This KOA was excellent for an overnight. Very clean and well maintained. The sites are just so close together in the section we were in. Again, not a big deal for one overnight. The interior roads are not the easiest to navigate with tight spaces. The dog parks are excellent, the pool looked very nice, the cabin area looked a bit cramped but very neat and clean. Good location.

Office Staff was friendly and organized. She quickly had our spot # and indicated route to it on map. All utilities were functional and clean. Our dog Loved the very large dog run area!

Disappointed paper towels and toilet paper was not stocked at all times in the bathroom. There was no place for campers to do dishes. Concrete platforms the picnic tables were on were too small too easy to trip or step off ankle twister!

Great place to stop and relax after a day of driving. Friendly and fast check in and lots of amenities.

Was an overnight stop. Traveling west towing a travel trailer. Spot was level and easy to get into. Campground was very clean. Only issues I had was the price we paid for just an electric and water only hook up. Most expensive I’ve had on this trip and I’m staying in several others for less and even have FHU on them. Also the shower I used only trickled but my hubby said his was great

Although cold, windy and raining, the campground was the best it could be. We have stayed there many times and will continue to stay there during our trips from NM to SD.

The facilities were clean, and the staff was very helpful and nice. If I were going to stay for an extended period of time I would bring a mattress topper. Otherwise it was a nice stay.

Site was level and campground clean. Stayed in the newer part off the park. Had a Pizza Hut right across the street

It was a very nice and happily priced overnight stay. Easy maneuvering, big sites, clean restrooms, better-than-average Wifi, good cell coverage, nice people.

Stayed in a pull thru for a night passing through to Denver. Ended up staying 2 nights as hubby was sick and it snowed. Very accommodating and truly good people. Would definitely stay again.

Like any other campground, monthlies or permanent residents can ruin the appeal if rules and regulations are not enforced. No one wants to see various items all around and under the rig.

The picture of the site was totally misleading. It showed greenery around; grass and trees. When I arrived, I went to my space. It was barren. The one small tree in the area was at the next site. The staff were able to move me to that site, for which I was grateful. This KOA is right off the freeway. Had I known that, I would have looked elsewhere.

REALLY small sites. Had to step over the sewer connection for the camper next to us, to get into ours. Pull-thru spots are nice gravel, but there is only sand for the camping area between. Sand was mounded so high, that I fell several times getting out of my camper. Couldn’t possible get the picnic table level on that mound of sand. Shower house was clean and 2 dog parks was nice.

Good overnight stay. More Interstate noise than I like.

We feel this KOA is a good place to stop for the night or spend several days here as a base camp. We felt the upgraded tent sites are worth traveling extra distance to stay here. This KOA is no secret as it is always quite busy. Reservations during the warmer months are strongly encouraged. We visited May 2024
