy camping experience. We would appreciate the opportunity to cutback growth on our property ourselves, instead of a guest using an axe on vegetation that may or may not be invasive. We are in the office to serve our guests needs. Hope your children had fun.

Would suggest limiting late arrivals to quiet time, as really late arrivals, after midnight, really tend to disturb those resting.

It was a very clean and well maintained park, and the bath house was wonderful. All the amenities were in tip top shape. You’re not very far from lookout mountain about 15 miles and most of it was interstate. We would definitely stay there again, very impressed.

We stopped overnight on our way to Atlanta. We were very pleasantly surprised by everything. Neat, clean, very well laid out, absolutely gorgeous pool. Most of the sites were well separated from each other. A nature trail, very nice dog park with all kinds of training obstacles. We plan on returning sometime to explore the many attractions around Chattanooga. Definitely one of the best KOA’s we

We had a nice stay and just a short drive to Chattanooga. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful with anything we need from travel and attraction questions to filling our propane tank. Thanks again!

This is a very beautiful and very well-kept place. The staff ensure that the rules are respected and are always present to help. The sanitary facilities are very spacious and always clean. A generous laundry is also available. The pitches are all shaded, level and equipped with fire pits and tables. The pool is nice and big.

Bathhouse was spotless and continuously cleaned. Nice pool. Lots of things for the kids to do. Lots of shady sites. Well kept grounds. Lots of wildlife around. Saw wild turkeys and deer and their bird feeders were kept filled to keep them coming. Very friendly staff. It was a very pleasant stay. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA. I do however wish our campsite was level. We really extended our stabilizers to the max on one side in order to use them. We have stackable stabilizer blocks/pads for the six jack style stabilizers and used every one of the blocks to achieve an level camper. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. The showers were clean and the camp store had a lot of useful items.

My only complaint was poor wifi. We were in spot 57 and the internet connect was borderline unusable. A decent internet connection is critical for my work and a strong internet connection was advertised. This was an issue and a disappointment. Everything else was great.

This place is wonderful. The grounds are immaculate and the pool is clean. It is very quiet and peaceful. This was our second stay and we will be back again.

Great site, #21, deck wood needs sprucing up, and some nails sticking out. Very nice pool, but the strictly enforced rule about not hanging on the rope, which extended to not touching it, seemed extreme. Clean bath house, however, the lack of exhaust fans in showers, made it hot, steamy, uncomfortable. Dog waste deposit stations/poo bag dispensers need to be available (available at other KOAs).

The Lookout Mountain KOA. Is the best KOA I’ve stayed at period! It’s clean, quiet, and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My absolute favorite RV camp.

Very clean and quiet place very helpful friendly staff and right down the street from Wilderness out doors drive in movie theater come watch a movie under the stars and head right back to camp
